Just attended a party here.. it felt kind of empty. I like the energy/vibe from the other location. Also feel like there was less variety in terms of spacewalks and dont understand why there is a wall to separate the sides when it is pretty much the same equipment on both sides.. party hostess could have brought a little more energy

I brought my two children for the first time and was very happy with everything. From the moment you enter, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility was very clean and all of the equipment was well maintained. There was someone attending the inflatables at all times to make sure the children were safe. Party Playground was perfect and we will definitely be back.

My daughter attended her friend’s birthday party and had the greatest time. The venue was clean with a friendly staff and amazing play area. The balloon drop was so much fun! We will definitely be back!

I really liked bringing my son here to have some indoor inflatable fun. You can’t beat the price for pop in play. Until today, when I tried to bring him in to have fun indoors. I received an email that pop in play was until 2:30 pm. Came in and they changed it until 2 pm, so I drove from Prairieville to here for nothing. My son is upset and there’s nothing I can do, but leave a negative review. It would have been nice to receive an email that time was moved up earlier. I’m not about to pay $8.99 for 22 minutes of fun when it should have been 52 minutes. Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday, though.

Parking can get a little tricky with two BIG parties going on at the same time.. New location is easy to find. The Kids loved it! They have a nice variety of jump houses for the different age groups attending the parties. Staff done a good job of keeping everything on schedule and operating smoothly. Let them know what you want when booking party and they will have it there waiting.

We loved the Birthday Party that was held there for the 3 years old girl. All the staff members were amazing! We loved the play area. I could give 5 stars, but my only concern that I saw are those metal benches that have sharp edges, and I saw kids hurting themselves by bumping into them. It’s an easy fix by covering them with soft materials or by putting other seating benches that are actually comfortable and suitable for places like that. I hope the management team will do something about it because it is a nice place for kids all ages, and we really had a great time! Girls serving kids were very friendly and they handled a big party very well. We will definitely return to that place again. Please fix those metal benches!

We had my sons birthday party here back in October and it was well worth the money. The team members were super helpful and also set everything up. Everyone had a blast!

We called ahead for the Pop-In play. The guys working that day were friendly and professional. My 4 yr old son loved it. It was definitely worth $8.99! We will come back!!!

It is a great place to bring your littles ones, especially in this hot weather! My son loves to come jump. It is reasonably priced. The staff is great!

This was the perfect party spot for my daughters 2nd birthday! She had the absolute best time and so did my 2 older kids! The place is immaculate and has so much for kids of any age! And the service was awesome! I can’t say enough good about them! We will definitely be back!

Kids really enjoyed the bouncy houses. We parents really love the price. Very affordable. I would recommend something for the smaller children aged 1-2.One other recommendation would be a changing table in the restroom.

We had a party there and it was great, very limited in what I had to help with. Basically I only had to show up and pay. My only issue is that they dont allow parents to jump with their kids and it was extremely cold in the jump area. However the kids loved it and had a great time.

My daughter had her 6 year old Birthday Party at Party Playground this Sunday and it was Awesomeas she put it! Everyone was friendly and attentive to our requests. The party flow was great and all the kids had lots of fun!

We brought my daughter and 6 of her friends to open play for her birthday. Party Playground has clean bounce houses, lobby and bathrooms. The staff was polite and organized. Only wish they had one or two smaller options for the 2-3 year olds. The 5 year olds loved everything about it! Overall, a great 1.5 hour of air conditioned fun!

Great place to take your kids! Me and my family come here all of the time and we love it! The staff is very helpful and nice. Also, their prices are very reasonable if youre looking for a birthday party or just a family day that wont cost an outrageous amount!

My Daughter had her 3rd Birthday Party there and she love it. The only thing I wish they would change is you shouldnt pay for kids that didnt show up to the party. My party package was for 16 kids but only 12 kids showed up. Other than that the kids had a good time.

I take my girls here several times a month for Pop N Play. They absolutely love it here! Can’t beat the price for the hour and a half of play. I would recommend it to anyone & do all the time!!

When I walked in no one greeted me or told me what to do (as in signing the waiver) it was only because it wasn’t my first time there that I knew what to do. The workers just didn’t seem engaged or of “party like attitude”. If it were my child’s birthday I wouldn’t do it there, it’s not worth the money if you can’t have a great exciting experience

Great place to play. Only wish age restrictions fit the nature of the activity and overall clientele. Prepubescents should not be jumping in the same jump houses as 3 year olds. My 6 year old was even having issues with bigger kids pushing him down the larger slides. Kinda puts a damper on the experience.

I recently had a overnight lock in at party playground for my son and it was everything I imagined it would be. The staff were wonderful. They checked in with me weekly before my event. The two young men that stayed with us 👍👍. The kids and parents havent stopped talking about it. Thanks you guys for making this GREAT!!!!😘

We had last minute reservations for a birthday party here due to weather and the staff was very accommodating! Everything was very organized and all the kids had a great time! Will definitely recommend this place to others!

Great place for kids, everything is clean and the bathrooms are very clean, only cons are that you have to call the day before or day of to make sure the pop in and play times are still available, its pretty difficult to find the building no signs anywhere and its behind businesses, but my kids loved it and it was clean thats whats important. it wasnt very crowded on a mid Saturday either

We had Maeleighs Birthday party here Saturday and I have to say it was wonderful! They staff and the place was were very attentive and made sure everyone had a great time. Maeleigh said it was her best birthday ever.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. We booked a party here. When came in to set up, no one gave us any directions or said there were any problems. No one did. The owner, Steve Truxillo, showed up and proceeded to chew out my wife, her parents and myself because we set up the party. Our party was scheduled 9-11, but apparently setting up at 9 wasnt allowed. We tried to discuss what his problem was in an adult fashion but he insisted on being rude. Definitely ruined my childs birthday. We tried to leave and get a refund but they wouldnt even discuss that. Once we were there and they had our credit card we were essentially screwed. HE IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY NOT ABOUT CHILDREN. Dont buy the balloon drop feature either. Was told it was $10, then charged $35 for them to drop balloons that the kids cant even have because they reuse the same balloons over and over all day. The workers were adamant in telling the kids you cant take any and you better not pop any. I asked all the employees if the owner was rude and half of them would talk about it and said he was but their words were A hole and I agree. We wont be back - THE RESPONSE BELOW IS A TOTAL LIE. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DIDNT MIND BEING RUDE THEY STRIVE FOR NOTHING BUT $$$$$

Our party was scheduled for 4:30pm . The children did not start jumping until 5pm and we were not allowed into the party room to set up until well after 5:30pm. The party before us (possible friends of someone on staff) were allowed to stay well past their allotted time. We on the other hand were rushed out!!! our party should have been 2hrs we were in the parking lot and they were locking up by 6:45pm. DO NOT WASTE $400 ON THIS PLACE!!!

Fun place to wear your active, energetic kids out!! The team there love the kids and the camps are inexpensive and well worth it!

I have to say it is a very interesting establishment. My so, who goes to Anna T. Jordan summer camp went there the other day and came back really happy. only thing he didnt like was that they didnt have more open space and that there should be more inflatables.

Worse place for a birthday party. My grand children had a party that was suppose to start at 10:00. After several,phone calls the manager/owner showed up at 10:30, blew up the bounties which took about 10-15 minutes while 30 kids were waiting. When asked to speak to the manager the firs time, he was busy and didnt have time. The poor workers apologized and tired to make it better. My daughter and I finally tried to talked to the manager for and explanation as to why he was 30 minutes late and I get told to Shut up and he didnt owe any explanation for anything. He also said that he would take all the kids and leave because he wasnt going to do anything to make it right except give us a gift certificate to come back at another time. When my daughter said that wasnt good enough to he said he would call the police to have is arrested. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. There is nothing good to say about this place when a manager acts this way. Will never take my grandkids or their friends there ever and would not recommend this place

The staff was friendly, but unorganized. For the price, the experience was not worth it. You can only have pizza from Dominos. I paid $30 extra for a balloon drop (dollar store pack of balloons) and they wouldn’t let the kids keep any of them or even really enjoy them. After the drop, they placed the balloons in garbage bags to save them for the next drop. Which for $30 and USED balloons, the kids should’ve been able to keep them. The party favors are included in ultimate package in cheap little cups with three candies each. I was NOT impressed. I also got overcharged and had to drive back across town for a correction in price, because my deposit wasn’t deducted from my total.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 Stars. PLEASE BE AWARE. Owner is disrespectful and highly inconsiderate. Booked a party for a 2 year old, mostly small children as guests. We were not aware and the company failed to mention that adults were not allowed to go accompany the child on the inflatables until If was time to start the party. Again, all small children ages 1-4 who would no way at all make use of the inflatables alone. This was NOT mentioned upfront and when asked “Why wasn’t this mentioned upon booking?” The owner says “You can pack up your party and take it somewhere else.” I wouldn’t recommend this unprofessional company to anyone at all.

My wife has been trying to book my daughters birthday party here for over a week now. Everytime she calls, which has been everyday, either no one answers or when she does, they tell her to call back or that they will call her back but never do. They obviously do not care about customer service and in taking their business seriously. Dont waste your time with this place.

My niece and nephew had their birthday party there. The party was scheduled for 10 am we were told be there for 9:45 to set up. No one from its my party showed up until about 10:30 took 10 minutes to set up everything and didnt allow the kids to start jumping until about 10:40. My sister who was the party mom asked to speak to the manager on duties who happened to be the owner. When my sister and mother asked how would he make this right he was a complete jersey by telling my mother to Shut up! He also told them he would call the cops and have them arrested. All he did for cutting 40 minutes off of a 2 hour party that almost $500.00 birthday party was give a $75.00 gift certificate. He refused to give his name and left shortly after the incident. I will never ever step foot inside or recommend this place or any of this other businesses to anyone.

My visit at Party Playground was one of the worst experiences ever. The staff was very unfriendly, their bias rules just took me over board. I would never allow my child to attend any event at this facility. They only received this star because I couldnt post without selecting a star. They dont deserve no stars at all.

We went their for my daughters second birthday the establishment is nice but the employees and are management are horrible they gave a free pass since they messed on the party we went back to use the and same results would not recommend unless staff really steps up game
