I love this Office Depot. The people are friendly and helpful, and the manager I spoke with about computers is extremely intelligent and well spoken. Kudos to John and the rest of the associates.

Family and I were at the store last night and were at the check out line (return counter) close to closing time last night. The employee who checked us out was rather pleasant and friendly. He was even joking and making us feel very...good. Thank you for the good service!

The self-service printer/copiers were marked as out of service. The girl behind the print counter said that the .59 color copy price was not available if I wanted to print my copies on her machines. Furthermore, I needed the copies immediately, upon which she stated that we could pick the copies up in two days!!!!!Today I placed an online order for pickup, figuring I would not have any difficulty. My partner was going to pick up the items for me, so I called the store to verify what he would need in order to pick up the supplies. Rachael answered the phone, and her answer was that it should be ok, but she wasnt sure. I wont be using this store anymore.

I went to this location yesterday, February 12, 2016, to drop off a package to be shipped. I didnt need to buy anything or check out. There was really no need for me to wait. If someone had acknowledged me, theyd couldve just taken my package and I couldve left. The shipping center had two people one was assisting a customer and another was doing something like cutting paper and messing around. An employee was leaving out and said goodbye to them so I found out their names were Nick and Amber. Nick was a short and stubby white guy and Amber was chubby, redhead white girl. No one greeted me or said one moment. No one acknowledged me. Also, the manager was right at the entrance and didnt even greet me. ....I had to basically walk up to the Amber girl and tell her Im dropping something off. At first, she was rude and acted as if she didnt see me trying to get her attention. I attempted again and she was dry like, just put it off in the blue bin.....This staff at this location is a JOKE! The location on Florida has a much helpful and friendlier staff. Ill never do business at this location again. Theyre very rude and lack proper customer service.

Without delay I was asked if I needed anything and was walked through everything with all questions answered. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. 11/27/18@ 7pm

I will give two stars instead of one because the first day they were very accomodating. I usually use the College Drive branch, but their folding machine was down; wasnt going to fold 1000 newsletters myself, so I called this branch. The guy who took my call was most helpful, and I emailed him the document while on the phone and he had 1000 printed and ready for me when I went in the afternoon to pick them up. They had trouble finding the account so it took too long, but otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful.I emailed back to have 100 more newsletters printed of the same thing and was told Id have to do an online order. I called, told the manager that I just did this over the phone two days ago, and Id like to just get 100 more printed. Was told I would have to do it online and prepay or come in the store and prepay. I understand that the manager has a job to do, but the fact that your colleague printed 1000 over the phone leads me to the point that you should just be accomodating. But no. Wont be back there. I dont have time to go to that side of town and then come back. Thanks for nothing lady

If I could give less stars I would. Terrible communication. If you try to call to order something they direct you to the website. If you order through the website they do not contact you when the job is complete. And if you order something that they can not do they go ahead and print it and charge you. Then wait till you come in to say there was a problem. And I was told it was my fault that the order was incorrect even though I asked and explained what I needed on the order form. They admitted they saw the problem and what I needed couldnt be done but were not remorseful at all. I will not be back to say the least.

This store is horrible. Please NEVER order same day pickup items because they will not honor it. Tried to order three same day pickup items that was guaranteed to be done on Christmas Eve but didnt receive anything so I dont have Christmas presents for my family. Copy & Print associate Copy & Print associate Nick is deceiving and very unprofessional, please NEVER trust anything he says. He lied like everything would be for Christmas Eve but of course it wasnt. Even other associates didnt even know my order number because Nick took the order and didnt tell anyone else about my same day pickup order.The same day pickup is a scam and fraud. They guaranteed me my items would be done the same day but I have no Christmas presents to give my family. Thats false advertisement and horrible customer service because even the store manager didnt do anything for me at all. Basically told me to suck it up and deal with. I wouldnt even buy a 1 cent pencil from this store ever again.

It was rather busy and for some time the only checkout was the employee also doing the print and copy functions which were taking quite a lot of her time. Eventually, a regular checkout line was opened. Took about 15 minutes to checkout with my one item.

Dont expect to get anyone to help you find what you need here. We walked in, walked around a bit until we found the right aisle, stood there looking for the item we wanted, finally checked online to see if another location had what we wanted then walked out and never once saw an employee!

The employees were helpful and the self help area was very user friendly.

Just browsed the desk area for an entire hour and the four or five employees who were there hung out in the corners of the store for the entire time. I was trying to find a new desk for my computer and monitors, so I needed to make sure that the desk had enough space for all of the peripherals so I was hoping theyd finish whatever joint task they were on so I could ask if they had a tape measure I could borrow but I had to settle for borrowing a yard stick from the School Supplies section. Youd think some dude waving around a yardstick over every desk would merit some attention but they were steady working(?) in the corners of the store. Im willing to bet that I could have dragged a desk outside, screeching and scratching on the VCT flooring, and nobody would have turned their head. Im talking like Will Smith in Men in Black dragging that table to his weird egg chair. Great selection of desks. Im gonna look elsewhere though out of principal, unfortunately. Im sure other Office Depot locations are great and this one was an anomaly.

Rude employees and terrible customer service. Went to purchase a $900 laptop and due to the poor disgusting service from the cashier Christine and assistant manager Juan, I will be buying a laptop from somewhere else. These employees need to be fired. Theyre not good for business. There always seems to be a problem at this particular location. Wont be going back.

Went to get a specific product there today. The cashier looked like she was not happy to have to (slowly) walk all the way to the register to ring me up. (She DID see me coming before she walked away.) When she approached me she said is that all you have and you could have bought that at Wal-Mart. (For the record, Wal-Mart doesnt sell that particular item; which she didnt believe.) Thanks for the reminder that I should be getting special items from Amazon.
