I have visited several stores and this store (Plank Rd) is by far the best! The employees are so extremely knowledgeable and not only are they kind and helpful, they are patient and treat their customers with superb service and attention. Rebecca, the manager really impressed me by her extensive outlook for matching colors. She and many of the other guys there really helped me out a great deal! This is the only store I’ll go to regardless to the location. You can’t be the service!

Things are different now. This transaction had to be handled curbside. The sign posted stated that you phone in your order. Amid the impersonal nature of social distancing, CHASES customer service over the phone and while loading my car was still VERY welcoming.

Gd customer service even in this time, you have to call in but you get what u need in a timely manner.

I would say to visit the North Baton Rouge location versus others in the area. Mr. Alvin was extremely helpful and patient. I previously went to the Zachary location and in the middle of checking me out, Mary, the Sherwin Williams representative stopped helping me to help another customer. I am black and the customer is white. Im not sure if it was racial or just poor customer service. I was told by another customer that this happened to them. I posted this on the Sherwin Williams page and was never contacted or messaged.
