I had a concern regarding my radio system lighting. I spoke with Ariel and Donna in service and they asked me to bring my car in so they could have someone look at it. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by both Donna and Ariel. Ariel went to get the foreman and pull another vehicle (same model as mine) next to mine so we can compare the issue. We discovered that the issue was not an issue but the way that it was designed to operate. Donna was waiting on me so she could bring my car back for a complementary oil change for my patients. Very Rude And Careless experience I had . Not to mention liars. Manipulating and deceitful. They are not up front and they use the worst financial companies around. The manager has no people skills. They only want the sale and they will manipulate and scheme to get it.
