Terrible job moving my mother. Broke glass on desk, and a lamp. Scratched a table that’s been in perfect condition for decades. Scratched freshly painted walls. Forgot items that were supposed to be moved but still charged her for them. They were oblivious to how a move should be carried out. They didn’t wrap fragile items and didn’t make any effort to protect furniture. They left without putting her bed fully together and they still have the hardware that goes with it so it’s still not complete a week later! Do yourself a favor and hire true professionals or just do it yourself because this company is a ripoff!

The three gentlemen from two Men and a truck showed up on time and got to work immediately. They carefully packed each piece of our furniture as if it were their own. They were friendly and kind. And moved expeditiously to get all of our belongings on the truck. Once they arrived to our destination, with speed and accuracy they unloaded the truck placed each item in the rooms where we directed them. During the unboxing process I have found that none of my items were broken scratched dented in any way. If I were to move again I would definitely request the same three guys.

Lost items during my move, and more than a month later two men and a truck still hasnt replaced them. Despite following up multiple times, no one responds and no progress has been made. Would not recommend this company at all.Edited to add: more than a month after I left this review and I still have not received my missing item. Absolutely would not recommend Two Men and A Truck.

Patrick and Daniel did everything we asked of them and offered to do more.I could not have been more pleased with their work ethics and manners.

We have used Two Men and a Truck many times and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. The movers were extremely unprofessional and complained about moving the furniture from the time they arrived, until the time they placed the last piece into the house. They complained about the weight of the furniture, how tired they were, and repeatedly said they were going to take longer so they didn’t have to go on other jobs. The two men clearly did not get along and argued nonstop with frequent profanities inserted. At one point, the two men got physical with one another and one threatened to knock the f&@k out of the other one, in front of our family. One mover said we could fit more items onto the truck while the other argued we couldn’t. We ended up transporting some of our own things because the two men could not do their job and get themselves together to make a decision. Now, we will have to rent from another company to transport the remaining items that the two couldn’t agree upon. The move was misery and constant stress. We asked them to just put our boxes in the garage because we could not deal with the incessant profanities and negativity and wanted them to leave. The office was contacted and no response has been received regarding this incident. We will never use this company again if this is now what represents the face of Two Men and a Truck.

This is my 5th time using Two Men and a Truck. Ive used them for big jobs and for small jobs, and in either case, they come prepared for everything, including a great attitude! I genuinely enjoy my moving experience when this crew is around, and thats saying a lot. They are thoughtful, considerate, hard working, conscious of time, and they straight up just get the job done. You cant possibly find a better crew to help you with the stress of moving!

We had a great experience with our Baton Rouge team today! They were on time, pleasant, professional and took great care with our belongings. I have used different locations of Two Men and a Truck four times in the past three years and have been consistently pleased.

Mario was great. The other 2 guys were bad, dragged things across wood floors, broke multiple legs and trim off dresser, threw cigarette butts in yard, overcharged me 2 hours that i had to call and fix. Still havent heard back from team on fixing these issues.

The entire experience was awesome! The crew that came was very professional,hard working, and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the service

The actual movers were wonderful. It’s the hidden fees they don’t tell you about that got me. Plan to spend double the amount and twice the time. I do NOT recommend this company.

Ask for Henry W. and Quantez to help with your move. They were patient, very helpful with the wrapping and remaining items to be packed all the loading onto the truck. They even worked late into the evening to unload carefully into multiple storage units after a long day. I highly recommend these men to take good care of your belongings!

Two Men and a Truck moving service was so horrible, and the worst decision I have made in my life to choose their services. The men were very silly,, unproffessional, inexperienced, and disrespectful., The experience was so horrible I felt threatened for my safety. The men didnt want me asking them a question, about moving my belongings. They got offended and had the audacity to tell me Im tripping. There was No professionalism at all, representing a company that quotes we treat you like you want to be treated. Your grandmother can feel safe with else. ABOSUTELY NOT!! The men couldnt get my refrigerator in the door, that took about 15 minutes, and asked me how I got it in? I called professor movers so this should be something you have done before, are were trained to do. After, the dreadful 15 minutes they finally got the refrigerator in, and begin to push it on my tile floor. He preceded to say the refrigerator had wheels!! His coworker had to run and to him to use a dolley!!!! Whatever you do choose a company who knows there employees character, so you can feel safe! This company is far from meeting your needs and giving you a stress free experience !

I recently moved to a new home, and I used Two Men and a Truck to move. They worked very hard and were very nice, polite, and professional. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

These movers broke my television and mirror and lost parts to numerous pieces of furniture and a part to my mountain bike. They also damaged the paint on an antique table. While the moving company called CONSTANTLY during the move, during which time I was driving between states, they continually say they will follow up about the damage and do not. I would not recommend hiring these people. In addition, they seem to be experiencing turnover which is seriously hampering my ability to get these issues resolved, and the person I spoke to had absolutely no idea what the procedure was to get damage handled. I should have been concerned beforehand, when the timeline communicated to me by the office folks was not communicated to the movers, so they had planned on being there a day before the office folks had told me they would be there. Buyer beware.

We used two men and a truck for an out-of-state move, they communicated with us very clearly and were courteous, punctual, and professional. We were picking up items from two different houses to move to our new state, and they were easily able to pick up items from both locations. Their truck was HUGE and we nowhere near filled it, but it appeared big enough to easily move a multi-bedroom house.

My overall experience was okay. I was satisfied with the 2 of the guys who came. There were three total. One of the members, was noticeable not as hard working. Multiple times, I witnessed him hanging out in the truck on his cell phone. He was the one who was cracking the most jokes instead of working. The movers also left scratched on our wooden floors. Im not surprised though because a fridge is difficult to transport through a door. But luckily since we are still in the midst of construction, itd be easy to just replace it.

I had to move my senior parents quickly from MS to LA. The Baton Rouge branch (Ashton) handled my questions thoroughly and put a quote together for me immediately. 5 days later my moving team arrived (Sean O. & Kendrick) even earlier than hoped for and worked non-stop to move my parents belongings (including an antique grandfather clock) carefully onto their truck. The truck was in great shape, looked new and well cared for. They arrived promptly at our destination in Louisiana and again worked without a break to unload and assemble my parents beds and put their belongings in the proper places. The grandfather clock is working perfectly! I will need to use a moving service one more time to finish emptying the MS house and I will certainly use Ashton, Sean O and Kendrick to help me! This stressful situation was handled professionally as well as with extreme courtesy - If you are moving across town or to another state I recommend using Two Men and a Truck for safe and stress free service!!!

On March 6, 2021, three of your employees came to my apartment complex to move me from two separate one-bedroom apartments to one one-bedroom apartment. These three men were courteous, friendly and professional. They addressed lifting my back-breaking items without complaints. They finished moving everything efficiently and effectively within a two-hour window. I was thoroughly impressed with their speed and professionalism. I told my co-workers, family and friends to use Two Men and a Truck, for any future moves. I know that Ill be calling them again once I move from this apartment into my new home. Thank you, Two Men and a Truck, for making a huge task much less of a headache for this Baton Rouge resident.

HORRIBLE MOVERS!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! We used them to move my daughter from MS to LA. They made a huge mess of this move! Gouged and scraped all the walls in my new apartment (will have to pay extra to have that fixed). Did not put furniture where it belonged, we had to move it around ourselves. Did not offer to put the bed frame together. Some boxes were shipped and moved UPSIDE DOWN! Lots of our belongings were damaged or broken. What a disaster!

The movers were great, but the hours calculated didnt match up with what happened. Basically a couple of extra hours were added. I reached out several times, each time they said they would check the GPS and get back with me. Its been over a month and nothings happened.

I recently purchased a new home and hired Two Men and A Truck to help move my furniture. I couldnt be happier with the service I received! The office workers who set everything up were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The moving crew were so friendly and nice. The 2 guys worked really well together and were very careful with my furniture. They disassembled and reassembled many large items like a king bed and treadmill, and did a fantastic job! I cant thank you all enough!!!

They busted my door and door frame trying to get my fridge in which in turn scratched the doors of my new stainless steel refrigerator. They scratched up several pieces of my furniture and floors and due to them throwing the boxes in my office on top of each other, one smashed the dishwasher pods and they leaked on my scored floors and ate through the clear coat and stain leaving a discolored spot as you walk in the room.

Recently moved out of a 3rd floor loft and, thanks to Two Men and a Truck, it was the fastest, most painless move Ive ever had. The 3 man team that showed up was prompt, friendly, and lightning quick. My estimate was quoted at 4 hours, and they were done in less than 2! An all around wonderful experience, and Id recommend them highly to anyone.

I had money stolen, items missing and broken, and no responsiveness from the home office whenever I contacted them. I highly recommend not using this company and paying a little more for the sevice.

I had an on site quote where a representative came and took inventory of my home. When it came to moving day they were unable to fit all the contents in the truck. Of course in true New Orleans fashion there was a storm coming our way the day we were scheduled to move. I paid extra for an overnight hold for them to come the day before so they wouldn’t have any issues with the weather. It was very unnerving for me to have to leave town with all of my belongings not loaded into the truck not knowing what was going to happen because the guys could not get in touch with anyone in the office to find out what their solution would be. I had good reason to be worried because after they came back to load the rest of my stuff without me being present I got a phone call that some of my valuables had been broken and there were other belongings that they just couldn’t fit on the truck at all. Some of the items were completely missing that they never located. They said they would be happy to hold my things that were not missing or damaged in their warehouse and would deliver to me the next time they were doing an interstate move in my direction. Of course when they eventually got my stuff to me it was broken as well. I had a gorgeous 8 foot tall solid wood framed mirror that was broken that they only compensated me a measly 54$ which was a slap in the face after the horrible service I received because of their mistakes I definitely did not expect to get compensated a mere fraction of the price for my valuables they misplaced and damaged. Definitely do not recommend

Weve used this company twice and both times have had a great experience. Very professional and friendly team. They took great pride in their work and service. They worked very hard and efficiently. Would definitely recommend! Hopeful we wont be moving again for a VERY long time but if we ever do, wed use them again.

I recently moved and was very skeptical about using movers from previous bad experiences. I will say I did ask for the A Team and I feel I definitely got just that. Ray was the team leader who was very knowledgeable about what i needed done and the time frame I wanted it done in. They wouldnt even stop to eat lunch! Highly recommend these guys. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I booked this company because I used their services previously and was pleased with it at that time. So I decided to use them for my move. On the day of service, the workers proceeded to come into the apartment and I showed them what needed to be moved and it was an amount for a 1-bedroom apartment. I first noticed that they werent breaking down anything and I asked why. I was informed that the tools were not on the truck and the manager, Trent, will be bringing them, which took quite some time. So I let them use the tools I had until they received theirs. I notice one of the workers would stay downstairs for quite some time and the other worker would have to call him like a child. I was then told that a replacement will be coming because the worker was complaining about his back and knees. I then called and spoke with the sales rep and informed him that I was displeased with the services I was receiving and they are taking up time by going slow and waiting for the relief worker. I also informed him that I purchased boxes for my televisions and a mattress cover, which I didnt received and I should not be charged for it. I booked for 4 1/2 which they began from 9-1 but it started at 8:50 a.m. and did not finish the job until 4:38 p.m. When speaking with the manager, Trent, I informed him that I should receive a discount and he mentioned that he would knock something from the over hours and I informed him that I was not pleased with that and I should not be held accountable for the poor work of their workers and I should be discounted from the estimate. He mentioned that he was going to go and speak with the management team and will get back with me. So when the workers finished at 4:38 p.m. I made contact with Trent, he informed me that he can only help me by taking off the additional time the was passed the 4 1/2 hours. I informed him that I was not pleased with that and that he was not helping me out at all and I should be discounted from the estimate and that it was a big inconvenience and a nightmare for me. So I ended up having to pay the full amount of the estimate. I would not use this service EVER again and would not refer this company to anyone. I would tell anyone to BEWARE of this company and to stay far far away. Also, there is a customer care number and they will not help you at all because the local Two Men and a Truck is a franchises and corporate can not help anyway and they will send you directly back to Trent. I will support any other company but them. I dont normally leave reviews but I had to post a review to this site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

These guys took all the stress out of both of my moves. The first was a 4 hour trip between 2 cities. Apartment to storage then a local move from storage to home. I hope I dont have to move for a long time but I know they are their if I need them. Both offices were amazing as well as my movers. 5 total guys moved me, 3 the first and 2 the second time. Great men, very professional but made the move fun and relaxing. I dont normally review businesses but this one deserves more than 5 stars.

Scheduling was early with lots of availability. I had a question about bed assembly a few days before my move; I called and my contact answered right away (they do disassemble and reassemble as part of the process which is included in the fee)!On the day of the move, the team called to inform me they were in transit and arrived promptly. They worked quickly and efficiently to load my belongings and didn’t waste any time transporting across town where they were just as diligent with the unloading process. Finally someone called me two days later to inquire about my experience with the company.This is a business that cares about their customers and it’s obvious in everything they do. Avoid . Hired to load a truck for out of state move. Did not organize truck well, when we arrived we have broken and damaged items. Mattress was folded in half, box springs broken, furniture ruined or damaged. We called to ask for info on what size truck to rent. They were so far off we had to get a pull behind trailer which had no damaged items because we did the loading. Did not cover mattress after we paid for covers. We would love to chat with company but they won’t return nor answer calls. Waiting for 5 days for the I will call you back in a few minutes. Company that unloaded was able to get everything in a 10x15 storage unit with NO damage. They didn’t believe we hired “professionals”. Save your money, go elsewhere if you value your belongings.

The mover where great, With lots of care wrapping and loading all furniture.Found no damaged done. They moved a 850 lb gun safe. Line my oak floors with blankets not to damage are scratch floor.Gave them water and a good tip.

Jeremy and Austin showed up right on time for the move to my first Home. They were young but very professional and after I showed them all the pieces (some heavy/awkward) they got right to work. They didnt stop until their truck was fully loaded and even then only had a snack because I told them to. 15 minutes later they were back in the truck and straight to my new house where they were even faster unloading. I hadnt had anything wrapped or padded (even though they offered to) and thanks to their diligence and safety not a piece of furniture was chipped or scratched. Ive moved my own stuff several times and I just didnt have it in me to move it all again. Jeremy and Austin knocked it out in half a day when it probably wouldve taken me a week. They were friendly and professional and I hope their Boss reads this and gives them a bump in pay. The cost wasnt outrageous either and Im a pretty cheap guy when it comes to things I could do myself. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone asking

We requested the services of Two Men and a Truck to move into our new house.We had a total of 3 calls to accurately count the number of items, boxes, sizes etc.We were told that 5 hours would be plenty enough time to move everything.The movers had a 12-2 pm window to arrive and they arrived at 2.15It quickly became clear that only one of the two had experience and used our move to teach the second mover what to do.At nearly 10 PM (7+ hours) we were finally done.We received a little discount from the more experienced mover, but we still had to pay $875, for a job that should have cost $650 or less, because two movers with the experience and the drive of the single guy we had would have probably finished in 4 hours or less.After complaining with the main office, we receive another discount that brought our total to $800, still far from the higher end of our quote at $650After the move, we also discovered a scratch on our new floor. The company sent a contractor who tried to fix the issue, but was not quite successful (although they tried hard).I emailed the company with a before and after picture of the damage, and I did not receive a message back. I called them and I left a voice mail.Never got a call back.I expected a much better service.

Moving team was here 15 minutes early. In all the moves Ive had over the years this was the best. The two guys who did the move were rock stars in every sense. Executed the move on a blistering hot day, cheerful attitude and smiling and happy for 6 or 7 hours. This company gets my highest possible recommendation

I used this company before and it was a great experience! This last time was TERRIBLE. One of the workers was smoking in the truck when he pulled up so the whole time moving I smelled cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker this was not appealing especially since he had to be all over my furniture to move it. They were also very slow this time around. They had no clue how to pack a truck efficiently and took them almost 30 minutes just to strap everything down! I did let the office know when they called to check on the progress and they sent out a supervisor. The movers really started working quickly at this point. They were pretty clumsy as well so there are a few dents and chips in my furniture. Will not use this company again.

Beware - Their estimate says Estimated Total: but they MEAN this is the estimate AFTER paying your deposit. Very misleading. Exhorbitant price to move 1 Bedroom to Assisted Living facility a mile away. The guys were very nice and professional, tho, thats why they got a 3-star review instead of a 1-star. One year ago I used this company and was delighted with the move. I gave them a 5-star on that move because it went as planned and estimated. This time - not so much.

My friend recommended 2 Men and a Truck so I called and got a quote. The sales rep came and did a walk through and over quoted what I really needed. She was trying to sell me the whole shabang with the movers packing and loading EVERYTHING, even though I told her that we just need to move the bigger items. $2000+!!!! Luckily, I talked to my friend and she told me, specify 2 men for 4 hours, that made a HUGE price difference, less than $900!The moving crew Henry, Lauren and Jason were fast and efficient. Extremely professional and friendly!

Ive recommended Two Men and a Truck for years as a real estate agent but since Ive lived in the same home for 20 years, I never needed to move until we recently built our new home. We had a lot of large furniture. The crew that was sent out, George, Tylan and Jacobey did an excellent job!! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. Although I wont be moving any time soon, they are my #1 go to recommendation for all my clients.

The company was very responsive, thorough and organized. My two specific moves, Dominique and Jamal, were spectacular - positive attitude, highly professional and responsible. They went out of their way to help me unpack and put furniture together - really, couldn’t have had a better experience.

We have used 2 men and a truck 3 times now. All 3 times were great but this last one was amazing. The men were super efficient and super polite. Nothing was damaged during the move. Absolutely amazing service!

I used this service to move some items from an estate. The estimator was very friendly and did a great job explaining the services and cost. The movers arrived on time and were very careful of the items they loaded onto the truck. The were very efficient. Upon delivery, they did an excellent job of placing the furniture and items in the desire locations which included an upstairs area. I am very pleased with this service. The people are excellent and I thought the price for services was very fair.

These guys did an outstanding job for me. I had two specialty items to be removed. An upright piano and a treadmill. I had no idea how I was going to do it but two men and a truck sent out two of there best hands. These young men were some young bulls who handle my items with care and also used some ingenious troubleshooting to make the job happen efficient and in a timely manner. I would recommend these guys no questions asked.

They also assembled my beds and assisted me with two trim kits for my refrigerator and freezer. They were polite, professional, and considerate of my belongings. Marcus and Daniel did an amazing job moving me from Louisiana to Alabama! So careful with my things (no damage to anything!), and very friendly and positive, even when their day lasted about 12 hours due to the long drive, 2 flights of stairs, and complications with my bed (it was too big to get out of my old apartment so they had to take it apart to move it, then put it back together in my new place.) My whole experience with this company was positive, from the first call requesting a quote, to the follow up call after the move was complete. Moving can be stressful, but they made everything so easy. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!

You truly dont have to lift a finger to breakdown, load, unload and reassemble anything!! Great stuff!!!!!

TLDR look elsewhere for moving servicesHaving seen so many positive reviews and finding their website user-friendly to get my estimate, I was optimistic about using Two Men and a Truck for my move - unfortunately, though, it was a negative experience.The offices didnt send me confirmation of my reservation until after multiple attempts to get in touch and never responded to some of my inquiries. The movers were complaining throughout the move (I felt guilty for having a 400 sq ft apartments worth of things), kicked a couple of my boxes in front of me and tried to convince me that I couldnt put some items upstairs (my dad, a 60 yr old with a bad leg, had to intervene and move things *for them*). Several items arrived broken and my large dresser was packed ** on top of my TV, on its screen **I also used the Two Men and a Truck crate service, wherein items are packed in large cardboard boxes (with smaller, carry-able boxes inside) and shipped to the nearest TMaaT location. When the movers arrived with these crates, they asked if I had a forklift to remove them from the truck (and no, no forklift at my place of residence) and my family and I had to get into the truck to cut open the cardboard for them to access my boxes.Still waiting on the office to follow up with me regarding items Ive reported broken.I dont typically write reviews, but Im sad this move turned out the way it did - I wont be using their services again and recommend you try another moving company.

Two Men and a Truck was fabulous and made our move super easy! We were able to move quickly with no hiccups. The movers were professional, positive, and patient. Nothing was broken by the movers, and we were so impressed!

Great service and efficient employees. The crew of three came in and began working immediately. They wrapped everything very well and took great care of my belongings. Very friendly and personable. Finished 1 1/2 hours earlier than estimated. Very pleased. Would use them again.

I used them for my move last week. They were great. They wrapped all furniture and worked diligently for 5 hours without stopping for long. They were on time, friendly, and took great care of my belongings. The price was the best one out of the 4 quotes I received. I will use them again in the future.

I was so impressed with the crew that was sent to help with my move. From start to finish I was shown a group of young men who were hard working and very respectful of all my requests. I would definitely recommend this company if moving is in you future.

Excellent service. Took under four hours for our move. The three men that moved us wrapped and packed all of our belongings thoroughly and carefully. Not a single thing broke, not even a mug (which I was expecting)! Would use them again in a heartbeat if we ever have to move again. Very well worth the $$!!

Moved us in 2018-My piano was damaged, the previous residence was damaged (they destroyed the entire left side of trim on the door while exiting with the furniture), they stole medications from me, stole my sons 1-ton jack, they left NUMEROUS items outside that I had to borrow a neighbors truck and go back for afterwards. I hired 4 men and 2 trucks, the second truck was hardly used there was no reason to leave the items. When I contacted the office via email I never heard back. Left numerous messages and never received a call back either. Terrible company!!!!I’m hiring day movers within a month and will NOT be using this company.

Excellent service! Easy to schedule, moving service is exceptional, and cost equaled the estimated price I was given. Trevor, Ashton, Kenny, and extra support provided by Henry!! I can’t give these guys a better review. Very Nice, wrapped everything with care, fast, and moved lots of large furniture pieces up and down stairs without any damage to the pieces or houses. Excellent!

Very Friendly and dependable. The guys did a tremendous job with our move, I highly recommend.

1. The total cost was basically highway robbery because of how long the move took. It took Michael and Morgan 5 hours to move 15 pieces of furniture and 10 boxes. Only 3 of the items were even sizable furniture (couch, dresser, and chaise lounge chair). I was moving my belongings from a small 1-bedroom apartment to a storage unit. But because it took 5 hours and I had already paid a $100 service fee whatever that’s for🤷🏼‍♂️) my total coat came out to be $700. Actually $740 when you include the tip I gave them because I just couldn’t bear to have them walk away empty handed. That’s insane for moving the furnishings from a small apartment to a storage unit in the same city only 4 miles away. Even with a stop at a second house along the way to get the chaise lounges chair and a small high top kitchen table. My sister and her boyfriend had to move an entire apartment across the city of Los Angeles and it didn’t even cost them that much.2. There was no communication between the office staff I talked to when I scheduled my move and the crew that helped me move. Michael was very nice but also very confused. Even though you schedule the order of the stops when you initially schedule the move, Michael thought I was moving everything from my apartment and from a storage unit to the garage of another house. So he told me to meet him at the storage unit but he meant the garage and anyway the end result was me going to the storage unit and michael driving to the house and is waiting around for each other before I finally called him to resolve the issue.3. I don’t think Michael and Morgan were intentionally careless but there is a level of respect for someone’s health and safety and belongings that was just completely missing. I blame the company for not ensuring that all the crew are educated on precautions we now have to take in the time of Covid. They didn’t wear masks in my apartment and one of them must have accidentally stepped in dog poop because they unknowingly tracked it all over the apartment I was moving out of. Thank God it didn’t get on my rug that I’m keeping. The company also hasn’t set up any form of contactless pay so at the end I had to enter my credit card info and sign a bunch of stuff on Michael’s iPad that was covered in drops of sweat from his face. Also the mattress cover they brought didn’t fit even though when I scheduled the move I told them I was moving a queen bed and mattress. But I can’t understand why they say the uncovered end on the dirty floor of the storage unit instead of the end that was covered by the mattress cover? Some of the decisions just didn’t make since and again it just doesn’t show any respect for trying to keep my belonging clean and intact.4. Someone from their office called me during the move (I think her name was Katie) to ask if the move was going well. So I’m sure they think they’re providing you with a chance to report the issues as they are happening. But the problem is how are you supposed to confidentially y’all about what’s happening when you’re in the apartment with the movers and they’re looking right at you?!5. Lastly, on the day the move was scheduled, they told me the movers would be there between 8AM and 9AM. They showed up at 8:56AM. I know they still made it within the time frame. But it just felt like they got there as late as possible without actually being late. So I had basically been waiting around for an hour. Again just felt like a lack of respect for my time.On the one hand I don’t feel like I really have a leg to stand on because anyone could turn around and say well if you want it done a certain way then work out, get stronger, and do the move yourself. Which I admit I could never have lifted or moved all the stuff Michael and Morgan did. But on the other hand I did pay for a service, and at the end of the day I feel totally ripped off. I can’t see myself ever using this company again and I feel obligated to tell everyone I know so it doesn’t happen to them either.

My moving experience was an excellent one. Two Men and a Truck were extremely careful in protecting my furniture. They were efficient and moved me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to move your treasured possessions. Rarely have I found a company with such high standards of service. Thanks for their skilled movers. The company called during moving and after to be sure everything was going well, which it was. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck and I would use them again. L. Livingston. I stand by my comments above, however, the day of the move, I noticed an indention in one of our mattress and asked the movers to pay it on its side, which they did, and I was hoping that after it layed like that for awhile the indention would come out by the time we needed to get it out of storage. Not realizing there is a 96 hour time limit to making a claim, I didnt make a claim right away. I called them to make a claim one month later and was told it was too late even though the movers knew the indention was there. So, be sure to make any claims promptly is my message here.

I just moved with Two Men and a Truck! An incredible experience! After a previous terrible experience with All My Sons, Two Men and a Truck renewed my faith in customer service. After a complete, detailed explanation of services over the phone, I set up a move date with ease.The day of the move, two movers came out to my home and effortlessly moved my furniture. As a senior citizen, I look for courtesy and professionalism above all. The two men who came out introduced themselves and made the whole day fun and enjoyable, rather than stressful. This move could have been stressful, as my wife and I were moving into assisted living. The two men were efficient and worked intelligently the whole day through, making me smile throughout the day.I cannot say enough about this experience! Definitely worth every penny! Dont be lured into another moving company by a slight difference in price!

Excellent service from two courteous and friendly guys. Though it was a small job, they made sure all my furniture was covered in blankets and then wrapped to ensure no damage while in transit. They were quick and efficient, too. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again and I dont hesitate to recommend them!

Dishonest company. Does not reimburse you for things broken during the transportation. We have to now institute a lawsuit against this company to recoup our losses. I do not recommend this company, at least not the Baton Rouge location. Save your money and hire a company that will be answerable. And, protect your elderly from this company. After we paid in full, the company refused to move our things unless my 81-year old mom signed papers on the spot. We had a real bad situation with this company. Lawsuit coming up.

I called to request a quick move (within 24 hours) and Two Men and A Truck was so accommodating!! Eric and Blake, the two young men who were sent to help with the move, were fast, professional, and most importantly, they were extremely careful with my furniture, artwork, and other things! They accomplished the move in less than the time quoted. I have already told them that I will request them again in the future. Thanks for the great job, guys!

The movers arrived on time and began working rapidly and efficiently. They were polite and courteous. There was no property damage. They finished earlier than estimated. My wife and I were pleased and satisfied with our move. We have used Two Men and a Truck before and have always been satisfied.

Darius and Casey did a phenomenal job! I would recommend asking for them by name. The treated all of our furniture with care, were considerate, fast, polite, and professional. They even suggested we not turn the furniture onto the new woods floors without pads on the legs. We didnt even think of that!We had never used Two Men and a Truck before, but next time we need them, Im asking for these Two Men. They were awesome!

The moving team led by Corey did a great job. The office team was very attentive calling me several times to coordinate the move.
