Lots of choices! The ones I have tried they were all delicious! Newest one was the grape sherbet, awesome! The person in charge (assume he is the owner) high energy, very happy, overall awesome service.

We just moved into Batavia and love the walk around the River and we always end our walk at the Creamery. The ice cream is excellent with many choices of flavors toppings and treats. The staff and owners are extremely nice and kind. One day we ordered and then realized we forgot our money but they insisted on giving us our order free of charge. My granddaughter looks forward to getting her chocolate cone whenever she comes over. Love it

Went here last Saturday. The atmosphere was wonderful and two staff on duty were very polite. Was excited to see a lot of dairy-free options. Id love to give this place a 5 star review but the end my stop there was not so pleasant. A dad with his three children walked in without a face mask and wanted to order. One of the staff asked him very politely if he could put on a mask and even offered to provide one for him. He refused and said he wouldnt wear one if they gave it to him. He threatened to leave but the staff went to the backroom to ask the manager. The manager allowed him to stay and order. It was uncomfortable waiting for my order to be made while this was going on. I cannot express how disappointed I am that the manager would allow such disrespectful customer. I would like to be able to return again in the future but that event will be in my mind to deter me.

There were some interesting flavors, such as pothole. I tasted the carrot cake flavor. It had a great cinnamon taste. But I ended up going with my favorite, butter pecan. My friend and I both ordered a single scoop in a waffle cone. Hers was over the top of the cone, but mine was substantially small in terms of the amount of ice cream I received in my cone. Nice ice cream and tasty waffle cone.

Nice stop when hiking or biking the river trail. Friendly staff and social distancing is maintained. Outdoor seating to enjoy your treats. Currently cards only, no cash. Order outside with staff. Super fast service! Insane amount of flavors to choose from. But what’s really nice is they have a wide range of sizes. Perfect if you just want a few bites or hungry for a giant waffle cone.

Great location, when you first walk in you can smell the sugar. Sitting outside was pleasant. The ice cream is good, wide variety, you can choose a plain cone or from cones that have been dipped in chocolate. Youre also able to get small, medium or large scoops of ice cream. The staff is friendly too!

This place has such delicious ice cream!! The owner served us and he was so kind. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Friendly atmosphere and staff and oh the ice cream flavors 😋 A list of regulars and a rotating list of awesome deliciousness. Its fun to check to see what new combinations they have every Friday. A favorite of mine is dark chocolate raspberry truffle. Holy cow!

Amazing flavors you cant find anywhere else! Homemade waffle cones, too! This might be the best ice cream spot in the Chicagoland area.

This place is adorable, and their frozen cappuccinos are the best kind of milkshake thing I’ve ever tried. I’m mostly leaving a review, not only because of how tasty the thing I bought was, but because of the wonderful service I received. I didn’t catch the name of the man behind the counter, but I’m assuming it was the owner, and he was fantastic and very nice and accommodating. I cannot wait to come back and grab another frozen cappuccino and try some flavors of ice cream. The service behind the counter was what made me want to leave a review. I don’t even like ice cream that much, and I cannot wait to come back.

Best ice cream cones and shakes in the entire state of illinois - hands down..... No further explanation required. But also, delicious ice cream right next to the river walk - best combo ever!

Batavia Creamery is hands down the best place I can possibly go for ice-cream! Its always open, the flavors change daily (and theyve got unusual but AWESOME flavors) and they have really great customer service skills. Might be a weird thing to mention, but to me its quite important! Wonderful Place!!!

Classic ice cream shop experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. Ice cream was delish and not terribly expensive like oberwise.

Once, this was our go-to place for birthday cakes. After four out of the last five cakes having been prepared incorrectly, we will now use a different option. Our one special instruction is to use buttercream frosting instead of whipped topping and they failed to get it right again. We have lived here over 20 years so this is very disappointing.

Absolutely delicious. I am the ice cream queen, and every time I order from Batavia creamery it exceeds my expectations. We also just picked up a Yule Log, which we decided will now be our annual Christmas tradition! Blows Baskin/DQ out of the water!

This area of Batavia is a cute area near the river. Covid procedures meant no entering the store. Ordering at a cordoned off area where employees took the order, went in and placed it, came out and took your money and went back 5 to 10 minutes later to collect your order. Eating outside in the grass nearby or at nearby outdoor tables. Employees were efficient but not necessarily friendly. The ice cream was good but I have a feeling the experience is better normally. Very impersonal

Ice cream tastes great, very rich & creamy. Every flavor I’ve ordered tastes great. Our kids love the Superman. The menu is a little overwhelming, could be streamlined. The facilities are a little dated. But, the ice cream is amazing and the staff is friendly & helpful.

Im not usually a last minute person, but I was on ordering a cake. I called on Friday and had a cake ready for me the next day. Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service! Kirk the owner went above and beyond to make sure I would have my cake by Sunday. The cake was also very tasty. I will be using them again in the future. Next time I wont wait last minute. Weve been going here for years. Whenever we take the kids to another ice cream shop on vacation the creamery is the benchmark we compare any ice cream place to. So far we havent found one thats better. On top of the great Ive cream selection that rotates the friendly staff only adds to this local favorite.

One of our favorite hometown icecream shops. Doing a great job serving the best they can during pandemic. We ordered by Facebook messenger and payment by phone. Then they brought out our order when we arrived. I had the brownie batter chocolate icecream and it is phenomenal.

This is such a unique and fun ice cream parlor with a wide variety of homemade flavors with different choices each time I go. They always have staples like chocolate and cookie dough, but then rotate in different flavors. The staff is very friendly and helpful and happy to give you a sample or three. They make great slush drinks and shakes and have some of the most unique and flavorful ice cream Ive ever enjoyed.

Wow just wow. Got my son’s 1st birthday cake from Batavia C, drove 45min to get there but totally worth it!!! Britney was so helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this place.

Incredible. Always the best ice cream here, VERY LARGE scoops. The staff here are young, very kind, and very helpful. If you dont know a flavour, ask for a taste test and they will give it to you. Great outdoor seating, too!

Personally, its hard for me to get in and out of here in under 20 minutes. There are just so many enticing options that I tend to linger when deciding on what to get! Have never been disappointed when leaving! Also, for a place that seems to be staffed by mostly young kids, the service is shockingly good (sorry, gen Z). Always very attentive and helpful. Must try!

Best ice cream shop in the area. The workers here are always happy and ready to help you out pretty quickly. The variety of flavors available is the best in the area also with a pretty good rotation of new flavors pretty frequently. Unless you just like the traditional flavors, then they should always have those on hand.

We ordered a cake for our daughters 1st birthday party. Not only was the price very reasonable, it was beautifully decorated and delicious. We live out of state and had to make the order remotely, but Kirk made this very easy and delivered excellent customer service. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Really terrific homemade ice cream and a great selection of flavors. I stick to Cappuccino Crunch when they have it. Its coffee ice cream with large chunks of chocolate fudge and toffee pieces. They also have several fat free and vegan selections so theres something for everyone.

Love this little ice cream joint. Right off the bike trail so you dont have to feel so guilty about the treat. Only downside is there isnt a bathroom which can be tough with young kids.

Over rated. I dont think they claim to have home made ice cream but it definately doesnt taste home made. Their variety is ok, but it seems the extra flavors in the ice cream cover up the store bought flavor. Gave the second star for the great employees.
