Ochsner Vision Center in Baton Rouge is great - Andy & Kerry are both awesome and a huge help. Kerry spent hours with me when I picked out my prescription glasses and Andy was so helpful in getting me the sunglasses I wanted. Ill definitely be back and highly recommend them to everyone!

This visit was a significant improvement over previous ones . We were served by Lori Clopton, Certified Optician . I believe that Lori sensed that we were a bit skittish due to previous visits to eye glass vendors . She patiently listened to our shopping history and the results thereof . She answered our questions, exhibiting considerable knowledge gained from her years of experience . She guided us through the ordering process making sure that our order would be proper for the given eye condition/s . Lori promised to be there when we return by an arranged appointment and that she would assist us in receiving and testing the new glasses .Now, of course, we have to wait for the visit to claim the new pair and then be able to review that event . But we could not give Lori any higher Marks on the first visit . Such an improvement over previous experiences !

Dr lefluer was thorough and kind as was his tech. And Lori the optician really went above and beyond to make my experience personal . Highly recommend them . Will definitely be back . Even just to have a chat with the amazing Lori!
