Ms. Sharon is the most helpful and friendly manager ever. Recently had to rent a unit due to circumstances out of my control. Went in explained the size and type of unit I needed and with it being my first time ever renting a storage, Ms. Sharon walked me through everything and explained everything to me to a T. I’ve never met a more friendly person than Ms. Sharon. She went above and beyond to help me get settled with the unit. I definitely recommend her and this storage facility. There’s no other place I’d rather keep my belongings than here!

Rented a so called climate controlled on November 26th. Had a website deal for first three months at $49.50 I paid about $18 for the 5 days then the website price for December and January. I was moving my stuff out February 5th. I asked if there was any type of pro rated, was told no. Was then told my bill would be 99.00 for February. We had a long discussion about it and manager said you’ve been here three months. Since when is 5 days, a full month? Long story short, was told there would be no financial help or doing the right thing. Called again when bill was due, I didn’t back down and he finally adjusted the bill when he said he couldn’t. Goes to show how dishonest they are. I still paid more than the $49.50 for just only being there 5 days in February. The rooms are not climate controlled. They lie. When we removed my belongings, the humidity was so much, my couch and mattress were very wet along with soaked boxes. I took pictures in case the manager wants to dispute it. Don’t rent here.

Paula was wonderful, came in completely clueless as to the process of renting a storage unit and she was able to explain the entire process thoroughly like a professional. I explained very directly I only really needed it for 2 weeks while I’m waiting to move into my new apartment but I don’t want to sign anything more than a month and was given no pushback whatsoever, in fact, was given proof in writing to the contrary. Not a bad place but the driveway around the back need fixing and they need larger units thatll fit your whole house in it. Especially if you need one long term. I had to get two units which is $200 a month, thats a bill and I only had a two bedroom home not including my living and dining room.... But I do love the Climate Control part

Sharon-ann was awesome! Lord forgive me if I spelled her name wrong. But she was so great. Literally got the last 10×10 air-conditioned unit right before closing time. Cool and clean space. Highly recommended!

The customer service is great, but there is a bad rat problem that tore up all my things on top of white overspray on all my furniture from them painting next to my unit, havent been compensated and will advise all my family and friends to go somewhere elseTo the response, I stored no food in the unit other than canned goods, i put a tarp down to protect the ground for any unseen or unknown circumstances, i have talked to the representative you have at the location my belongings were and they said rat damage was not to be covered since it was an outside unit, but you failed to address the overspray problem. The representative just sent me to the contractor painting the units which I believe is unfair because they are not my contractor and I shouldnt have to handle the problem myself. But yet you and your employees take so much pride in your business with customer service. I read the policy and understood that you do not cover rodent damage and was fine with that and I took that under my own will to store my belongings there, but the overspray is unacceptable. I have been offered for the contractors to come clean all of my belongings, therefore i have to take time out of my day, possibly even miss work, to stay home and make sure that they do their job cleaning my belongings. Since i know from previous experience they have no regard for others. I have nothing against your business i just believe i wasnt treated fairly.
