Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Switched from straight talk to cricket and so far I am very happy with the service and my new phone 👍👍👍

The manager Valeri was very knowledgeable. She was out on the sales floor helping customers and getting down to the reason we were visiting. I waited all about 5 minutes when it was my turn at the register. She had already stated what we needed to her employee. Service was great, the atmosphere was enjoyable! I recommend my local Cricket to everyone!

Waited about 6 minutes. Small location to packed for only 2 registers. Customer service was excellent and all the ladies were smiling and helping customers. Got me into a mew phone great price and even got my numbers transferred. I will be back!

Sometimes I come in here and get good help other days a definite no. Kinda like a coin flip! Just hope for the best!

Their phones have not been working at the store for a while, they must not want any business, can not get through, number for store is not a working number!

I set there for 30 minutes and was never waited on, was a little upset. Usually service is pretty good, just not today.

Got a blue tooth speaker didnt charge took it back the next day they said I had to call the warranty place I called and got a code for a new one but I still cant get a new speaker. Dont recommend buying any speaker from there. The lady was supposed to plug it in to show me it worked but she never did now Im out my money and speaker.. dont buy speaker from there you get it up the a s s God bless.. my a s s hurts they could at least supply the vaseline..

Dont get the insurance, they offer $29 screen replacement but when l put in a claim they dont carry the parts on a phone l purchased through cricket!!! You have to purchase a new/refurbished phone at for $79. Update, when l got my refurbished phone it didnt work. They sent another but not after l spent hours on the phone and hours setting up my phones. Happy with cricket otherwise.

Need more help one person in store she got very busy but handled herself well stayed very calmAdded protection plan without asking if I wanted that upset me

Bought a phone 4 months ago, got the protection plan and it stopped charging, I took it in to my local store and their system was down yet again. So I had to take it to another store and still had to pay full price for a new phone even though I told employee about problem and protection plan. Whats the use of paying for a protection plan if I cant use it.
