They gave me the info I asked for....but I wasnt feeling very welcomed. The entrance to getting an estimate office was difficult to see from the road. Would have been nice had they told me when I made appointment; which was 3 weeks from my call. Will try someone else next time.

Great Service: How refreshing! I made an appointment for 12-26-18, with Aaron to get an estimate for my pickup truck bumper that got pushed in when I backed into a wall. The bumper also moved the fender so that the tailgate wouldnt open all the way. I showed Aaron what was wrong. He said just a minute, and went into the shop and came back with a pry bar. He pried the fender back into the original position so the tailgate opens now. It took him one minute to do that! He said Merry Christmas, and off I went. Best Christmas present ever. Thanks Aaron and Lakeview Body Shop for providing the kind of service I didnt know existed any more. Rich

Worked here didn’t get paid my worth for sureThe 2 techs are treated unfairly and He doesn’t offer insurance:( unfortunately it didn’t work for the owner he insisted on Calling me Ron which was not my given name!! Feeling you can just call someone whatever you feel is disrespectful.But I’m moving on I hope the place turns around and people are treated with respect.It’s also funny that they do insurance work for insurance companies but the place is so nasty what else is there to do Drugs and drinking cause it’s ran so poorly. If the owner can’t change it and enforce real rules it’s a joke in my eyes. I have a degree and just like that Boom in 20 minutes I’ve fell back into my career. But seriously no stability I don’t see it. It should close down and rebuild

Paint job was good, car came out with more lights on than it went in with, parts was missing, not fully assembled, missing screws, not happy will not be going back, quoted out the door price only to pick it up for a different price, not happy wouldnt recommend👎🏾

After a slight communication issue Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe vehicle for the next day. My car looked brand new when I picked it up, no complaints whatsoever!

I’d rate it a 0 if I could. This place will rip you off and try to sell you more than you need. Go to professional muffler and brake instead
