Pretty good. My wife got the Mango Mango and was good, so was my sons Candy Crush. Mine was ok, I had birthday cake.Fun place to come to, very simple menu. One price, 20 base flavors with 3 additional toppings.

The lady working here today had no motivation. Was fairly rude and on her phone while the customers just piled in after us. When kids would say hi or interact she would just stare. The rolls looked horrible because she struggled to make them. Not pleased with my experience here and do not suggest if you want an upbeat welcoming atmosphere.

We came to get ice cream at 8:38 when they close at 9. The employees looked at us through the window and shrugged refusing to open the door and serve us, even though they should still be open. We specifically drove out of our way 25 minutes to eat there. Waste of time. Never coming back. Don’t waste your time there!!! Horrible service!!!!!!

Great place to get ice cream and hang out. Took my girl and her friends here for the first tine and enjoyed the experience. They have a broad selection from sweet to savory to extra sweet!! Watching the creation was truly fun and you can leave tags and notes which the girls definitely enjoying and leaving their mark

The ice cream was good, although I have nothing to compare it to because I have never had ice cream like this before. No one was rude, but also no one was friendly. At least the first person who gave me ice cream said you’re welcome when I thanked him. Then my daughter and I went outside to eat. That’s when I noticed the workers were both in a car, and not inside. Even though they had two customers inside the building eating ice cream. So we decided to get up from the outdoor table and take the ice cream to go. When walking by the car of the employees I noticed and smelled them smoking marijuana. I won’t be back due to this. That’s something you do on your own time, not on the job while working customer service/in the food industry.

This is my second visit. Same experience each time. The store smells like a port a potty not sure why. Tables are dirty and staff seems overwhelmed, unfriendly, only teenagers appear to be there. No adult manager or anything in there either time. Ice cream is mediocre at best.

Although the young gentleman working was enthusiastic while making our icecream. He was very immature, arguing and complaining with his co workers. The other gentleman coworker did 3 cups at one time due to lack of help. The young lady was very nice and helped some, but was on her phone at times. They were very loud. I will go back. It was very delicious.

Price is cheaper than other areas. Tasted really amazing and fun to watch. It can get a bit long wait when its rush hour but other than that everything was great.

Super rude staff! Girl wouldnt even look at me and turned to face opposite direction while I stood patiently in front of her waiting to pick up my order! She then finally turned to me with an angry face and stared at me! We stared at each other till i finally said im here to pick up my order, to which she silently walked away left me standing there in confusion then she returned a couple min later with my order and just held it up in front of my face waiting for me to grab it!!! Like WTH I literally just walked in to grab my order thats it and thats what in subjected too!? Ridiculous, The rude employee gave me an angry look the entire time and literally never said 1 word to me but yet said so much all at the same time! That was my first and last time there!

GREAT ICE CREAM. I had sort of a diet ice cream. Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream with Blueberries and Blackberries with a touch of honey. It was really tasty!!! GREAT customer service.

Definitely not as good as other rolled icecream locations and their white chocolate sauce was so old it turned clear...they also served the people after us first despite us not having complicated orders... definitely a weird a experience, wont be back

I loved the ice cream for sure!!! But the place would have been perfect if it was cleaner. I love to sit and enjoy my ice cream with my family or my mother so it was disappointing. I recommend beauty and the beast plus more nutella♡♡ amazing icecream and the guys were really friendly. I have never been treated so rudely at an establishment. After my son threw a massive tantrum because he didnt want to share his ice cream with his brother, I went back into the store, put 65 cents on the counter and was given an extra cup. One of the employees came outside saying that i was rude and claiming that I threw the money on the counter. If any rudeness was assumed, it was mainly the frustration of being a mom and dealing with a toddler sized tantrum. A minute or so later another employee, who claimed he was the owner, started yelling at us in front of my children and again accusing me of throwing the change on the counter. I was nervous that a fight was about to happen between him and my husband. We quickly put the kids in the car and left and the 2 employees proceeded to throw the 65 cents out the door at us.

I walked in and no one was visible. Then two associates come out of their cars. They quickly fix my order and then go back to their cars. I asked what they were doing in their cars. They said listening to music. They were normal normal courtesy like Thank you for coming or have a good day. There is no welcome to the freezing cow.ice cream was good but the service was poor.

I love this place! The workers are very nice, and i love the huge selection of flavors. its really cool to watch it be made in front of you and it takes no time at all. really recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth

Being that the experience this creamery provides is relatively new to Baton Rouge, we were not surprised by the long line upon arrival. Even then, the wait upon entering until receiving our order was less than 30 minutes. The crew was very friendly and remained calm and professional under the duress of a seemingly never ending line. The ice cream was delicious and we loved that it was not overly sweet. I’m a lover a Thai tea and lychee, so I had the “Sweet Bangkok,” which consists of both flavors. It was very authentic to the taste and was not overly rich. My family and I will definitely be returning. My fiancée had the “Pink Lady” and our daughter had the “Dark Forest.” All tasted wonderful and are highly recommended.

I love this place! I had the minions one and it was really good and the flavors weren’t too overwhelming. (The flavor I got is not too strong and sweet so if you like something sweet, try to go for something different.) Price was good considering how much ice cream you get.

I walk in 9 months pregnant, ask my daughter to take a look over the menu and ask if theres a restroom I could use. The Asian guy says its for customers only. I was absolutely disgusted by his rudeness and told him obviously I am a customer who happens to be pregnant. Had I not promised my daughter the ice cream, I would have exited the establishment immediately. The rolled ice cream was just ok..tasted like frozen milk.

Its overall review would be over 5 for me! The menu varies in 19 flavors, then 1 that you can make with 3 toppings. Once someone leaves a table they clean it immediately, no hesitation. You get to watch your ice cream rolls get made and its very interesting in how they make it if you arent on your phone. Sadly, I didnt have my phone with me to take photos of the delicious goodness of a treat. I would really recommend this place to people that like ice cream or ice cream that isnt that sweet. Also the aroma was amazing to my nose, it was like smelling a bunch of flavors in one room. The building was very friendly and beautiful with the painting on the walls. So thats why I would give this place an overall good review! 😃👍

Tried rolled ice cream for the first time at Freezing Cow. The line was out of the door so you know this place is good. The speed that the workers made the ice cream was impressive. There is only one size but there was plenty of ice cream in my bowl. The ice cream comes out very dense and the flavors are not overwhelming.

It was like $6 for a decent size cup of ice cream and trust me it doesnt look like alot in that cup but when you start eating it, its a ton! Wonderful, wonderful little ice cream shop plus its an experience in itself because most people have never had rolled ice cream. And a word of advice, its pretty great!

Its probably my fault for expecting a lot out of rolled ice cream when I havent tried it before. The ice cream was decent. The toppings dont go on top at all. They go on the side. The marshmallow came on a stick not even touching the ice cream.

My first time coming I tried the pink lady. I liked the price and the size of ice cream you get for your money. However, I didnt like the taste of the ice cream and the rolls were hard. Id say go if your in it for the experience but store bought in comparison is also just as good.

When we went, it was a Friday afternoon and the line wasnt long at all. We ordered, and while we were waiting, we noticed there was unrefrigerated cream in the back that was probably breaking a health code rule. The ice cream was okay, but not any better than most grocery store ice cream. It was not melted at all, which I wouldnt prefer, because it was very hard. It looked aesthetically pleasing but the texture didnt feel good on your mouth. Very small building for the amount of customers there. Would not go again. Also, there was only one size for $5.99.

I dont get the appeal of rolled ice-cream. The toppings were rather meh... The flavor was not bad but I dont see a reason to pay extra to wait for my ice-cream to be rolled. Its a nice novelty but not much value beyond that.

The ice cream is very good! The lines were long. Too many people were cramped inside the building, which caused it to be warm. Adding another location, which is inevitable, will solve that problem. However, the ice cream was delicious!

Ive actually never tried this Vietnamese trend but my daughter loves it, and based on how many other people I see here, I would assume theyre doing something right. Sometimes, it takes a little while to get served, so try stopping whenever theres no line, otherwise, youll be waiting for a couple gallons of ice cream to freeze

The ice cream itself tasted pretty good. The rolling process is labor intensive so the wait times are extremely long when the line backs up. Also, they put all the rolls into a little bowl, and it all ends up getting mashed together . . . whats the point of rolling it??

Ice cream was very gritty, employees seemed lethargic and almost upset that they were having to work. The dining area itself smelled of wet dogs, it was very displeasing. I would not recommend this place.

Its just icecream, the frill of eating it in rolled form is lost on the customer as they are bombarded with a radio blasting at 1000 db and 10 different immature employees milling around behind the counter gossiping and doing the job of one decent person. Who ever own this joint needs to realize how much money they are gonna be loosing fast with too many employees who will most likely give away product to their friends for free.

The place was just opened this Wednesday. How did a guy give them 1 star because he came 2 days before the opening day and expected to be served. Ignorant!! Btw the ice cream was tasty

Came here with my family after reading all the reviews. 90% looking 10% flavor. I don’t recommend this place for adults. Probably a good place for childs which are the authors of the reviews below. 2 star because employees here are really working hard they try their best. My recommendation, go next door and have a real gelato at ninos. Prego!

The ice cream is nothing special but it is very expensive. The place is laughable too, they just boarded up the frozen yogurt dispensers and let people write all over them it looks awful. Then there are post it notes everywhere? Why? I was borderline offended by how terrible the place looked. Dont wast your money here, its not worth it. Its also dirty, like filthy and I feel bad for their workers because there arent enough of them working at a time, which is probably why the place is so filthy.
