Other reviews and photos are outdated and misleading! These donuts were dry and hard and had no flavor. The current donuts do not resemble the pictures in the reviews AT ALL. I put 2 and 2 together and realized there are new owners. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Sorry, but I wish I would have had a more recent/accurate review to go off of so I want to leave an honest and updated one. Wouldn’t even eat these if they were free.

The mixed dozen was delicious! Everything was fresh and delicious! Great service and delicious food!

Buddy recommended this place because I needed a donut shop since relatives were in town on Sunday looking for some glazed donuts. Relatives were satisfied and that is all that mattered to me. However, I got their bear claw, which looked more like a claw with human toes, and my wife and I loved it.

Used to be really good and fresh and tasty. New owners now with not so fresh products and kind of rude. So go a lil further down the street to Heavenly Donut, no drive thru but at least they are nice and welcoming like they want your business.

Best donuts around hands down

I don’t write a review unless my experience as a consumer is really great or the opposite. Here, the opposite. One particular woman’s service to me about a week ago was horrendous at the drive thru. I asked for the price of two fritters and I misheard her. When I said what I thought I heard to confirm, she spoke to me in a rude, condescending manner to clarify the price. I’m a grown man/customer who doesn’t need attitude when I simply want a morning pastry. I will never give them another penny. They probably don’t need my patronage and I certainly won’t provide it again. Plenty of other donut shops whose staff always speak to me in an appreciative manner.

Have a customer at Fleur de lis donuts for several years....we loved the donuts, (topped and filled -our favorite - the Key Lime), All the kolaches, and the ladies that served us and how they took care in packaging the donuts....not stuffing them into a typical donut box...placing our favorite donuts so that they were just as pretty at home as when they were made.... Normally we picked up Fleur de lis about 3 times a month, the donuts normally tasted fresh for a couple of days... .I liked to call ahead since it was always a large order...I noticed a change the last time we ordered.....which was a couple of weeks before the stay at home order. Our favorite donuts did not have the topping, they weren’t key lime, they were lemon, the plain glazed had a watery glaze that the box had to sit in a plastic bag, I ended up throwing the box away that afternoon, the donuts that normally would last several days could not be eaten...they all had liquid coming from them...it was strange....I thought that it was temp change .... today I found out other wise....the Fleur de lis Donuts we loved has been sold....explained a lot ....we picked up donuts today, our favorites are no longer made, the quality is down, no more pretty donuts they are all shoved into a small box —-chocolate donuts shoved with the filled donuts causing chocolate to be on everything....once again the glazed box is filled with watery glaze and has to be thrown out...I wish that when a business is sold they actually bought the business with all of its concepts, recipes and customer service not just the name and location.

Always fresh and worth the commute from out of town. Thank You Fleur De Lis Donuts!!! Sweet people too!

Updated Review (October 2020)This shop is under new management and I must say, Ive been a couple of times and the staff is not as friendly as the previous crew. In the past couple of times Ive been, they were pretty strictly business, but not necessarily rude. But, yesterday marked my last time going to Fleur de Lis.I dropped by after carpool because my back was hurting and they have a drive thru. My intent was to surprise my husband and toddler with donut holes. When I arrived at the window, there was a lady with a short mousey brown ponytail standing there glaring at me. So, I started by greeting her and saying How are you? (I always ask this to people in the service industry...including every grocery store cashier.This is not a weird question.) She did not reply. (I should have left then, but thought she was just not in a good mood and gave her the benefit of the doubt.) I told her my order. She rang it up and told me the total. Being mindful of the coin shortage, I wanted to give her exact change since I had it. It didnt take long to get my money together. As I looked up, her hand was sticking out of the window. She didnt say a word to me. She just kept staring. When I gave her the money, she was sure to maneuver her hand so she didnt have to touch mine. She nearly forgot the coins doing so. I know COVID is a concern, but her mask was under her chin the entire time, so I dont think that was her issue. As soon as I gave her the money, she shoved the bag of donut holes in my other hand. I waited a bit, just to make sure I had given her all the correct change. I foolishly expect a Thank you! or Have a nice day! to come. Rather, all I got was another glare as if she was wondering why I had driven off. She most certainly wasnt interested in providing good customer service to me. Message received, we are done here. And, I wont be picking up anymore large orders for our office here either, as we have in the past. No more recommendations from my mouth for this place. Oh, and BTW, the donuts werent fresh at 8 AM.Just a year ago, I posted this...This is my favorite donut shop in the area! The donuts are always fresh and soft. And, the staff has always been friendly.

Best donuts I have ever had! Creative flavors and hospitality. Beignets are amazing! Reccomemd to anyone who loves donuts. Worth the drive! I suggest the Oreo donut. The icing is absolutely delicious! 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩

My wife tried to pick up donuts for all of us at work on Wednesday. She waited and waited at the window and no one ever came up. With the time she wasted she could have gone somewhere else and gotten service. As it is no one at work got donuts and I can guarantee they will avoid FDL in the future.
