Went in, said I wanted a mower to take with me right then, they said no problem. I bought a turf tiger 2 and was not there more than 45 min. Great service and people. Will be returning for anything else I can possibly buy from them. Great place!!!

Really professional operation. Store is clean and organized, good communication, up-front pricing, and the service manager immediately drove my new Scag ZT mower home in a truck right behind me and gave me a rundown of the machine in my driveway (and late on a Friday afternoon). Jason helped me out in the store. Their equipment is pricier than the standard big-box stuff, but thats because its just better equipment. I would recommend Gautreauxs!

The WORST customer service I have received in a LONG TIME! There are too many other local companies that appreciate business and provide great customer service to be treated like I was. Overpriced and terribly rude customer service! Why would a person go back? I wont! 1 star so I could post review.
