I called to see if this place did ear cleanings. The lady I spoke with said to give her my information and shed transfer me to the desk where my questions would be answered. So I did. When she transferred me, I was immediately told they dont do ear cleanings. So that was the first waste of time. About 30 minutes later, I started getting a slew of telemarketer calls to my phone. The next day, Hearing Life called me back to say that the lady in their telemarketing center was mistaken and they did do ear cleanings. Why does a hearing clinic have a telemarketing center? Id advise not using this place unless you like getting telemarketer calls every 30 minutes. Selling your information while offering no service in return is a hell of a way to do business.
