Have used Acoustical Specialties for the past couple of years... Always super nice to deal with and technicians were great. My most recent experience was (on a scale of 1 - 10, a 0) worst experience EVER. In fact, they did not show up; I had to call to reschedule and even then it was a FIGHT. Maybe its COVID or the fact thats its 2020 but the experience is most definitely on par for 2020!

People and service here are first rate.I needed a small part for a gas fireplace.I didn’t have the fireplace model number but I did have a picture. The nice lady at Acoustical Specialties (Trudy) researched it for me and had the part in stock. This was a relatively small order for them but the service was awesome.Thank you Trudy !

While performing the “Restore Louisiana” contract for HUD, special material items are sometimes required. Acoustical Specialties had what we needed, when we needed it. Didn’t have to order or wait on a thing. All items are in stock and ready available.
