I called to inquire about the possibility of tasting or discussing protein powders and the guy hung up on me. Terrible way to treat a potential customer looking to spend a lot of money. I used to have a GNC near me and they were super nice but this location obviously employs rude people.

Just left this GNC the worker Rommel was horrible. Everytime I asked him a question he would get mad, and would try selling me something more expensive when there was the same thing basically cheaper. He also had the phone on speaker so he was rushing me. I needed to buy my product so I rushed. But dude needs some serious training. Than I asked him if I can use two cards and he kept saying go ahead go ahead. I was like okay? You gonna charge half for both right. He said whatever the machine will do...I’m like so you didn’t type I’m paying half? His like no. Than you can’t pay with two cards. Learn your job!

Employee in the back storage area with headphones on and not responsive to my calls. Not helpful and when asked a question very little response.

The only person that works at this GNC location that knows what theyre talking about is Quinn. He always hooks me up with great deals and great supplement products. I hate GNC as a whole, (they are 100% all about profit and dont actually care about peoples health) but Quinn does actually care about you and wont BS you into buying a product that wont work. Ask for Quinn if you go here.
