Very disappointed in the service. Waited at least 20 minutes to be waited on, then when finally the salesperson tried to help me, she did not know anything about logo that was listed. Not a problem, I thought. Had to get someone else, who ended up admitting she didnt have the price. They could call me with information. I did receive a call the same day with a quote. When I returned a second time to have monogram completed, I was quoted a higher price. The sales lady made no attempt to try and find out any price difference. I will not be returning. I made two wasted trips, with no momogram.
