Ordered a special edc knife for my niece for her graduation gift from army boot camp. I shopped extensively and decided upon knife depot. Due to the fun of COVID the one I ordered was out of stock. After finally getting ahold of knife deport we were able to change the knife to one they had in stock. Had the laser engrave the knife and while I was at it ordered some oops knives. Everything arrived in time and was excellent. . I am a fan of their services and will definitely order from them again. I highly recommend the oops knives. It is a very pleasant surprise to open the box and find an excellent knife very nice to deal with a small business with friendly people

I ordered in December 2020 and only received part of my order. The bulk of it I still haven’t received. Customer service is terrible and they don’t answer their phones. They billed me for the products I still haven’t received so I had to file a claim with my credit card company just to get my money back. Unbelievable.

Took my money and I never received my order. I called several times and left messages, emails and IG dms...😡 No correspondence. Horrible should have use Amazon.
