Really good eye place! They take care of you extremely well! I love this place SOO MUCH! Definitely will come back!!! The people who run this place are SUPER NICE!!! They worked out with me with my problems and gave me a free eye test! I was in dire need of glasses and they came in CLUCH! Thank you so much again!

I needed to find a new eye doctor, so I tried out Custom Eyes. I was very pleased with the entire visit. The doctor and staff here are incredible. Dr. Durlacher made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed during my first visit. I would recommend anyone in need of an optometrist who genuinely cares about the patient try them out.

So friendly! I adore this place especially since the last optometrist I went to was an old man that made me very uncomfortable. These are all women (from what I’ve seen in my last two visits) and their office is so nice and welcoming!

Custom Eyes Vision Center provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that keeps the process easy going and casual. Dr. Durlacher is very willing to go above and beyond to help her patients leave the clinic better off than when they walked in. I got my first pair of glasses through this clinic, and I am very happy with them!

I needed contacts last minute before leaving for a trip. Dr. Dulacher and her staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating—even 40 minutes before close on a Friday! I also got to browse their frames selection. In addition to a beautiful selection of designer frames, they have a section that is $70 for both frames and lenses! They made a new client today.

My first time experience was a very friendly welcoming experience from start to finish the two ladies in the front were so friendly. Dr Dulacher was great answered any questions I had which was a lot lol awesome experience which you dont find to often during these times.

Did not come in for an eye exam but I did get my frames adjusted after coming back from Eyemax. I was charged a $5 fee since I did not get the glasses from them but it was 100% worth it. I did not catch the name of the woman that helped me but she was so kind and gave me great advice on my next pair. I just really appreciated the kindness I received. Definitely worth the fee if you do not feel like going through all of the hustle and bustle of traffic. I am definitely coming back if something happens again.

I would definitely recommend this place. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Limited to only Monday & Wednesday appointments would be my biggest complaint, but really wasnt that big of an issue for me. The doctor was great and the other employees even better! All so sweet and easy to work with.

I recently went to Custom Eyes for new glasses and left very pleased! I absolutely love my new sunglasses and loved the price tag!!! I was able to put my eye prescription in my sunglasses lenses and it still came out cheaper than just the glasses at other opticals!!! And I liked the one on one attention I was able to get here. She was very knowledgeable about details of eyeglasses and eye health and was willing to answer all of my questions (I tend to have lots of questions). She has a good fashion sense about glasses styles - she helped me choose what frames I should get and my wife loves it!

I went to Custom Eyes to have an eye exam and get a new pair of eyeglasses. The people that worked there were vey informative and explained my prescription to me. I was able to get the style of glasses that I wanted and they were very reasonable. I was very satisified.

Worst experience ever... Do not go there if you want your insurance to be handled appropriately. Super disrespectful and hates to be told that theyre wrong. NEVER going back.
