Im new to the Five Star but I like them. As you walk in you are greeted with a friendly hello. Most employees are very nice!!

Cashiers never wear mask. No social distancing. One auburn haired girl was working with food, no mask. If 5-star is so concerned about customers why do they not require their employees to wear mask.

Have lived here almost 15 yrs and it’s the only gas station I go to. Staff is always friendly and I always find what I’m looking for. Love the new renovations and so glad they’ve reopened!!!

Very clean. Restrooms in perfect shape and very clean. Friendly staff. All staff wearing face coverings.

I am a frequent customer here. They are open 24 hours which is why I use this place the most,(work second shift) if there were other stores open later closer to where I live I would probably not stop here as often. They dont ever have any sales and they dont offer any type of reward programs like other gas stations do. The staff there are not very friendly at all. The store is always clean as well as the restroom. I do love their breakfast sandwiches they provide each morning.

You all are building up all over town tearing down and rebuilding everything. Its kind of strange because youre basically taking over half the town. The gas leak was horrible all over town because of your mess. I think you all are just getting carried away with gas stations. This is bad for the environment. When me and my child have breathing issues because of your mess that makes me really and and sick. I dont like it at all and I wont support your gas stations in the future.

This place was messy last night. They had crates out on the floor that had been emptied. I fell over one and slightly hurt my ankle. The staff was not very friendly at all. I told the cashier I fell over the crate and she did not care. I will not be back to this store ever again. They need to watch out for the customers safety when stocking items.

This station was closed for renovation in early March 2020 when we were in town.

Lots of food items, decent prices and free air.

Lived in Bardstownky lil over 4 years . Very over priced, no deals, no rewards . Then yesterday women tried to give me fake money for change . Will never ever use theses gas station again .
