This place has gone tremendously downhill. Takes over a day to fill a prescription. I have to call EVERY month to push a recurring prescription through. Despite my calling in the morning and them assuring me they would be working on it ASAP, it was NOT ready when I got there at almost 4p! I had to get to work... WITHOUT my prescription which I NEED for tomorrow morning! Definitely changing pharmacies and telling EVERYONE I know about thos!

I dont think they like answering the phones, nor dealing with customers in general.

I was there about month ago and several times over the years and learned what to expect, nice long wait in line and thats after they show up at the register. Last month was a bit worse. I patiently wait in line, always slow wait in line though, person in front of me not wearing mask and checkout clerk doesnt care. This person didnt buy much or anything but spent great deal of time on lottery tickets. So much time person behind me gets angry and goes to self checkout. Self checkout didnt function right so after no mask customer leaves i get to wait longer as clerk helps self checkout guy. So i finally get to pay for my stuff and i mentioned to clerk this is a pharmacy and you let unmasked person walk in and checkout...clerk says he didnt see it. Then same unmasked person comes back in with an air of arrogance and i say there she is again with no mask. Clerk is silent. So... Should i get a shot there, no way. Staff is dead to the World or they also think Covid isnt real so who cares. This is a PHARMACY! Some folks just dont and never will get it.

The staff is helpful and efficient. Drive thru is amazing. Love the text updates. For prescriptions. Thanks for being here and serving the community

The staff and process at the CVS on 302 in Berlin, Vermont are impeccable and caring. Truly professional. Ive dealt with the pharmacy staff for myriad issues since moving to Vermont two months ago, and they are always reachable, attentive, and cordial. First class pharmacy and a great app, too. A huge relief when youre locating to a brand new place and have seven meds to manage. Thank you Christina, Sharon, and team.

Terrible time getting this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions! They tell the Doctors office that everything is all set, then turn around and put the prescription on hold - and dont contact me!! I have been trying to get two prescriptions figured out for OVER A WEEK and spent endless amounts of time talking to different pharmacists, their tech people and my Doctors office! Dont send your prescriptions here, you will regret it!!!

Terrible service. Been waiting for my photos forever and they promise be they will be there the next day every time. Been waiting for weeks by now. Leaving the country soon and I will lose all my photos because they dont know when they can deliver it and they dont keep their promises. If u want to develop your photos, dont go to cvs.

I just switched pharmacies to cvs and they treated me great ask me if I had questions about my prescription and charge a fair price as well as going out of there way to do so I was notified when my prescription was ready and reminded the next day when I hadn’t pick it up yet friendly and kind staff

We took an 18-day trip, and I discovered that I had only brought enough of two of my wifes medicines for a 3-day supply. I looked up the phone number of the CVS in Berlin, VT which was on our itinerary, about 1000 miles from home, and asked our doctors office to send an authorization to them. For some reason, we discovered that they had not done so. But Traci, the pharmacy tech at the CVS, looked up my wifes information, and called the insurance company, getting them to allow the insurance price, and to approve both refills. (We had refilled one of these a few days ago, so normally wouldnt have been able to get any more for several days.) So this CVS, and Traci, in particular, were an answer to prayer.
