In early December 2020, I went into Monogram It. I walked in with 6 holiday throws that needed monogramming. I didnt know size or color or NOTHING! Then Ally came to the rescue! I told her I had no idea where to start. She took my hand (the store was packed at 3 weeks before Christmas) took her time and gave me wonderful ideas. I took her advice! Ally promised everything would be alright. The following week, I picked up my throws. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL! All of Allys ideas came out beautifully! I was almost in tears because they came out so beautifully. My family will be so pleased! Thank you Ally for your help. Absolutely horrible customer service. Was not greeted or acknowledged by anybody when I entered, and I still waited for about 10 minutes behind another person. Nobody said “We will be with you shortly,” or anything of that nature. I walked out and I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience! Went to have name on the back of a jersey. When I arrived to pick-up noticed the letters were not in all CAPS. Never have I seen anyone put a name on the back of a jersey and not do it in all CAPS. No one seemed to even care and I was told it could not be corrected. Ended up spending money on a new shirt after they ruined my first one. So disappointing as I used to receive quality service from this shop.

I dropped a blanket off to be embroidered a week before Christmas and was given a 2-3 day turnaround. The blanket was ready the next day. I have a 7-letter name embroidered in gold thread. It came out beautifully. I was completely pleased with the quality. The ladies in the store were also very helpful and gave great customer service.

This is our to go to embroidery shop in Baton Rouge. Customer service is exceptional. The turnaround is quick and the quality of their work is fantastic. Consistency is key in this industry and they deliver every time.

They did a beautiful job on our towels & shower curtain for our children’s bathroom. They were polite, professional & on time! Thanks again, we love them!

Ive had tons of items monogrammed over the years and they always come thru with good quality work - even in a pinch during peak holiday season Ive been able to get work done when other local shops (since i live outside of Baton Rouge) were already booked. They seem to get the extra staff when needed. Its much appreciated.

I had a piece of fabric that was 50years old, that I was going to use for my daughters garter on her upcoming wedding. I told the clerk how important it was to me, I wanted 2 dates monogrammed on it.,When I picked it up it was not done correctly, the clerk turned to speak to Tina ( the store manager) her response was just bring me another piece of fabric. I was very upset at that point, the manager said she would try to redo it,But I knew it would not look right.Still no apology from the store manager. Was told to come back for a refund. This fabric was special to me since my mother passed away 3 years ago, I just wanted to have something of hers at my daughters wedding.Very disappointed with the service I received.

Not a great experience. Part of my job is running errands around Baton Rouge and working with many local business owners (DAgostinos, Red Stick Spice, and others) so I know what its like to have a good in store experience. This was not a good in store experience. The staff was rude and made it seem like I was burdening them by asking for a logo to be resized. First they said it couldnt be done, it can only be one size, then after much debate and insistence on my part the girl helping me finally, and begrudgingly, said she would try to change the size of the logo being monogrammed. (I know for a fact the logo size can be changed) I asked for this circular logo to be 1 3/4 in diameter on a hat. I come back to pick it up and the one girl who told me it couldnt be done sat on her phone while watching another girl search for my hat for 5 minutes before literally audibly sighing and getting up and telling the girl it was right where she looked to begin with. Get the hat back, it is 1 in diameter. I have it in writing 1 3/4. She made it ridiculously small to prove a point to me that I shouldnt have troubled her with resizing the logo, which obviously she could do from the very beginning. The logo is also slightly off center. Unbelievable. Not even arguing over the $8 it cost. Buying another hat and going somewhere else. Crazy because this hat was a prototype that would have led them to a huge order for the company I work for. There are at least 5 other monogram places in a 20 mile radius of them. What a joke.

Patronize this business many times in the past, great service. Not this past week. There was an error with my entire order two pieces must have been my fault as I thought I explained it well enough but the imprint was beautiful just too close to the edges. The manager was standing right there as it all went down the young lady remembered the order and she wrote it correctly but something happened at the machines, she was nervous as the store was getting crowded people trying to get orders confusing her at the same time. She said I could get reimbursed for the monogramming. The manager was right there did not come to explain anything to me, or even offer any apology for the mess up or to make any other consolation. Two pieces of material nicely monogrammed but cant use them.
