She has always been helpful and explained everything in detail to my family and I. If we need anything at all she is always willing to help us out anyway she possibly can. She had great customer service and knows her information about the the items you ask her about.

An independent contractor for their store replaced my screen and broke my phone. They all jumped in and went to bat for me. Dakota worked on my phone practically all day and was so kind and helpful. Llissa Lyon was top notch! She helped get us switched over from another provider to AT&T for our whole family. We had a great experience at this store. We were seen immediately and Tanner was VERY helpful. He answered all our questions, got us set up with new devices, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Came in with a pretty long list of things I needed done, including adding a line with a ported phone number and adding a iPad to my account. Cameron was super helpful and patient with all my needs and got me set up beautifully. The case I needed wasn’t in stock but he placed the screen protector on masterfully and assisted in the data transfer. Everyone in the store seemed very helpful and genuine.

This is a review that is LONG overdue but here it is (sorry). When I went in to start a new plan, I thought it’d be a nightmare as I’ve never had a good experience dealing with any type of service provider. That’s wasn’t the case, though, mainly due to Illisa. She was super friendly, got me the best deal possible, and even stayed past her shift to make sure that I was ready to go. Thank you for your work Illisa. Now someone give her a raise. Anyways, I highly recommend the AT&T in Batesville.

Bought a new phone and the employs that sold it to us made a mistake. Went back to the store and was there is nothing they can do. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very rude to us. We decided to just leave because she didn’t want to help. We asked for her name and that turned into her threatening to call the police on us. I have never experience such rudeness and unprofessionalism in my 30• years with AT&T. I would love to talk to the owner of the store!!!

I recently had to make a trip to the AT&T store to take care of my mom’s account after she passed away. Travis was so kind and helpful. He made a difficult experience as pleasant as possible and took care of everything for me. We had to go back a few weeks later to add a line for my daughter. Again, Travis was absolutely wonderful. He actually remembered about my mom! Little things like that make a big difference. On this visit he was just as kind and helpful and went out of his way to be nice to my daughter. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Travis and Dakota are amazing! This is my first time going to AT&T, and it was a rather comical experience personally. Due to some technical errors I ended up being there for longer than expected but these two were very calm and friendly through this whole process. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and handled every thing so professionally. They are great people and they set a great environment in their store if you have to stay for longer than expected.😅

Upgraded phone. Have five phones on my plan. Have done this countless times. However, this time was the worst PERIOD. Very rude employee. She kept leaving us to go chat with another customer who she later told us she was going to there house to work on there TV system. She kept trying to transfer the data and it kept pulling from someone else phone. She made us go outside so she could remove her mask, never offered us a seat. She was the ONLY employee forcing customs outside because she said too many people were inside. However there was total of seven and three were employees. Twice she had to wipe the new phone and start all over and the first time she said I messed up when I typed in my password. So she typed it in the second time and it didnt work again. She made rude comments to my son as well. Very disappointed in that she would be allowed to work with the public and treat people like she knows more and better then anyone else. We had to bring the phone back an hour later because the settings were setup wrong and she was gone but someone else fixed it very quickly(Cameron). Thanks for putting a bad mark on ATT employee Alyssa
