I went to this establishment a few years ago and everything was fine. I went there a few weeks ago and the hospitality has went out the door. The lady working was not welcoming or helpful at all. I went ahead and ordered what I wanted as it was for a birthday gift. I told her I would need it in two weeks, the lady said sure, I do that here so it wont be long. I call the place Monday of the next week and she said oh I thought you wanted to change something. If she thought I wanted to change something why didnt she call to ask me. I told her no I did not want to change anything, I want what I ordered. I was out of town for the next two days so I had a family member pick it up. Needless to say it was not what I expected and nothing like the item I had ordered a few years earlier. I will say this, I WILL NOT be back at this establishment for any reason at all.
