Stay far away from this company. Their practices are predatory.They are not responsible for their equipment and will charge you through the nose to fix it and, make no mistake, it will break down for no fault of yours.Also, their employees are rude and will hang up on you and refuse to tell you their names.Furthermore, they have the very unfair practice of claiming a 5 year contract, despite the fact the service has changed hands several times in three years and their cancellation fees are excessive, $203.The cost of the service is too high to begin with. They charge $40 a month just for monitoring. Protect yourself from these gougers and save your money.I have gotten no customer service from these people. They are refusing to refund, finally told me what the cancellation fee would be (so theres that), and still refuse to fix their equipment without charging me.

I was a customer of vector for almost three years. In my contract it clearly states I am entitled for a FREE move. When I notified them I was moving they said I was entitled to the free move how ever since my system was hard wired I they would not be able to move the equipment so their solution to me was take out a new contract which I did not want to do, I did not want a another long term contract. They said the equipment would be installed but I had to take out another contract. Dont sound free to me. FREE means FREE. Now they want me to pay the remaining balance which I only had 7 month left, now I am getting threatening calls from the collection agency. I had not correspondence from vector and its very hard to communicate with them. I will report them to BBB and file a formal complaint and contact all the credit bureaus. Not Happy.
