I am VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT! The ladies at the front desk were VERY friendly and accommodating. Dr. Kiet Huynh was very kind, thorough and helpful. His assistants were very efficient and friendly.When entering the vision area to pick out glasses the young lady was Wonderful. Tamera was exactly what I needed, she was patient and she made sure I had everything I asked for.Great place to go to for eye care. I recommend them highly.

Went in with my fiance to have his eye exam done and was touched by the Dr. and told I can wait in the waiting room. I dont appreciate anyone i dont know touching me even the slightest. And since I have medical experience and he doesnt he would prefer me to be in the room so can understand any medical terminology. So he asked and was told I could thst there is one extra chair in there but I would have to stand in the first room. Also the frames are way over priced. Needless to say I need my eye exam also but I will be taking my business elsewhere. This place is - you get what you pay for cheap is cheap and over priced frames.

People were friendly and very helpful and very professional. Been there many times for glasses and will continue going there. Always been happy and satisfied with service. I recommend all my friends to vision 4 less.

I have used vision for less for years and will continue to do so. I use the Florida Blvd. at Monterry Blvd. office. They provide excellent service. When you walk in they acknowledge your presence. They are knowledgeable about their products. They stand behind their warranty . They are cheerful and you can see they really care about serving the client.

This was my go to place years ago, but for reason I went elsewhere… After many years I came back. From eye exam to getting glasses, everything went well. The optometrist made sure I understood my exam findings, the salesperson made sure I received every benefit available from my insurance. I am very satisfied with my experience. I’ll be back next year.

Really loved my frame that I got from the store only disappointed because my glasses broke where the lenses go into the frame so I gotta make another appointment and get another frame because the frame that broke is now discontinued. Other than that great exceptional friendly service. Hopefully I can find another frame so I can see to drive and hopefully see the screen and computer monitors at work

Everyone was amazing at Vision4less in Baton Rouge! Everyone from the eye doctors office, to everyone who worked to help me pick out my frames. At first they told me my glasses wasn’t going to be ready for a week. I got a text the next day and was told my glasses were ready. I was ok with not being able to pick up my glasses in a week because I was out of town. When I got the text saying my glasses were ready, I went the next day and picked them up. Everything f was perfect! I highly recommend VISION4LESS! When I need my eye examination and glasses I always go there! This is the usual place my family and I attend for our vision needs however this maybe the last visit to the store! The first time I came in Thomas helped us and didn’t provide the best service but I assumed he was having a bad day so I just brushed it off. Today I went back in and Thomas helped me once again and to my surprise he wasn’t having a bad day the day helped me he is just a horrible agent! He made me feel so small and as if I was totally ignorant. I have never felt so bad in my life so I just left the store feeling very disheartened about the interaction between he and I. If the manager of the store sees this I hope they can speak to him and offer him some training on how to speak to people (or maybe just black people) so that this doesn’t happen again.

First time visiting this store. Wasnt sure if they took my insurance. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Pricing is awesome and I got two pair with their discount prices.

I’ve never been to get glasses much worse is I’m 40 almost and have never had an eye exam I only had issues because I’m not usually around people. So communicating with someone about something I Have no clue what they are saying is difficult. So I’ll leave it there. Nicki or mamma bear from another mother is the bomb= Amazing = totally understands how to just be cool even if I was about to loose my sanity. She made it better and stayed until my glasses were finished. She needs a couple raises.

They were able to see us the same day. The staff was both friendly and professional. The office was busy, but the staff was still very attentive. The staff at the Optometrist and staff were also very helpful and professional. We were seen promptly and received top notch care!

Very pleasant experience! The showroom was clean and sanitized, the worker helping me select frames, etc. was great. The ordering process was fast and because I didn’t care to wait my glasses were ready for pick up the next day. That process was also pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use them again for my eyewear needs.

Everyone is so friendly and courteous. A very pleasant environment. The young lady who cared for me was a gem and made the whole experience so easy for me. Having the employees talk about you while you are still in the store is never pleasurable or acceptable! While following the covid rule of placing each pair of tried on glasses into a plastic basket, I accumulated a basketful and was deciding between the last two in order to make my purchase. An employee picked up the basket and questioned me about the number of glasses in by basket then interrupted another employee who was assisting a customer to show her my basket. Disparaging faces and comments were made. Employees should remember that when customers are looking in mirrors, customers can see their actions. This interchange between the employees which made it clear that they did not appreciate the number of glasses I had tried on, was loud and included head nods at me to indicate who had filled the basket. This was rude and embarrassing as other customers witnessed the interchange. No employee had helped me while trying on glasses so I had no idea I had broken an unwritten rule. I did not and will not purchase glasses from this business.

Went there to get new glasses to replace my busted glasses with an updated prescription. The employees were quick to get my order placed, and estimated 2 hours to get the glasses ready. It only took them 27 minutes. Would recommend this place if you are in the need of new glasses fast, and at a reasonable price.

Got two pair of glasses for 60 bucks and my eye exam was only 64. I was helped by a sweet lady I just don’t remember her name, I believe it starts with a “D” and she answers the phones. She was so sweet❤️ Thank you vision for less!

I came in for help getting my glasses resized. The older white lady told me that I would not be able to get a correct sizing because I was wearing a bandana. Then she asked me if I would take it off. I told her no and I can leave. She told me no lets see what we can do. I told her this was the fourth place I had gone to and no one would help me. She said oh its because of your bandana. I told her no it had to deal with the fact that I didnt buy the glasses from them and she had no business assuming that. She proceeded to help resize my glasses for me and then took it upon herself to raise my bandana to try and look for herself instead of believing what I was telling her. She has no business putting her hands on customers. I walked out and I will no longer do business with yall.

When entering the store their was Mrs. Susan B to explain how the store is operating during the pandemic. She was spraying & cleaning between each person and offering hand sanitizer to clean hands. A basket was giving to place frames in tbe basket as you picked up frames to decide if you wanted the frames to try on.Aftee you decided the frame & tried them on at the station Mrs. Susan B went to get the lens in the box & prepared for the glasses to be finished within an hour or 2 if your eyes are needing extra care like mines.First time experience & it was a great experience.I was won over by the cleaning & everyone wearing a mask.Thanks

I was waited on within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The clerk took her time with me and made sure I got the right frames for my face. She was not in a hurry. The prices were excellent and I was very satisfied with the service.

After an awful experience with Americas Best customer service and a less-than-comfortable quote by another local business, it was great to finally find a place with friendly and attentive customer service and fair prices. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, given pricing options which were all fair, and had 2 new pairs of lenses and frames for just over $200 in under 1 hour. Unless you like spending more you have to on eyewear or you feel like testing your tolerance of unhelpful people (Americas Best), save yourself the time and go to Vision4Less.

This is my second time visiting Vision4less and Im always pleased with the service. My appointment was for 9:30am, I came early and I saw the doctor and was out but 9:22am. I got my glasses made within 15miutes. Overall I was back in my car by 10:30am. Also, Ms. Deidre is so polite and helpful.

Dr. Kit was so very thorough and helpful. He was very mindful of our middle age issues such as high blood pressures, and my dry eyes. Dr kit showed me a natural procedure to combat my dry eyes. Everyone there is friendly and patient with you.They have a special promotion, when you get the first pair of glasses, you can get another for free on select frames or 20-30 credit towards another frame accompanied by 40-50 credit towards cost of lenses.

Vision4Less on 9343 Florida Blvd Baton Rouge location treats there customers like family I had an AWESOME experience the Nurse was very friendly and helpful she made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was satisfied . The doctor went above and beyond he REALLY takes care of his patients and they made sure the frames that I selected that I was 100% satisfied with . I selected one pair of Ellen Degeneres frames and got a second pair I selected for $10 I am glad I choose this location I will make sure my family and friends visit this location for there eye wear.

This was my first time at Vision 4 less and Dr. Huynh was amazing. He came in and explained everything to me, in and out and what I could be looking at going forward. As for Mrs. Nikki, she did an outstanding job from helping me pick out frames to the time I left. My frames were ready before I even got ready to leave and my glasses fit and are amazing.

Ok. This was my first visit here. When I came in an older lady greeted me and told me where to find the glasses for women on the wall. So I needed assistance and she seem to be the only person available so I tried to ask her questions and she continued to brush me off. At this time I asked her could someone help me she looked around and said some one will be with you shortly. At that time PATRICK walked up and asked if I needed help. At that same moment the older woman turned and asked the person that walked in the door could she help them. At this moment I started to get upset but PATRICK said no problem I can help you no problem. He never skipped a beat from that point one. I do appreciate him. I came back the next morning to get my glasses and he was finishing up another customer came over to assist me. My 2nd pair the prescription was NOT correct and he said not a problem we will get it corrected. He called me to follow up and he made sure I was satisfied. I appreciate him and I will return because a situation that could have possibly been a rude encounter he smooth it out. He may have not known it and I didnt say it to him. So THANK YOU PATRICK you get 5 stars! I would recommend someone to come to see him. His customer service Rocks!

They do great glasses. Quality selection but they will totally lose your place in line. Tell you to go here go there then you get so shuffled they forget your placement for wait. Ppl walk straight in and is taken care of soon as they enter while youve been sitting. I did it and had it done. Otherwise they are far and balanced when it comes to your insurance and cost.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I have been a loyal customer for the last couple years for myself and my family. Went into the store on Florida to purchase a replacement pair of glasses since the pair I purchased less than 6 months previously were lost. The young lady there rudely informed me I needed to bring in a paper copy of my prescription again. Although the store has a copy of my previous prescription which was still valid. That does not make any sense, that the store does not have a copy of my still valid prescription in the store. She was unprofessional, unhelpful, and just downright unpleasant. Also my daughter tried to get her glasses repaired, but was turned away because the glasses were purchased at their Siegen Lane store. Poor customer service. It would have been so easy just to fix her glasses while we were in the store. I definitely will not be returning to that store and will tell everyone I know.

I lose my glasses and ask for another pair. They tell me I have to go spend another hundred dollars to get prescription and come back to get the pair, I already have these glasses, I just lost them. They would not give me my old prescription glasses. That does not make sense. Give the customer his glasses, when he is ready he will come again and do business with you. You just lost me as a customer and you lost me bringing my mother and father who are or I should say were customers to vision4less. Thank you and goodbye.
