We came, we sat, we bought a chair! Kathy was friendly and made sure that we knew the good and the bad about everything. At the end of our visit she showed us the chair that she recently bought for herself. We bought one too. Much better experience than shopping at a chain store. The delivery was professional and seamless.

Great to work with. Super fast service. Came in the Monday before Easter. Carpet was installed 3 days later. Looks and feels great. Ive done business with them twice. Hopefully will be buying furniture from them in the future!

I was wonderfully surprised going here for the first time! The showroom is much bigger than it looks like from the outside and their prices are very reasonable! The designs are contemporary and the staff is extremely helpful. One of my favorite things was that they put the dimensions on the tag, which is so important when youre shopping with a size restriction!

Very helpful but not pushy about making a sale. Prices seemed fair. Its worth a look if you are willing to pay for quality furniture. Great selection on furniture.

This place was great! We needed a new couch for my mom as she will be recovering from a surgery soon. They assured us that shipping was free and that they could get it to us in 1 to 2 days! The salesman was so nice and wasnt pushy at all. Took us to exactly what we needed and didnt try to oversell us! Will definitely come here again.

After searching all of the big box furniture stores and a couple smaller shops and not seeing what we liked,we decided to see what was in Batavia.We walked into Wortzmans and started seeing what we were after.The sales lady and owner were both great to work with.We purchased two power recliners and a power reclining love seat.The delivery came two weeks early and looks perfect in our house.The day of delivery one of the scheduled delivery guys called in sick.Instead of rescheduling my delivery, Harry the owner showed up with his other guy and got us set up!That is what customer service should be.I recommend Wortzman Furniture to everyone.
