Ami is a great manager! She is helpful and knowledgeable regarding the product and has instilled the same great qualities in her employees. I called ahead for a Growing Up Girl, and she had it wrapped and ready to go. The displays are nice and the layout is easy to navigate. The card selections are plentiful. If you need suggestions, the employees are very helpful in finding just the right card for your needs, including but not,limited to foreign language and Braille cards.

The employees were very nice, but I was looking for an anniversary card for my husband and the selection was extremely poor. Maybe 4 cards to choose from. I went to a Hallmark store to buy a card and had to go to another store to find one. This store has really gone down in the last couple of years. Not much merchandise and the card selection is terrible. Its been my go to for years, but now I need to find somewhere else to get cards and gifts. What a shame.

It was wonderful as always. The staff was friendly. Its a big disappointment to find out, they were going out of business. Very sad!

Greatly disappointed in the selection of Cards and other gifts at the store. I have been shopping at this Hallmark for years. The store had the appearance of not restocking inventory

Too bad it is going out of business. The owners are closing all of their Baton Rouge stores. We got some old ornaments 80% off.
