Worked with Matt Baxter in service department told me my AC compressor was broken and a few various other things. Tried to charge me over 2K dollars. Deciding to get another quote we took it to another place.Lazar Imports in Tulsa told us we only had a small leak and broken valve but that there was evidence of someone tampering with and trying to break our compressor. My van is currently fixed. It cost me $277. NOT over 2K. I have called the dealership to get my money back. Spoke to Mark. He refused to refund me the wrong diagnostics. I let them know I would be telling others about their schemes. How do these people sleep at night? I’ve heard of dealerships being shady. Shoulda went with my guy.At least they were unsuccessful in damaging my car more. I don’t know how anyone can try to break someone’s car and charge them. Then sent it even with evidence.
We had three recalls for our 05 Pilot that were estimated to take about 3 and a half to 4 hours. 7 hours later, an 18mi trip home to change, and find another ride back to Honda, and it still wasnt done, due to some technical issues. Because I would be having to leave the city and come back again the next day, I asked for some gas in my tank, some oil topped off, and maybe a wash. My car can be a pos sometimes and it didnt surprise me when there were issues. But not only did they stay after closing to figure out the problem on the first day, but they had it fixed and ready with everything I had asked for, when they didnt have to! They went above and beyond to make me happy, thank you Skyway Honda!
We had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We applied online and everything was ready to go when we got there. Definitely worth the drive from Tulsa. David, Dominic and Jonathan were all super helpful.
Had a great experience buying a car from tisha wood. However I did notice they finally listed our TRADE for sale for almost $10,000 but told us to our face they could only offer $3,500. Said all the things they were going to have to do to it. Also said they were going to want cash for it not financing which looks to be false. Sounds like they valued it, found out how much they could make and screwed us really.Besides that we got a nice 3rd row vehicle for our growing family. But I definitely recommend selling your car privately instead of using it as a trade here.
My car was serviced on September 10th at Skyway Honda in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The front left wheel bearing was replaced. Total of the service was $570.91. Three days later, a loud noise occurred while entering the on-ramp of the highway. I was eventually towed to Don Carlton Honda in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They determined the bolts of the front left brake caliper were not put back. The same wheel from the service originally performed on September 10th. Total of the service was $267.06. I wanted to contact Honda due to the safety concern of the situation and the accountability of correctly doing the job in the first place. Also, the car was unsafe to drive from September 13-17th.
Bought a great used SUV at a great price. The salesman and ownership were knowledgeable and werent pushy at all. Everyone was very easy to work with and didnt flinch when we notified them that we were pre-approved and going to use our credit union for financing. Long drive for us(3 hours) but great car for a great deal.
With Covid concerns we asked if we took our van in for recall (5 different ones) how service handles health safety. They assured us we didn’t have to go in, and they would wear masks when they met us. Upon arrival they met us outside as stated but had no mask. My wife asked about the masks and they said they were not required to wear them. I’m addition they got our recall wrong saying it was only one recall, which we actually had five different ones, in which we had to go inside to straighten out. In addition this is our only vehicle, and while having two young children a loaner would have been nice but was not offered because this recalls will take ~5 hours. This is the second time sense this pandemic started that we have had to be in close contact and go inside while and no one has taken precautions. This time was the one that broke the camels back. We have been customers of Honda of Bartlesville for over 8 years but sadly they have lost our business after this lease is done. It saddens me to see local business hurt by this, but this was your own doing. Perception is reality, and if you’re not concerned about my families safety, you don’t care about your customers we are just another number to you. You’ve lost my business.[Edit @1:20 You just called and said our Van will take more time than thought, this time you did offer a courtesy car, because of that I will give you one more star. It would have been nice to have it at the beginning. Now Im wondering if this is because you read the review?]
The service was really excellent. They were kind. I drive a subaru and apparently had 2 lug nuts that were not the same as all my others, when they noticed this they changed them out and put on the right ones free of charge. They handed out flowers in the lobby lol (probably above the average courtesies, but still). They washed my car, which typically isnt your norm, in my experience, when getting your oil changed. And they called the following business day to follow-up to make sure I was still satisfied with my experience. Super awesome customer service.
Honda of Bartlesville helped my boyfriend and I get into our first car and now into a brand new 2019 Honda Accord Sport. Jeremy, our sales representative was very honest, helpful and had a phenomenal ability to listen. He helped astronomically in guiding our purchasing process. Dominick, finalized our paperwork and was very charismatic. After previously failed attempts at local dealers, Honda for it done and with exceptional rates! They truly will listen and help you even when you are only 19 years old.
Jason, the salesman we worked with, was very helpful, respectful, and accommodating. We were torn between two different cars, one of which was at a different lot. While exploring our options, we offered a slightly lower price. The manager came out to talk with us about our offer and was extremely condescending. Prior to talking with him, we were still open to paying full price but when we left to discuss our options all we could talk about was how condescending he was. It really put a negative spin on our decision making process....but it did make our decision easier. Hopefully he can learn from this feedback and others will have a better experience!
Super car buying experience from beginning to end. Scott Upton and everyone that works at this dealership are dedicated to excellence and customer service and satisfaction. Wonderful experience
Amazing dealership.. able to compete nationally in value.. and at the same time has a very high level of quality.. this dealership has a very strong mechanical shop.. our salesman, Josh treated us better than just about any salesman weve ever had.. I will definitely look at this dealership in the future to buy more cars.. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.. thank you bartlesville Honda for a great automobile.. and making Auto purchase easy..
We purchased a 2014 Honda Civic new and had a wonderful experience...fast forward 5 years to a parts store telling me my alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. I called Bartlesville Honda and was offered a free diagnostic and they found nothing wrong. In this day and age it is hard to find great service and people you can trust. They are always professional and friendly, whether in sales or service. There are many options much closer to me but the hour drive is worth it knowing I will not be disappointed.
We were just bored one day and was driving around to just get out of the house. We drove around the dealership and saw this great priced used Honda Fit. We came back the next day when opened and meet Jeremy. We had the best experience with everyone involved with the process of purchasing the car. (Trade in / Cash Sale) (Cant review on payments) Trade In was fair, and Cost of car was fair. This car was purchased for a family member in Houston and Bartlesville dealership was very knowledgeable on out of state title transfer. If you dont like playing games and want up front honest answers this is your dealership. I highly recommend Jeremy as your consultant. We left feeling like we found a long lost brother. Thats how honest he is. This review was written 3 months after buying the car. We still feel the same way as we did driving off the lot. The car works great and no issues. We were very blessed that the owner of the car had it serviced at the dealership (tells you something on the maintenance shop) so when they traded it in and we bought it we had all the records on the car. This is a great dealership.
This dealership is located in Bartlesville which is far less congested and busy than Tulsa area dealers but they offer all the same sales and service options.Obviously they’re selling one of the better made cars available and the sales force are friendly and get business handled smoothly for an easy transaction. They have the full line Honda certified service department with Honda trained mechanics. All around this dealership is worth visiting if you’re in need of service or looking to buy a new car.
To try and be as objective as possible, I’ll list the events that occurred for us:-We found a car we were interested in online and reached out to the dealership.-We had several conversations both on the phone and through email with a sales associate and discussed price and that we lived out of town.-We agreed on a price. We asked if there were any scratches, dents, stains and were assured there weren’t.-We drove 3.5 hours to the dealership. The vehicle had two major scratches on the front and a hole about 1 inch in diameter completely through the back bumper along with interior scratches and minor stains. We were still willing to look past these understanding it was an used vehicle.-After test driving we went in to discuss price. We were shocked to find they raised the price $1500 above what we previously agreed to. They refused to budge so we left. As you can imagine, we were deceived and felt like they tried to take advantage of us because we drove so far. My 7 month pregnant wife was left in tears.
Everyone we dealt with at this dealership, from sales to financing was low pressure. They made the buying experience very simple, straightforward, and pleasant. We really appreciated that they didnt have fees they tried to slide in at the very end, like most of the other dealerships weve dealt with. We will definitely use them for our future needs!
Not my first choice. Very expensive oil change. Not very friendly. Always wants to do a bunch more expensive work.
Great dealer. Very easy process to purchase a car remotely without any hassle. Had never done it before but I will be back again the next time I need a another car. Great folks and I would highly recommended.
I reached out to them for one of the deal. Sales person informed me it is a reasonable deal, sent me a quote too after negotiations on phone and email. I got my Credit checked also. When i asked them to send a confirmation they started flipping and lying. Just DONT GO here. THEY Simply lie and waste your time. Glad i did not travel 3 hours. If you are planning to go, get the deal confirmed else you get cheated like me. There are others who give best deals. THEY CLAIM they are the BEST clearly they are NOT. I got my new car elsewhere.
This is the second used car we have bought here and we love them both. They do a great job of making sure you get the best rate available.
Been dealing with Honda of Bartlesville for a couple of months now. I understand issues with getting parts and such, but when they say let me do some checking and I will call you back...and never get a call back. Aggravating to say the least...and this has happened twice now!
Today we purchased a new Odyssey from Honda of Bartlesville. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We never once felt rushed or pressured. Josh was excellent and very thorough with the financing and Beebe was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. We will definitely be recommending Honda of Bartlesville to all of our friends who are in the market for a new car!
Matt & Dave in the service department were great to work with. Better prices compared to dealership/independent shops in the Tulsa area. Upfront about everything. Also provided a loaner car. Give them a visit
Needed a new family vehicleWed purchased a new Honda Pilot from Honda of Bartlesville in 2006. The Pilot was a wonderful vehicle for our family of 5 and lasted us 8 years, 170k+ miles and was still going when we opted to trade it for another new vehicle. Other than keeping up with the maintenance of the Pilot, we never experienced any mechanical issues and were never displeased with purchasing that vehicle. We looked at many makes and models of vehicles we were interested in for our new purchase (2014). After being completely indecisive, my husband and I decided we were indecisive because we anticipated purchasing another vehicle that lasted and wore as well as our Pilot. So we opted to purchase another Pilot. However, while at the dealership, I couldnt keep my eyes off of the Odyssey and the space it would provide for our 3 children who were bigger than when we first purchased the Pilot. Our sales employee, Jason Herr, was gracious enough to have us test drive several so we could experience the option levels of the Pilot and the Odyssey. We left that day driving the Honda Odyssey and our kids, as well as my husband and I, LOVE our new mini van.The financing was seamless. The payments were actually less than what we anticipated and 5 days later, we have absolutely no buyers remorse. In two years, we will need to purchase a vehicle for one of our children who will be college bound and we will be returning to seek out Jasons advice and Honda of Bartlesville.
Always a good experience! This was our second car to buy at Bartlesville of Honda. Its our favorite place to go for a fair deal with a great experience. We really enjoyed working with Bruno. He was friendly, well prepared, and eager to meet our needs. In the past weve been to other dealerships that try to push what they want to sell on you. This dealership doesnt do that. They listen to your needs and desires and do everything they can to help you find what you need. Thanks for the great experience again! Well definitely be back!
My husband and I had an incredible experience with Jason Carter. He made the car buying process enjoyable without any pressure.
Hondas, whats not to like? Maybe some new color choices. Black, white, dark gray, medium gray, light gray. Hey Honda buy a color wheel.Pleasant staff and good service center.
Great Customer Service. The best dealership my wife and I dealt with when we were looking for a car. Not pushy at all and super relational. Give this place a shot, itll be worth your time!
Bought a used BMW X3 from them last week. Pretty straightforward process. Fair dealer. No gimmicks. No games. No hidden fees. Blane is a good salesperson. Highly recommended.
Bought my son a vehicle from these folks.. They do not have the twins there but they do have some cardboard cutout of them. The people here were very polite, professional and easy to work with on everything. The finance guy even turned me on to refinancing my own vehicle, which saved me around $3,000 in the long run.It is worth the drive to Honda of Bartlesville even without the blinde twins there. ;-)
No pressure at all. We knew what we were looking for, and they helped us get it. Everyone was friendly and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing.
I have come here for service for every vehicle I have owned since moving to Oklahoma in 2003. (I tried all of the other businesses to come to that conclusion!)Their service, caring and professionalism is top notch! Every team member of Honda Of Bartlesville has been nothing but courteous and super friendly to me and my family! THANK YOU!
I knew that I wanted an Accord and got pricing from 7 dealerships. Honda of Bartlesville was quick to respond to my email requests and their pricing was way below the others. Since I live in Tulsa, I picked the vehicle from stock that they had ahead of time and was in and out in a little over an hour. Blane was great. I will definitely return for any future purchases.
We had the opportunity to use the service department for my sons Honda Element last month. We were having issues with the ignition and the door locks. Mark Koble went out of his way to help me and to get me the best deal to have the items repaired. I had called a few other Honda places in Tulsa, but Mark went out of his way to help and communicate through the entire process. I will definitely use Honda of Bartlesville again. Thank you Mark!
Great place to do business. Gave me a great price on a new CR-V up front with no hassles....it even included all fees which is unheard of. Fair trade value. Everyone was smiling. Overall it was just a great experience. I will be back and will refer people to them. Car buying can be fun, and they made sure it was. I will even being making the 45 minute drive from south Tulsa to get my oil changed there also. Thanks guys!!!
Excellent service... They did a triffect job. Be back soon to get a oil change that is priced very responsible.
Just bought a new Ridgeline. Very impressed with the experience. I would highly recommend!
Friendly fast. Fair deal on a super new car! Dom and David were experts and great to work with
Very pleased with the sales consultant, Jerry Droz. Havent bought yet but keeping Honda in mind.
We have purchased 4 used vehicles from this dealership. Each time the purchase process has been excellent. There isnt a lot of pressure and it was easy to negotiate to get to a fair price for both of us. We have used the service department several times and always been pleased with the service. When the time comes for another vehicle this will be our first stop.
My wife and I were tired of viewing vehicles online and getting to a dealer and them adding extra fees (doc fees in particular). One dealer walked out on us buying a new 2019 Pilot because I refused to pay a $600 doc fee. We called Bartlesville, they said the price we see online is their out-the-door price and the $99 doc fee is built-in to their online price. We arrived and were greeted by everyone. We went into finance and they said Youve bought a car before, would you like any additional coverages? They did not push us into buying a warranty or anything else additional. We settled it all with no hassle. Just before we left the owner came out and greeted us and we talked for a few minutes and I thanked him and his staff for being up-front and honest with us. I would definitely buy from them again.
Great customer service and had my car done faster than expected. 5 stars keep up the work guys
We have purchased 5 vehicles here. They dont play games, like hide the key. Quick to close a deal, reasonable prices and again no games. Last purchase took right at 2 hours, but I knew what I wanted. Good people to work with. (Ask for Beebe in sales.)
Ill be back when its time for another vehicle! Really happy with the one we purchased so far.
The quality of work is acceptable but the maintenance sales crew is aggressive as you would expect of a typical car dealership. Well, it is a car dealership. But does that mean it has to seem like a caricature of the stereotypical dealership?Even when I know I need some of the services recommended the approach makes me doubt whether to trust these people. I follow the maintenance schedule for my car. I suggest you do the same.
My husband and I came to try to get a car from here. We felt that the salesman and financing staff talked down to us and ganged up on us. They didnt seem to care too much about selling a customer a car. Definitely will not return. Ended up getting exactly what we wanted at a different Honda dealership which gave a great customer experience.
We are on our eighth Honda, and all have been purchased from Bartlesville Honda. David, Josh, Dominik and the whole crew take the best care of their customers. Its worth the drive and its worth your time.
Just bought a new Odyssey-- best price, honest and friendly staff. Exactly as described on the phone -- drove it back to Albuquerque. Staff even called to be sure we got home safely despite snowstorm!! Will definitely consider them again.
I few in from out of state to buy a car for my mother. The Customer service that was provided to me was far beyond anything that I expected from a car dealership. Josh was awesome and we far beyond what was expected. He saw that this was a surprise for my mother and did everything he possibly could to help support me and my family in surprising her. That day will be with my mother for a very long time and just the way in which this dealership assisted and provided the support to make it happen is hands down the best that I have seen.
I drive from Tulsa to have these guys work on my car, all the service guys are great to deal with. I own multiple Honda’s and will not have them worked on anywhere else. Thanks to Eric and his team for all their help.
I had an excellent experience at Honda of Bartlesville and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. I am giddy with delight over my new car, the process of buying it was easy and kind of fun. Joshua did a great job showing me all the features of my new car and getting me all set up. Dominykas made it easy to get financed, both were a pleasure to work with.
I have to say that the car my mom bought there was great. However, my issue was the process. They gave my mom the price when she went there alone. I called them that evening and told them that I would bring cash in hundred dollar bills if they would take $1000 dollars less. The salesman said I dont see any issue with that, come on up. Once we got there, the manager came out and showed us that the comparable models in Oklahoma were higher than the asking price of their car. He wouldnt budge on the price and added a documentation fee on top of the original price. I really cant blame him for trying to increase margin but we were looking at all brands and models of cars. If they would have said the price is what it is before we drove 45 minutes to the dealership I would have respected them more.
Top notch. No sale tactics. Just honesty and professionalism. Totally going to buy my next Honda from them!
Absolutely amazing dealership. The people here were helpful and honest. I spoke with Scott several times before making a trip to Bartlesville. We had discussed a price (that I was pretty happy with) through email before my arrival. This made the process of buying very smooth and simple. Charles took me for a test drive and worked with me to switch my insurance over. Dominick, in the finance department, was extremely patient with explaining everything to me and getting me an interest rate that was more than reasonable. This experience was a billion times better than my South Pointe Honda experience in Tulsa. They tried to charge me 20% interest on top of not being able to beat Honda of Bartlesvilles Price. It was worth the trip to Bartlesville!
I greatly appreciated their up-front pricing on a new 2014 Accord, which included a reasonable $99 dealer doc fee. After being picked-up at the airport, the transaction was completed in about 90 minutes at the dealership. As an out-of-state buyer, the registration paperwork arrived in the mail after 3.5 weeks. It was a straightforward buying experience with no surprises. I highly recommend the dealership.
The best place to go for used single owner Honda Odysseys. We bought ours in 2016 and it is still going strong.
Worse sales managere ever . He had a car sold and for 200.00 he wouldnt deal with us . He was very rude and unprofessional. Dont buy a car for him.
Great experience! Very satisfied. This is the 2nd car our family has purchased from Honda of Bartlesville. The employees are very nice. Treat you like family. The car buying process was easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. My daughter loves her HondaAccord! The website is also easy to use. We live in Verdigris, OK and I can tell you that it is worth the drive to do business with this dealership. Thank you again Honda of Bartlesville.
Beebe Stephenson spent a lot of time showing and explaining the features of the car both before I decided to buy the model and also when I picked it up after buying it. He was very patient and worked with me to get the car I wanted. They didnt have the particular configuration I wanted on their lot so he explored other dealer sites looking for one. When that also came up empty, he ordered one from the factory. He kept me informed as to when the car was built and when it was shipped. He also introduced me to the Service Advisor and showed me the service area, which was nice.Overall, a good experience.
Our sales person was Josh Price and he was EXCELLENT! He listened to all our needs and did not try to force anything down our throats. He even helped save us money! We had to wait a few days for our car to be delivered and we ended up calling Josh multiple times with questions. He never became annoyed with and was always very helpful. Once the car arrived he showed us how to work everything which was great, because otherwise I probably would have never figured out how to work some of the features. We also for with Dominik Kvedys in finance. He was excellent and very patient with us. We will definitely be returning to Honda of Bartlesville and will recommend them to everyone we know!
Beginning a first time buyer I am completely grateful for there integrity and commitment towards there efforrts in ensuring me that I was in good hands. They answered all my questions and concerns. Provided me with the best options. I never felt pressured or confused throughout the process. Everyone pulled together in my favor in order for me to receive a brand new car. Honda of Bartlesville took great care of me and worked with in my finical means. I highly recommend this dealership. They work for you not against you.
Sales experience was good. Service dept is deceptive and overpriced.
They had such a selection and there was no pressure whatsoever. I told Darrin what my plan was and he set me up with an offer on my old car and the price on my new car was well below the average price paid for the model Honda I purchased. The experience was just what I expected out of an out of town dealership.
I just purchased a 2014 Civic Si from this dealership. It is the 4th new Honda we have purchased from them over the years. Everyone from the owner to our salesman Jason Herr to the service people to the office staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend buying or servicing a car with these folks. I couldnt be happier with them or the car!
I drove from Northwest Arkansas to purchase a Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Jeremy corresponded with me via telephone and text quickly giving me his word on a purchase price. Upon arriving in Bartlesville, Jeremy already had the van cleaned and prepped for purchase so my dealer time would be minimal. I was the last customer of the day and did not feel rushed or pushed. Great dealership to work with and my experience was excellent. I would recommend Bartlesville Honda to anyone in Northwest Arkansas. Well worth the drive!!
This place sucks. If u dont have a minimum income of $1700 a month they wont help u get into a car or truck. I try to get my mom to help be a co signer so that both of our incomes together where around the $1800 mark and they still wont let me get a car cause per person has to have the $1700 a month to get the bank to help u finance the car or truck. I needed that car or truck so I could get around and get a job to help me make more income but they wouldnt help no matter what. If u want a good deal go somewhere else cause this place is not worth it and they are a joke. And there add are lies too.
The service team took real good care of my car.
Excellent experience. No pressure .....the staff was very professional. I feel good about the amount received for my trade and the amount paid for the Accord I purchased. Accidentally went to dealership next door thinking it was part of the Honda dealer..... the salespeople were all over me like a rat on cheetos before I stepped out of my truck...... Complete opposite approach at Honda of Bartlesville. David and Josh did a great job.... in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
2014 Honda Coupe V6. Awesome. Good customer service. Good price. Bruno is a good salesman. Worth the drive from OKC!
Very pleasant experience. would deal with again and recommend to anyone. Didnt try to over sell or under sell. they actually listened and paid attention to what i was looking for.
Contacted them through CarGurus and asked someone to text me. They were slow to respond and had to be prompted for information. Inconsistent with replies, one time telling me they would not take an offer and then saying it was reasonable and so on with no clarification. Contacted them through their website and let them know that their rep wasn’t attending to my inquires. They quit talking to me completely. I wouldn’t waste my time. Check out Doenges Toyota, they have it figured out. I have bought a vehicle from them in the past. All the details were worked out ahead of time, walked in, test drove, then signed the papers.
General Manager is very rude. We previously bought new Honda Accord car from them and had good experience but this time such a bad experience we received from their manager. Instead we bought our new Pilot from South Point Honda and have such a good experience with them. We will never be going back to buy new vehicle from Honda of Bartlesville.
Always a fun experience to buy a car from them. Good people. Good customer service
I needed a new fuel efficient car for DMA school auditions this year and was immediately given the best customer service and friendly handshake the second we walked in the door. My Mother and best friend accompanied me and were all offered water or fruit/donuts several times. I never felt pressured by anyone at any point nor did I feel that they had to overly sell their product. The vehicle spoke for itself. I highly recommend not only Honda but Honda of Bartlesville. They have my business as long as Im living within a reasonable distance!
Fast and friendly service. Excellent deals and professional sales. The best in town hands down.
Found a car on the internet listing first. Sent email notification of my interest and was called back by 8:30 AM the following morning. Salesman was super friendly, easy to talk to, no pressure and helped us discuss what vehicle would work best for my 17 year old daughter. Car buying usually doesnt rate in the top 10 things I prefer doing in this world, but I must say this experience was GREAT!!! Well done Jason, Adrian and Honda of Bartlesville! We will be back and we will recommend you guys to our friends. Thanks Again ~ Scott & Taylor Averill
I bought my new Pilot at Honda of Bartlesville and was very pleased with the respect and courtesy that I was shown. This is the 6th Honda my family has purchased from this dealer and every experience has been wonderful!
We bought a new 2014 Pilot from Beebe. Our 2nd time to buy a Pilot from Beebe and Honda of Bartlesville. Best buying experience ever, both times. We drove nearly two hours each way to make this purchase and it was worth every minute.Best pricing around. I checked pricing on Pilots in KC, Tulsa, Springfield, NW Arkansas and Joplin. Nobody came close to Honda of Bartlesville pricing. I was told by two different Honda dealers to watch out for all the extra fees that Honda of Bartlesville would be adding to my pricing. It never happened. The price quoted on the website is the price I payed. No surprises or extra fees.
Its a good place to take your car to get fixed they do a good job
When we test drove my Traverse we were assured it had been checked out completely. We didnt hear any noises, probably due to all the talking. The day i picked it up we noticed a noise coming from the front end. I was informed it wasnt there the day before. They blamed me for the busted strut. I had only driven it home 4 miles away. Now a month later it is due to go back into the shop. Possible transmission problems. I cant afford this so my car will now be parked while i pay for it. Will never trust them again.
I made the hour drive from Tulsa twice to visit this dealership while searching for a new Honda Civic after my car was totaled. Completely worth it! The prices on their cars could not be matched with any other location I searched online. Scott kept me informed on what cars had sold that I was interested in and communicated with me promptly. In addition, they worked with me and let me take my new vehicle home before paying any amount, so I would have a car to drive while waiting on my settlement check from the insurance company. I cannot thank them enough for letting me do that!! I would not have had a car to drive at all without that kind gesture. Thanks Honda of Bartlesville!
Service is slooooowwwww!Dont expect to be out in a hurry....youll be there for a long while!
Adrian Buitnik was a great help and made the buying experience very easy. By far, they had the best price for a 2012 Odyssey Touring model. There are two Honda dealers in Tulsa and Honda of Bartlesville. I have bought cars from all three and while the two in Tulsa are both excellent, Honda of Bartlesville is the best of the three.
Visited this dealership to look at a Pre-Owned vehicle. We had a trade that I was unable to drive due to it being a manual transmission. After speaking with the sales rep about my top dollar, he said he wanted to see the trade.I arranged for someone to drive the car the following day from Jenks to Bartlesville so they could see it in person. He came back with the trade-in value over $1500 less than another dealership was offering me.To make matters worse, their break even dollar figure was over $3,000 more than my top dollar that we had discussed the day before.Having not even seen the trade, but given the model, year, and mileage, he knew that they couldnt come anywhere close to my top dollar, but chose to waste my time anyway.
I had just arrived in Tulsa from New York City and wanted to buy a new car since I didnt have one while I lived in NY. Scott Upton arranged for a driver (Don, the nicest man ever with great stories!) to come from Bartlesville to pick me up in Tulsa (about a 45 minute drive) and take me to the dealership. Scott had the car I was interested in out front and ready for me to test drive. When I encountered hiccups with my planned car insurance company, Scott was extremely patient during this process and recommended a local State Farm office for the car insurance that was very efficient and easy to work with. Dominik clearly explained financial considerations/extended warrantees with my purchase and allowed me to pay for my car with a personal check. As a bonus, Dominik and Scott recommended local places of interest to check out in Bartlesville and OK more generally. Scott sat with me in the car and carefully explained all of the computerized features of the car, and asked me to call or email him with any questions. I am so grateful for the awesome, personalized service I received at this dealership. For my future car purchases I plan to return to this dealership.
Matt Baxter always takes great care of me and our Hondas when I take them in for service at Honda of Bartlesville!
We drove an hour to purchase from Honda of Bartlesville. They had the best price and treated us with the utmost respect - especially at the final signing of the paperwork. They did not throw in those hidden fees and mandatory charges which were not part of the negotiated price. No shell games!
Super helpful staff, wonderful selection. I appreciate the coveted awnings with the hot sun and a baby in tow.
Very friendly & excellent customer service!
Weve been looking at 2019 CRVs for a few months now, checking out several dealerships. We had pretty much decided to wait until the end of the year to get one because I really hadnt found the one I wanted yet and we were tired of going to dealerships and wasting hours of our time telling them what our budget was and having the salesperson go back and forth 5 times between us and his manager. We decided to check out what Honda of Bartlesville had and could offer us. This was the best experience we have ever had from start to finish. First we werent made to feel like we were in a shark tank when we first arrived. David Howell shared more information about this vehicle than all the other dealerships combined had and was very easy (non stressful) to work with. The finance manager was the absolute best, and NEVER pressured us to buy anything extra or unnecessary. We not only left with a new CRV but with a high regard for those that work here.
Great people and easy to work with
My first trip out from Tulsa to this dealer was pleasant. I went there because of a Car Gurus posting on a Honda. I noticed these cars were parked in the grass. I was met by a pleasant sales consultant Charles Carpenter who did an outstanding job of directing my attention on a 2006 Honda Accord EX listed for $5700. My father and I test drove with Charles and really enjoyed his knowledge and demeanor during the test drive. I told him I would be back the next day to see how my fiancé would approve since it would be her car. I explained to Charles prior to second meeting that I would inspect the car with an OBD monitor and my assessment checklist of the vehicle and would most likely be 30 mins.Upon arriving a second time with my fiancé. I wanted to educate her in inspecting used vehicles. We were greeted by Jerry Droz sales consultant. We declared we were working with Charles in which her stated, he was unable to complete his sales with us at this time. So we indulged in inspecting the outer exterior and trunk. We found deviation on hood and driver panel including a passenger dent. We inspected the interior which was in great condition. I had my fiancé start the vehicle which the odometer read 250914 miles. No blue smoke was noted. Jerry sat in the front with my fiancé as she drove it. I was verbalizing my rationale for checking all the various instruments and features of the vehicle. AC worked great, all electronics checked out except heated seats on high setting on drivers side. We then did acceleration test which handled well. After thoroughly inspecting the vehicle we felt uncomfortable from deviation from original church parking lot we wanted to perform a suspension test. We were directed to a alternate route to a smaller parking driveway which made it difficult to handle a suspension test. I looked under the vehicle and noticed wet oil residue that concerned me. I then checked fluids again and noticed the oil had dropped from full to half full during the test drive. I interpreted that as possible oil leak and noted in my possible expenses needed on this car along with time belt cracking.Concluding the test drive My fiancé loved the way the car handled. I consulted her my findings and projections of needed repairs of: a time belt, possible alternator that looked old, and oil leak. We offered $3500 from a total advertised price of $4500 online. Jerrys demeanor changed. I noticed he was flabbergasted as a low ball offer. He stated If I had known that...…..and he seemed done dealing with us. I showed him my reasoning as to why we offered by showing that Car Gurus had their price of $4500 as HIGH $610 above market. My fiancée noticed Jerry rolled his eyes. Jerry did not offer to renegotiate he said there is no way they are going to take that. He said another buyer offered $4,000 and they denied that. I told I really enjoyed the test drive and appreciate his time. We exchanged numbers. In summary my fiancé was disappointed with Jerrys attitude with the offer. I got the impression that if you speak honestly with this sales rep, it is taken as an insult. My target price for this vehicle was $4000-4200 until discovering of wet oil residue and started to understand why most of these cars are parked in the grass to conceal possible leaks. If I wanted this car I doubt my fiancé would let me go back after her experience. I will say this dealership did not have the pressure that others had which I appreciate but dont expect to negotiate. I felt I wasnt too unreasonable given the mileage on this vehicle but I think I will stay in Tulsa area dealerships from now on.
Very bad service department all they wanna do is not work and not listen to what was wrong with my brand new car I will not be taking my car again worst trouble shooters ever
