Bargained for a pillow top, paid them the money and didnt get what I Bargained for. Went back and asked why and was told what I got was on sale. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Salesman acted like we were trying to steal something! Havent been made to feel like that since Dillards security guard followed me around the store while I was clothes shopping with my daughter. You would think people looking at new carpet would be welcomed here but I guess not.

I am very impressed with Michael’s. They were friendly and professional. I had my recliner delivered two hours after I purchased it, and my old one picked up.

The mattress I bought was defective and they never made it right. Never business there again.
