Its just a hop, skip and a jump frommy house. The convenience of it all. Everyone is always so nice when I go in there.

Got busy and extra cashiers were called up. In and out quick. Store was clean and well stocked and fronted. Meat market and produce was quality and fresh.

I put one star only because I can’t put 0. I’ve been trying to call them for over 2 hours and they refuse to answer and if they do answer then they instantly hang up on me. I never get greeted anytime I walk in and I usually have to wait on the teenagers to get don’t talking before they can ring me up. And they are always talking about their personal stuff while ringing people up which is very un professional in my opinion. I’m glad I wasn’t trying to call to place an order because then you guys would be missing out on money. I live out of town and now I have to drive all the way up there to ask a simple question. Very frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. And I will share my experience to anyone who ask or will listen. Very sad.

Very conveniently located to me, however the prices are surely to high.. I only go here for emergency times because of that reason..Oh yes,, there isnt a deli in store and thats a bummer.

Hidden gem. Great little grocery store on the edge of town. First time shopping there met the person responsible for making the fruit and vegetables platters and had a very pleasant conversation about the store. Will definitely be visiting this store again.

Ive let it slip many times but enough is enough. Ive lost count how many times we buy items where we find out they are past their expiration date. I was shopping there today and found a yogurt that was expired so I hand it in to let them know. It happens. But then I get home, and my apple juice is expired. How does this happen in one trip? Milk has been expired twice already as well. Cereal too.They must know about this and if not they desperately need a new system before they start selling pet or baby food that has expired and makes them very sick. Avoid shopping here unless youre willing to check the expiration date of every item you buy.Update July 19th, 2019: Im not making this up - got a pack of cookies, thought they tasted dry and checked the date... yup. Expired.

Its a very descent suppermarket

Helpful and mostly friendly employees. Not very clean for a food store. Fair prices with specials. Convenient location. Easy in and out. Food is fresh. Would be better if they took your groceries to your car, especially when you are using a cane to walk. In that, they are thoughtless. But we go there 2-3 times a week and enjoy it.

Seems like everything is there is very expensive for instance one little can of corn for a dollar 69

Love this little home town grocery store, my parents shopped there in the 80’s and my family shops there now! The staff is great and the shelves are stocked.I assume the GM who always has a smile works non stop every time I’m there she’s always busy stocking or helping other’s! Great place!

Id like to small stories because theyre easy to manage and get around in and find things unlike the big box chain stores which dont need your money but they are convenient on some items other than that youll find me yet United Homeland or one of the locally owned stores or Mom and Pop stores and thats why I will do my business. America was built on the small businessman.

The employees last night were super awesome. I didnt realize it was after closing time.one I did realize it I HURRIED to get out. That being said the employees were still super friendly and helpful. I didnt catch any off their names but the closing shift on January 15th should be commended for a JOB WELL DONE! And for the record, I never post on these things.

Great small scale grocery store. Great staff: hardworking, helpful, honest. Friendly butcher. The store is clean and never too busy. The only downside is they seem to have electric problems several times a year. This led to store closure during normal hours as well as frozen items being off limits. They do a great job keeping customers safe due to this.

Prices have doubled at the least since the pandemic. This is the last time I m going here they are trying to Monopolize the food market here along with Walmart. The workers are not that friendly either.

This is my favorite place because it has everthing I want in a local grocery from great deals that surprise me to friendly old fashion service. This is an employee owned store ! They are very friendly and helpful, the produce is always fresh and they have great specials . It is also right next to that great big new Phillips 66 station and saves you a trip into town .

Nice little neighborhood grocery. Little bit pricey, but I like supporting home town businesses versus giant conglomerates. Meat is very tasty.

GOT TO WATCH THOSE EXP. DATES!!!That being said, I love this place friendly service, people not trying to run you over. A breath of fresh air. Granted for that fresh air you pay 1.5x the price at Walmart, but as an ex-employee of HAC. (the company that owns Homeland and United Supermarkets), I am also probably a life long customer. The prices are somewhat ridiculous, but sometimes when things go on sale they are really great deals, or at least comparable to Walmart prices without the Walmart stress and hassle.

I usually am happy with the service I get at United Supermarket. But today, I wasnt pleased at all. I was really surprised to get this survey. I had 2 heavy sacks, and 1 that should have only had a loaf of bread in it.But when I picked up the sack and it had an onion and green pepper under my bread which made indentions in it to put in the toaster. I have trouble walking and no one offered to carry my sacks out the girl said do you want to leave it in the cart or just carry it. I didnt see the girls name. But if iNeed something in the evening I will go to Walmart. The good employees seem to work during the day.

Convenient place to shop, the weekly ads are the same as homelands but you do not need any card. Great place for picking up a few items but everyday prices are much higher then walmart.
