The Verizon staff are great I’m very computer illiterate and they spent an unbelievable amount of time oriented me to my new I phone 13 and also helping me get the. apps from my phone to my tv as well as connecting my blue tooth they are fabulous you’re very lucky to have them as employees Josh was my salesman but the others are great too

Came in for a broken phone today and was assisted by Joshua. His customer service was outstanding, knowledgeable, paitence, and multi tasked through out. He spent over an hour fixing the new phone and ensuring all apps were loaded. This is how Verizon visits should be, this is how all business should be doneThank you Joshua

Personable, knowledgable and professional staff that went out of their way for us. Weve purchased phones via other Verizon stores in the past. This cute local Barrington store was our best experience. Thank you to Asma, Micheal and Dan for finding us better promotions than Verizon Wireless online. It was a big deal to our family to buy our son his first phone. We appreciate how the whole store helped us make this a wonderful memory for him. We also appreciate how the staff is keeping the store clean and safe during a pandemic. We recently moved here and had our choices of Verizon stores. We feel we made at least 3 new friends in this town.

Bought a new iPhone there last week. They were great. Dave was the person who helped me. My last phone was old and there were some issues transferring data but he figured it out. They’re all great to work there. This is where I’m going from now on. I recommend them without hesitation.

Ricky was awesome! He is very knowledgeable. He initially helped my husband when he deleted our email. He worked 3 days with my husband and me to get our Verizon accounts straight. He was very professional and showed great patience as he helped two older people, who are not technically savvy, navigate the technical issues we had to face with smart phones. He did all of this gracefully while still maintaining his sense of humor. It is very difficult to find a smart, technically astute young person who displays such patience. We know all too well. We cannot recommend Ricky enough for his strong work ethic and overall talent. Go see Ricky now!

Rude and unsafe staff.I can give the employee who was helping me a pass (despite them taking a phone call mid transaction without any words to me about it, no hold on one sec, no thanks for your patience) - but I cant abide the employee who only wore her mask when customers were in the store. And even then, she wore it incorrectly so it was ineffective.On top of being unable to follow basic public safety measures, this employee has no decorum whatsoever. After a confusing bit of back and forth between my rep, my family member who was waiting outside due to health concerns, and myself, she asked under her breath Did you smoke weed today?. Though she could potentially have been on a VERY quiet personal bluetooth call she chose not to resume until I left, it seemed like the comment was made at the expense of me / my confused family member. Now, I get it, I worked retail, if you want to crack jokes at the expense of customers, do what you need to do to make it through your day... just wait til they leave!!! When confronted, Im sorry, did you just ask a question? she denied it. It was only the two employees and myself in the store. There was no mistaking it, but there was no point in pursuing further discourse.Just wear your mask properly and dont mock customers while theyre still in the store; EASY.

My visit at this store had to be the best visit I have ever had at Verizon. The staff was exceptional. I have to give major kudos to my rep Kevin. This place is great. I am doing this review with my new voice recognition software. Before I entered this store I was a dinosaur. Sabrina and her staff have guided me to the new millennium. You need to visit this location pronto. In all seriousness, this place is under new management and its fantastic. You will be well cared for here.

David exemplifies everything a store manager should be. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided a friendly and enjoyable experience in the store. Hes always been helpful problem solving any issues we have with our phones and devices.

I have to say, admittedly that I don’t have Verizon cell phone service as of yet but that will most likely change once my current contract is over. And it’s strictly because of the staff in this location. Everyone is always very professsional, knowledgeable, all about the customers and doing what is right for each individual. I think Spencer might be my favorite because he always has the answers I need for every single question a human could possibly ask. Thank you for such a wonderful team!

Convenient location. Staffs seems friendly and helpful. Hidden extra charges were found, make sure you have your calculator with you to review your receipt. Extra charges doesnt show on receipt until you added all the items you purchased. I dont know how could they manipulate computer to do that. Its such a deceptive trade practice. They offered free equipment to replace old ones. However they also added insurance to the new equipment without explaining and my authorization to it. I found out only after I received my monthly bill.

Dave went above and beyond to help me with my phone and service. The customer service at this location was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone.

David and Justin were great! Stopped by just before closing. They quickly paired my new phone to my wifes car. Then made changes to my plan saving me over $30 a month. This is not an exceptional experience. Ive always had outstanding service at this store.Update for September 2020:Asma, Dan and Michael the current staff were very helpful in helping with my bill suggesting alterations that saved me $55 a month. Also with technical problems such pairing portable speakers and setting up our new cars WiFi

We have an wonderful experience at Verizon Battington with Asma Naomi. She has done an excellent work for us to replace my lost iPhone. She answered all questions we had asked. We thank her for all help she provided.

They have me a “free” device - which seemed nice - but when I opened my bill and discovered this free device had additional monthly fees, charges and Verizon was going to charge me $175 to cancel it! They said they’d refund me the charges but I’ve yet to see them. Whenever I call, no one who can help is available. Verizon customer service was shocked at all of this and is working with us to get the store to pay.Be vary.

Dave is awesome and kind and made the whole process of upgrading my phone super easy. The whole team in Harrington obviously has great teamwork and we really appreciate them.

I just left the Verizon Wireless location in Barrington, RI with my new S20 Ultra 5G Samsung phone. If youre wondering why someone who lives in Narragansett, RI would drive past countless Verizon locations to shop in Barrington, it is due to the fact that Dave, the General Manager and his team are worth going out of the way for! I had purchased my last two phones in Barrington because it was close to Providence where I was living at the time. The service was so incredibly exceptional when it came time for the latest upgrade I contacted Dave and Asma, one of his star customer service representatives to schedule an time to come in and order my phone. You may be able to get a Samsung phone from a variety of retailers but youre not able to get the kind of personalized service just anywhere! If you want to be treated as if YOU are the most important customer that has walked through the door, then you need to visit the team in Barrington. They went through each step to ensure that by the time I walked out of the door my phone was performing perfectly and there were no glitches. I know that theyre available for me if I have any questions along the way. They have exceptional patience and believe in providing the ultimate in customer service. It all starts at the top and franchise co-owner Tamar sets the example by ensuring everyone who walks in the door leaves happy and satisfied. Ill never go elsewhere and I urge others who are in the market for a new phone to stop there before going anywhere else, too!

Shortly after the holidays, I went in to switch carriers. I was skeptical of making the switch but the store manager Joe quickly reassured me I was making the right decision. My husband and I were waiting for the new iPhones to arrive. Bobby James called to give us the heads up that they were in before the store even opened. We arrived and were handed the last 2 phones on the shelf. The staff worked very well, as a team, to expedite setting up our new phones. They took care to make sure we did not lose any information from our old phones. The process of backing up the old phones and setting up the new phones always takes some time so Bobby James offered to hand deliver our phones to us when the set up was complete, so we did not have to wait. All of the staff was very knowledgable about phones, technology and accessories. The store looked great as well, newly remodeled. Overall a great experience at Wireless Zone.

I was beyond frustrated with the Verizon call center when I decided to return to the location in Barrington where I purchased my phone. Asma, a lovely young lady, took time to review my account and suggested that I would benefit by switching to a business account. Unfortunately, due to the fact that Verizon communications took longer than anticipated to make the transfer I spent quite a bit of time in the store. But, as it turned out, thanks to Tamar, one of the franchise owners, Alex who was helping out and on loan from their Portsmouth location and Kyle who was new to the location, what could have been a frustrating experience was entirely delightful.I returned on a later date to pick up my new phone and was assisted by Dave, the manager, along with Asma and Tamar who made certain that I was happy and satisfied. They ALL go above and beyond in providing the ultimate in customer service. I remain a loyal customer thanks to this team! Do yourself a favor and stop by next time you are in need of a new phone or need assistance!

This location is convenient and has very engaging staff. Very friendly. But it is just an authorized retailer, not an actual Verizon store. I was charged activation fees for the two phones I received, which I’ve never paid at a Verizon store before. They also added the assurion equipment protection plan to both lines for $13/month without asking me. I didn’t even know it had been added until I received a letter from assurion regarding it. So just a heads up. Next time I will drive further to go to a Verizon company store.

It all went very well, I am satisfied. Joe was perfect! He knows all about getting new phones.
