Bought my truck from there on 11-3. The truck was amazing. They had it clean and in perfect driving shape. Rey was an amazing salesman. He made sure that everything was ready for us to look at the vehicle and sign the papers without having to sit around forever. He was a great person to work with. I highly recommend this place. Top quality vehicles and salesman and a quick process of signing paperwork.

Overall experience was really good. They went behond helping me get in to the vehicles we wanted and even located and had them ready for when we got there to look at. Did not push to make us purchase the vehicles and made sure it was what we wanted. Will definitely go back for our next purchases.

Well made contact on a vehicle and set up an appointment of the next morning. They sent me an appointment confirmation at 8am for my 10am appointment. Get there and they claim that it was sold the night before. Guess I fell for the bait and switch. 100 mile drive to get there was not completely waisted. I found a great vehicle at a wonderful price just down the road at Doenges Ford/Toyota. Dont waste your time with Patriot.

I had my oil changed and air filter replaced. They also noticed that I had a locking nut missing and helped me understand what needed to be replaced and why. They also didnt make me feel like I had to do right then which was appreciated.

Honestly, it was shocking how disappointing our visit to this dealership was. We called and made an appointment and checked with the lady on the phone that the truck we were interested was available and at the listed price. After driving an hour to this dealership for our apt, the salesman who helped us was very pleasant and accommodating. His manager, however, was rude and informed us the price has conveniently “increased by nearly $3000” that morning. We informed him that we had called and checked and it was at the listed price at that time- not one mention of a price increase. He then tried to up the interest rate price in order to make back the money he was going to lose since we weren’t going to pay the price he was saying it had changed to. We left. The next day, my husband found out he had ran his credit 4 times, screwing us in the process. When we went to look for said truck on Carguru- where we originally found it with the original price, it was nowhere to be found. Highly recommend going to any dealership but this one. I wish I could give negative stars. You’d have better luck with a hot wheels car.

Drove 4 hrs and over 200 miles round-trip with an appointment with Roy. When I get there, Roy is doing something else and isnt available, which happens sometimes. So Im sent over to an available salesman. I let him know which vehicle Im there to see. He goes out and comes back and mentions the key wont come out of the ignition. His solution is to try to sell me a different vehicle. I figured me driving all that way was worth trying to jump the battery. Its interesting the difference in treatment I received this time versus the time I traded in and bought a vehicle from them in 2015.

If I could give -stars I would.They tried the classic bait-and-switch. They had a perfect truck on 3 different car site(still do in fact). I was in contact with Lori and asked her if she would even have a few more in my price range, just in case thing didnt work out. No problem we have plenty of cars and trucks for you in that range.We set an appointment to meet her and test drive. Drove from Tulsa and when we got there they couldnt find Lori ( didnt even try to or call her) and they just sold the truck, but we have this much older truck for 5k more then the one you wanted and we have nothing under 10kIf they are not the most dishonest they are at the very least the bottom of the barrel of used car salesman when if come to service. Be very careful with these folks!!!

Took my Tahoe for oil change and Im pretty sure the fan motor was going out for the air and heat. 3 trips and $1300 and still doesnt work. Ill take my Vette to doenges💀

I got exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful..... Edit: I did not get what I wanted. I paid $3,500 for a truck with cash, never got the truck. I waited a month and a half. I got a refund. I wasted 3 hours of my time driving there twice for nothing. It cost me work because I was suppose to have a truck, which I could have bought numerous others if I wasnt stuck in some weird pay us now and you might get a truck deal. I have been asked if Im still interested in buying it. Not without a little compensation for wasting my time. I offered $3,000 yesterday....Sorry, Bud...price stays the same....no deal for me.

Typical dealer said I was pre qualified got their and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Went ahead and looked at vehicles and told them what I wanted for a payment came back with a quote that was $300 more than my initial payment needs. Then almost 2 1/2 the cost of the vehicle. Wanted me to pay especially $51,000 for a $23,000 vehicle. Yes it was approved but 850 month @ 60 months is $51000 . I realize that the bank sets the rate but really. Also was told they were waiting on Tinker FCU to get back to you never heard anything.

I am very pleased with my experience and really have no complaints. I bought my dream car from Patriot Chevrolet and its the only car I will have for the rest of my life. They were upfront and honest as far as I know and explained the details succinctly and clearly.

Been looking for a vehicle for awhile. Found a vehicle I liked and even the husband liked. Made an appointment to go to look at it and by the time which was 2 days after I found it. Luckily I asked 2 make sure they still had it before we drove all the way o er there. It was sold and nobody told us called emailed or even texted us that it was gone. So I kept looking found another one and within a day of finding it on there website it was go e but it had been on the site for weeks. Seems like every time you find something on there website and ask about it its gone within a day 2 days but yet nobody will tell you unless ask. They need to take everything off the site that they dont have or at least tell the people that are interested in it that its gone before their appointment.

Bought a truck from them on Thursday August 12th they said it needed a new torque converter and the part would be in the next day or Monday and it would be done by Wednesday August 18th. No calls from them except from their finance guy Ben demanding that we bring back the loaner vehicle they put us in and when we called to get an update the floor manager Mike Davis seems to be completely clueless. It’s been 13 days and still the truck isn’t done. Very displeased with their customer service

Easy to set up appt for service @ your convince. I was able to set it and change it with just my phone #. Great reminder text/email if you want it. If not you dont have to utilize that service. Great friendly people abd quick service.

Update: sales manager took care of the issue we are now driving a brand new 2021 encore thank you very much for handling the situation Ty Kent!!.Bought a car on June 19th on the way home it started vibrating call back that I did not want the car .. I purchased the car on June 18th I put it in the shop on the 20th I did not get it back until July 1st I returned the car again on July 6th and did not receive it back until July 17th when nothing I ask to be fixed was taking care of. one of the main features is Crash detection and it does not work so Im just curious how my car was in the shop for almost two weeks and nothing was fixed including three rivets missing and rear tire well werent even replaced.

FYI, this is the first negative review Ive ever given. Dont expect things to get done after you sign the paperwork. Customer service is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. After 23 phone calls (and speaking to various employees who told me they would call back but never did) it took 2 months before we received any of the signed paperwork. My trade-in wasnt paid off until after 2 months past due which resulted in my credit score plummeting. Im not the crazy call 1,000 times a day type, Im just the call 1,000 times until you keep your end of the deal type... see my call log in photos. Highly dont recommend.

So a little late on writing this review, hopefully it’s better late then never. We had an excellent time with Jerry, he made a scary process a fun experience. He was able to help with a trade in and then we went to test drive a couple cars he listened to what our needs were and put us into a vehicle that met those needs. While we were waiting for numbers and paperwork we had a pleasant time talking and learned a bit on York and Wall Street. I think that Patriot Chevrolet sells their cars at a competitive price versus other cars of similar value. The salesmen seem to do a good job of taking care of issues.My only complaint is that when you see a listed price online when looking for a car at a certain price range (say on Autotrader.com, for instance) it would be nice if it was better communicated that the price shown is after trade-in and finance allowances. The price you see online isnt always the actual price (so read carefully in the description and/or ask questions). This is really my only real issue Ive experienced at this dealership that I wasnt very enthusiastic about.

I recently inquired about a vehicle at this dealership. Yes I know my credit isn’t the best and I expected to pay around a thousand dollars down. But I have it a shot and filled out a pre approval. Once that was complete my credit was hit about 5 times. I texted whoever is in charge of their texts messages and asked them to quit running my credit multiple times and no approval. After 2 days I get a text message from the dealership saying they was able to get me approved and that I needed to come test drive the vehicle. I told them that if I was going to have to put down more than a thousand dollars I wouldn’t not even waste either of our time but was Re assured that I was approved and to come in and I would be able to get fuel for the trip. So upon arrival to the scheduled appointment I find out that the car is not there. (Out getting all the paperwork’s finalized so I can take it home and detailed) so I walked around I find another vehicle while waiting 30 minutes for the original vehicle that is still not back. I decided the vehicle in which I found while waiting that was newer and less expensive would be a better fit. So they then go back and run my credit again another 11 times only to come back to me to tell me that I would have to pay 3000 dollars down and my payment would be 984 dollars a month n a 21k loan. Look I understand that dealerships are trying to get a deal for you but they really never think about how bad they hurt credit. I am a 100% disabled marine veteran and I let them know I was on a very limited income but still. Just come on down we got you..... worst pitch ever. Buyers be cautious. I gave them the one star for the fuel.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I bought a car from them that I did not want a year ago with a promise that I had a lifetime warranty and that after making eight payments I could come back and get anything I wanted with no down payment. Well its been a year and I just took it back because the repairs are not being done properly on the vehicle, it has no AC or heater and the front end pops every time I drive it. I have taken this vehicle in several times to be fixed and have been told it was fixed when in fact it was never fixed. Now they want me to pay out of pocket if I want it fixed. Yes the car was taken in several times and worked on but the issues was never fixed properly, they only put a bandaid on it which never lasted past a week. Now the sales employees are super nice, but as for the mechanics they have employed there is a different story, they was polite but not very good mechanics. They do not honor what they say

We purchased a used vehicle (beyond warranty) from Patriot Chevrolet. They had their service department check out the vehicle, fixed more than we expected them to and corrected a minor issue afterward, all at no extra cost to us. (FYI - We also had our mechanic check out the vehicle afterward, with no surprises.) Jared made the experience easy and took great care of us. I would highly recommend them.

I have never been to a dealership service department and be treated so well by Chase, your service manager. He is a master at his job and Ive tried to throw him for a loop. He is a professional, handles all questions I have about my truck and taking care of it. Most places you dont feel the comfort of genuine service experience, Chase is a genuine guy!

Went to test drive a used vehicle and indeed it did have its flaws just like any other used vehicle but the fact they couldn’t really tell us much about it, we asked for the previous service invoices and only got 1 invoice. After Negotiating we got back on the website and noticed it was in a car accident. No one once mentioned that to us. Yes we continued the process on the financial side and got told we could get it with money down and agreed to everything. I did have a trade in and they already took my tag off getting ready to switch things over and putting the vehicle in detail since it was not detailed when we got there knowing we were coming in advance to test drive it.Sat in the lobby for close to 2 1/2 hours after being supposedly approved they come and say well you can’t get it, couldn’t tell us why exactly or what the payments would go up to until I demanded to know. They turned it around saying well now your payments would be $500 more than agreed to plus $5000 down!Worst experience and waste of time ever!!! Not ever going back or referring anyone there!!!(Of course I had to rate it 1 star for even being able to post this)

I like Patriot Chevrolet but I cant help but wonder when a business does not work to protect ALL of the customers. No masks in sight during a PANDEMIC! I have cancer. Everything was done very professional, went to look at 2019 Equinox. While walking around saw this Nissan 2016 Rogue LS. Only had 13,000 mile on. Reason being was a repro. Was driving only the above miles. So set somewhere till it was taken back which generally takes 9 months. Its in excellent condition and Nissan versa Chevrolet Equinox is way better. Patriot Representatives Rey was very helpful, honest and never was making us buy anything. Good experience and feel good a great deal.

This dealership has very poor communication and integrity among their staff. They sold a truck that I called about and confirmed it was available. Two days later I call them back asking for the information I requested and sure enough they sold it. This is the worst chevy dealership ever.

Went in to get a vehicle with my husband and the salesman was great. Met and worked with the GM and he helped us get into a nice vehicle that fit our budget..
