Ashley is amazing, but today was her last day. Great doctors, almost all the nurses are awesome too.

If I could give a zero star, I would. I do NOT recommend, Margaret White. I waited WEEKS to be seen, got to my appointment and was told by her that “I don’t look in noses or throats” that I would need to see one of the other two doctors. So I got NO help! Wasted my time, insurance and money to be told I needed to see someone else in the SAME office and that would be another month before I could even get in with them!!! She is worthless being their if she can’t even do what the clinic is for, EARS NOSE AND THROAT. Why would they even hire someone who can’t even do the job... do not waste your time.

Dr Robertson is by far the Best ENT dr. He has a great bedside manor and he is willing to help you no matter the Prob.

My 2 year old has had to have her surgery rescheduled TWICE now. And this last time it got rescheduled THREE days before the surgery and pushed out another TWO weeks. My daughter has been has issues with hearing talking AND swallowing since she was 3 months old. Now she keeps losing weight and is constantly getting strep and ear infections. Im very disappointed.

I submitted an online request for the clinic to call me to set up an appointment on a Thursday, by Monday no one had called so I called in to their clinic. The receptionist said she was putting me on hold right away and after several minutes on hold listening to the voice over of how their clinic provides excellent customer service the line finally rang again and I hear the unmistakable sound of someone picking up the phone and slamming it back down hanging up on me. So I waited a fewminutes and called again. This same thing happened two more times. Hold then hang up, not the line going dead, the actual sound of someone picking up the receiver and slamming it back down. Unbelievable! I cant imagine how they can boast about their great customer service and hang up on their patents and not return their online requests. Pretty disappointing.
