Because they didn’t do inventory, the app said they had lunch food and they had nothing. Arrived to the store and we had to get refunds and even though are drinks we’re already made they threw them out. Not once did someone apologize for the inconvenience. They’d rather just throw product in the trash than make a customer happy

I have never seen a worse Starbucks. Why does the store close at 2pm every day? (On the days its even open at all.) Ive been given various reasons — theyre short staffed (so is everybody else, but they manage to stay open regular hours), they dont have a manager (why cant Starbucks corporate send someone in temporarily from another store?). Drive a couple of miles to the one in Seakonk, MA — theyre sharp, friendly, and they have a drive-thru!UPDATE: Went by Starbucks in Barrington today at 11am. Not open. No sign to say why not. No people anywhere. Does Starbucks corporate even care? Why has this store not gotten a new manager or else been CLOSED for good by now?

Worst service ever every time I go there. They have more staff than customers in the store and I still waited 25 mins for my drink. No one is helping customers but doing other things in the store. One person making drinks on the far end of the store and stacks the orders but no one brings them to the other end where the customers are. Terrible.

Always closed. Unreliable because you never know what to expect. You get there one day and there’s a sign that says they’re closed, again, or closing earlier.

This may be my favorite location. The staff was offering suggestions and explaining why and how certain drinks were different. Best coffee Ive had in a long time !

Barrington Starbucks is literally the best! Super friendly staff! Be sure to order your items in the app. You earn points and also dont have to wait inside as long. The app will tell you roughly how long till your order is ready so I recommend chilling in your car until then!

This locations hours are unreliable. They open late in the morning and close early in the afternoon. The order ahead from the app is usually not available.

The baristas are nice. I came last week to doodle and catch up on some work. Its always pleasant.. its not a library so I cant really complain about loud groups of people. (Venti iced pumpkin spiced latte and seared steak, egg, and tomatillo wrap).

Barista was rude and I had to repeate myself multiple times talking to her. Never coming here again.

My drink was delicious. Covid creates longer lines :(

Good Starbucks. I know it can get very busy sometimes. But I love coming here. People are so nice.

The management in this place have gone up down and now its way up. I love the staff - whove been consistent and amazing throughout. Hats off to the management team. This is one of the few places that makes picking up an online order as much fun as ordering one in-house. Heads-up no drive through if youre into that sort of thing. They are super, super efficient though.

It’s a Starbucks. Good staff decent seating but it’s your typical Starbucks. They recently renovated and it’s got a good feel. Free fast WiFi to work when you need too. There can be a lot of loud townies that hang out there during the day, but it’s Starbucks, it’s not the library.

I like the continuity of the staff at this particular Starbucks. They work in perfect unison; its really a site to see! Ive seen them serve wave after wave of guests like a well oiled cruise liner. They always get my order right, every time!This is a popular hang out spot for people in Barrington. There are often not very many seats left on weekends. So if you plan on meeting someone there, you might want to be early.The parking sucks but its in a plaza. Theres nothing that can be done about that.

I ordered a sugar free ☕. It was a grande but the cup is so small and had chocolate syrup. I was told any drink could be made sugar free but mine was not. It cost just under 6 dollars. I was disgusted and threw it away. Not going back...ever.

This is a fabulous Starbucks location. They go above and beyond saying hello, they try to get to know you! The gentleman in front of me was clearly a regular and she asked if he was getting his usual.When it was my turn, they treated me with the same upbeat friendliness. Even the barista engaged me and another woman in conversation and let us know when to expect our beverages.Location is small, but clean. Ample parking and a public restroom.

Ive never had issues at any Starbucks with my drinks. This one however has a great and charismatic team that will certainly improve your day.

Busy place. After getting coffee (2-3 min wait) we had to wait another 5 minutes for muffins. Staff was plenty busy. I wasnt expecting that kind of a wait at 9am.

Good product, terrible experience. Lots of places sell coffee, all for less $, but they give great experience, usually. This stores mobile order system is out of order as much as it is up.Today, like last week, it is down, costing me 14 minutes waiting to order and then for product. The printer doesnt work. The internet modem isnt working .... Thetes no reason to pay $4 to folks who cant get their act together, its been a problem for over a month now. I even called and left message for regional manager. still not fixed.
