They have had my car for a month and I still don’t have it back. I would not recommend them to no one. I won’t be back.

We’ve used Autobody USA a couple of times now, and never have had a problem. Very honest and they provide great communication for updates on your vehicle. As far as the work goes, the work is very high quality. I would definitely recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Friendly service and they do honor commitment but they take longer to complete the work than other body shops, I will say when I picked up my truck it was great, no flaws and they cleaned the interior. Had a issue few days later with a plug and they took care of that right away. Top notch business. I will return.

Needed pins n bushels for my drivers door. Mind you I drive a 1998 Chevy S10. They wanted to charge me $1,500. Are kidding me? They also said, we usually do Insurance work. So that means our over charging Insurance Companies!I went to Bills on Columbia next to Autozone. They charged me $100 for 1 hr of work

Car has been done for 4 days now but they refuse to let me pick it up as they deal with my insurance over $700 of an almost $10,000 repair. How does keeping the customer from getting their car affect your dealing with the insurance company?Bump it to a 3 for now. I just left there and i feel like i was just accused of doing something illegal. All Im trying to do is get damages to my car repaired and i was talked to like i was trying to get over on someone.Its really getting hard to be a black man in America now days.

Tried to get my 92 Dodge Dakotas body redone years ago (rust holes, floor boards, paint), cash in hand and was turned away because it would take to long. Just a few weeks ago I took my 2016 Dodge Dart to get some paint spots touched up, and was also turned away because it wasnt a big enough job.If you have an insurance claim theyll take care of you but if youre there to have some personal stuff done independently just go somewhere else.

Huge thank you to Jeff Mello and the team at Auto Body! They were able to send me text updates on the work being done to my vehicle which was much appreciated. Picked my car up looking brand new and squeaky clean. I will always refer people to this business for body work!

I have never had such excellent, friendly, and speedy services from an autobody shop before.Everyone I talked to was very nice, and helpful, and worked hard to resolve an issue that came up.They offer accommodating free services to customers waiting like coffee, water, pop, and candy, which is great when you are stressing about a recent accident, or insurance problems.Will go there form now on, and recommend them to everyone in town!

Not only are they efficient with letting you nous exactly Sundays going on financially, but they send updates throughout your vehicles process, and Im pleasantly surprised that they detailed the inside as well!! Great services!!
