Google and their storefront say they open at 10am on Saturdays. Arrived at 10:38am this morning to be told at the door they open at 11.My daughter and I killed some time, came back at 12:40 and saw a sign on the door stating that they had to leave momentarily and apologized for the inconvenience. They just opened and hour and a half prior!!!We live in Pensacola and always stop here for our LSU gear. Today was frustrating. Doesn’t bode well for reliability and dependability for customers.Ended up going to the LSU shop over by the stadium on campus and getting our fix on this trip.Great merch here, but don’t count on the store being open at 10 or steadily they the day. Call first!

Amazing amount of memorabilia behind the glass is a bit much. This could be used for more retail space. The items available are great and pricing is comparable to other type stores.

Very friendly staff. Im from Washington state and was shopping for souvenirs and the staff was very helpful!!! Packaged all my breakables with care to ensure they will ship and not breakWill be visiting this store next time we come back!!!!

This store sucks ! Horrible! The lady that owns the store was siting in the back during store hours with the door locked . I’ve been here 3 times and this happened every time . I haven’t even been inside the store ! Horrible place ! Don’t go there !

Quality items with cool designs for all your tiger spirit! Expensive but not overly priced. They were out of almost all larger sizes we were looking for and said its in high demand. Owned by Lids LLC so you can order online, which is what were going to do.

My friend went in looking for a special t. Almost left without buying one, because they dont carry 2xls. The person behind the counter said Nike doesnt make 2xls. Hmmmm, yes they do. You can go on-line and pull one up in 5 seconds. I pulled several xls of the rack and found one that was a little bigger than the others, and he bought it.The service was pretty good, the store was clean and packed full and merchandise well.Get some 2 & 3 xls in. For all of those broad, built, or beer drinking dudes that may need a size bigger.

The selection is great. The staff is super friendly. If you can find what you are looking for on sale, you are doing great. If not...it is a bit on the expensive side. Geaux Tigers!!!

I cannot believe they actually hire individuals that work there like a Dillon. He left the store to run a personal errand when I was pulling up. Three other customers drove up and left. When I got into the store there was no source of empathy from this employee. There was no explanation why he left just a pitiful non-professional attitude from an individual who apparently does not want to work. I contacted customer service for a lids, And was placed on hold for 20 minutes. The store has some of the best LSU gear around. But the workers bring it down to it two.
