I have been going to see Clarence and Paula for cleaning of my hearing aids and they are always so friendly and do a great job of cleaning the aids. Recently, one of my hearing aids stopped working. Clarence went right to work on finding the problem which turned out to be a bad speaker. He replaced it at no cost and also checked my other one and cleaned them both. Now they work like new. I highly recommend this office for your hearing aid needs plus the customer service is the best.

They are a very caring and professional group of people that are truly concerned about their clients. They stand behind all of their products and will do everything they can to make your experience a pleasant one. The needs of the client are well understood by all. As someone who wears two devices, it is important to have personnel who care.

I have only used two brands of hearing aids and Beltone was my second. These hearing aids are superior to the ones I first received.The service here is excellent. Mr. Freeman is very professional and Paula is very sweet.

Not all Beltone offices are alike ! My husband and I went to one in another city and I vowed I would never go to one again. But we did and we are so happy with the care and understanding we received from Paula, Mr.Clarence and his wife, they are all just the BEST ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
