Drove an hour to sell my car to this dealership and it was well worth it. Freedom Nissan in South Burlington told me that they could only offer me so much for my car and there was “no way” Formula was going to give me more and that the price they gave me over the phone was just a way to get me down to Berlin. However, that was not the case…. Formula offered $1,500 more than what Freedom offered and the process was quick and painless, left with a solid equity check and extremely happy with how we were treated!

I can not say enough about these guys. I have never experienced such a professional, friendly reasonable car dealer. They are family owned and treat their customer’s as though they are family too. They stand behind their cars. I am so happy with my purchase and the service. I highly recommend Formula Nissan.

Went in for my first oil change which was free, and also ended up getting a recall done as well. Everything went smoothly. They did lowered my tire pressure which was 20psi higher than its supposed to be, but I actually drove off their lot with that tire pressure right after signing my lease (off lot at at 46 for one tire and 52-53 for the other three).I believe they also mentioned that they topped off my gas which I assumed meant they filled it from the half a tank that it was at, but later that night I realized that they didnt put any extra gas in (not a big deal, but best not to mention it...if you didnt do it).

Everybody at Formula Nissaan was great to work with. All in all, it was fun, and I got a super wonderful new truck!

Most recent experience at Formula Nissan was the usual: skillful (what needed doing, explained well, done swiftly), thoughtful (we went over upcoming service & planned next steps), generous (they threw in a car wash), friendly (treated like family by folks in service and from up front who happened to walk by). Ive been with Formula Nissan long enough to know their quality of service isnt dependent on one or two employees who are extra considerate but that new staff join and perpetuate a culture of care. Good folks. Highest recommendation.

I would like to Thank the service department at Formula Nissan for helping me out with a break down I had while on vacation. A part failed on my truck and I made several calls to other repair shops in the area. All said they were a week out and some was even five weeks out before they could get me in to repair my truck. I knew what part was bad and conversed with the service department at Formula Nissan. They did not have the part I needed but was able to track it down at another dealership. They was able to get the part in and also installed the part the same day it come in. Through the whole process they made several phone calls to me to give me updates. These guys actually give dealer shops a good name. I brought my Nissan here while I owned it and we always happy with the service. The prices for work like oil changes are very competitive and fair. They were always good about telling me what was most and least important for milestone services - what could wait for example. Before taking my car here I thought all dealers were evil, but these guys are cool in my book.

They have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel!!!! Very helpful and quickly got prices compared to some other dealerships in the area.

Everything was very smooth and well thought out for my safety. Was right in and right out. Didnt even realize I needed a state inspection 5 months ago. Only issue is my tire maintenance light is on still.

Brought my car in for a tire change and they found 1000 of work that needed to be done. I took the car somewhere else amd all that was needed was the coolant topped off which cost 15 dollars. Needless to say that i will no longer be bringing my car there for service

Love Michelle in Service Department! She and Nate make the woes of car care a little less painful! I get a one on one experience going through each item. I get a run down and choice before work is done and again after work is done. The team services my Nissan and my husband’s Subaru. When work on my husband’s car was needed overnight, he was given a loaner car. We have been very satisfied with our experiences here for a long time!

Shopping for a truck, I decided on a Frontier.I visited Formula, because my research told me they had the truck I wanted to buy. The sale went very smooth. Very happy for that.

It’s usually great, and the staff is really friendly and not pushy, but didn’t seem to have everything together this time. At first they didn’t think they had my winter tires out back which I had them order a month plus prior, and then they tried charging me again for the tires when I paid for them when they were ordered. If I didn’t have my receipt when I went to my mount and balance appointment, they surely would have made me pay another $600...I’ll still keeping going to the dealership since I like them, but this kind of put a sour taste in my mouth.

I like the safety check that is performed each time my vehicle comes in for an oil change. Although items requiring repair/replacement are usually found, it is good to know that these preventative maintenance steps keep my truck safer and less prone to have serious issues.The probably will not buy a NEW Nissan from this dealer is primarily based on the fact that I am now retired and would be perfectly happy with a certified used vehicle in the future

Last minute oil change needed and to my surprise formula Nissan was quickly able to get my vehicle in and I couldn’t be happier with their service department . I definitely will be taking my car here from now on .

Very quick and got me into a really good car!

I am really pissed off at this company. I had asked for an inspection done on a car we bought from them. They said they could not inspect it as it needed a brake light bulb and socket which was going to cost me $62.00. I went and priced them at a local auto parts store and they were only $8.00. i also had another mechanic look into it and come to find out all it needed was a bulb which cost me .99 cents. Now I do believe this would be a CONSUMER FRAUD attempt.My question is, how can you feel good about screwing your customers that have purchased 4 vehicles from you and you think you are going to get away with these type of actions on the service end. You people are horrible! i!!! and I hope that other customers using your service dept will see this review and refrain from using your service dept.I will be reporting this as a CONSUMER FRAUD action..you will not be getting our business ever again...at least I caught this in time, before you ripped me off. You people should be ashamed of yourselves by taking hard earned money from hard working people and also some people that may not be able to afford it in the first place.

Never been here before. It was my first time dealing with them. But the service department went above and beyond when I had trouble with a purchase from another dealer. They are top notch as far as a dealership service department goes.

Fast and friendly service.

Took 24 hours to get a call back from service to get the truck looked at.Brought truck in on a Monday for the first appointment, diagnosed and never called me. Left two voicemails but no reply. I had to call Monday afternoon to find out what the results were. Called Tuesday morning to give the green light on the AC repair. Parts were ordered Tuesday and supposed to arrive Wednesday. Parts arrived Wednesday and were the wrong AC compressor. Was told they were going to be overnight shipped and truck would be done Thursday. Thursday arrived and after 3 left voicemails I finally demanded to talk to someone and not leave a voicemail at 5:55pm. Was told the part never arrived and would be there first thing in the morning. Friday morning I called at 10:30am to find out the truck was done but never received a phone call saying it was complete.This whole endeavor delayed our camping trip and while I was offered a car to use for the weekend I assured the service adviser that a car probably would not be able to haul my 8klbs. camper like my Titan would. So we arrived at our destination over a half day late. The absolute worst communication Ive ever dealt with. No one answers the phone at the service desk and no one returns phone calls. Then I go in to pay and theres two people standing at the service desk. Not sure what kind of twilight zone Ive entered at this point.They did give me 10% off the bill which doesnt amount to a whole lot considering it was supposed to be done Wednesday and had to do the vehicle shuffle all week for kids and delay our vacation plans because of it.

I went to the recent Nissan sales event brought about by the flashy advert that came in the mail. I spent over an hour there and was completely dissatisfied. It was very dishonest and they said no pressure but thats all they did and they wouldnt take no for an answer. I left frustrated and angry that they wouldnt give me a price for the vehicle I was interested in to consider. The whole experience was slimy and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I never dealt with a place that is So dishonest. I took my 2013 truck to this dealer when they were running a special on state inspection $9.95 they said my truck needed new brake pads, rotors, and calipers. My truck only has 37,450 miles on the truck. I took it somewhere else and had them do the inspection and turns out my brakes were fine. So this place tried to get $350.00 out of my pocket for NO reason. Do not bring you vehicle to this place.

I went here for a state inspection because I Believe in the Nissan brand. I was required to pay over five hundred dollars to fix issues that my car didn’t have in order to get inspection sticker. I came in with an out of town inspection that I past about eight weeks prior, and after being robbed for $55, I went down the street to another auto shop and passed with out an issue. I recently had an oil change at another Nissan dealer ship and had the usual multipoint inspection; again I was reassured that my brakes and any issues formular Nissan found with my car were fraudulent. I am disappointed in the practice of this business. My only hope is that the owner really corrects this practice because this nickel and diming is not good for its overall bottom line.
