Perfect place to sell a car whether its a scrap car AKA junk car or a reliable daily driver.

When you call before coming and they tell you they have two of these vehicles there to get parts from and you show up an hour later and they dont have any of the said vehicles. Wasted my time money and fuel. I will never come to airway auto parts again. Disrespectful all around

I had an old car I drove faithfully for years, & when I finally got a new car, the old car died & I couldn’t get it jumped. I live in apartments, so the complex gave me 3 days to get rid of my old car, or else it would be towed. I had no idea what I was going to do because I couldn’t move my car, nor could I sell it to anyone in that condition. I found airway by searching around, and after I reached out, they contacted me back immediately, and my old car was out of my lot in less than 2 hours, with a reasonable cash payment to me. I no longer have to worry about that car, and they made it so easy and comfortable to me! I will definitely use their services again when needed.

You can find a lot of parts that you need instead of having to go and pay top dollar and have just about any Tire you need for cars at low prices

Friendly staff, it was interesting to go out in the yard and see the various shells that time worn down and sad to see pieces of history that are too far gone to revive.

I love airway!! They are always reasonably priced! I bought this O2 sensor for my jeep for $10! Sure you have to take it off yourself but its worth it!! I highly recommend airway auto!

Customer service is good and prices are great. Seems the used cars are mechanically sound (aside from the ones they dont fix). Tires are cheap but youll need to call frequently to get what you want as common tire sizes are bought up quickly. Tons of cars to pull parts from and most have parts that are in decent shape.

Ive sold two vehicles to them, and both times I found the employees to be pleasant and professional from start to finish. They pay fair prices, which are closely tied to the current scrap market (I know this because my quote was adjusted when I called back to schedule a pickup a few days after my original call).Finally, I appreciate that this place is honest. I cant say the same about the first place I called last time, which was a classified in the Battle Creek ad paper which claimed to pay $200 to $5000 but only offered $100 for a complete SUV when I called.

Ive done business here for just shy of 10 years, I always find something worth pulling to help the folks that come to me. Friendly service, best deal in town on the 50$ all you can carry out (every 3rd Saturday of the month), all around well stocked and equip yard.

Usually always has what you need and very resonable pricing. Its a very clean shop also and the employees know what they are doing and very helpful.

The people are nice and friendly and they have a $2 charge per person to go in the parts area to pull ur own parts and i think the $2 charge is a good thing because then they know who is all back in the part yard and u cant go into the yard unless u pay

Ive always had good luck finding what I needed at Airway. Not today though. I was looking for something that is in high demand so I wasnt surprised when I didnt find it... It wont stop me from going again in the future. The people there are very helpful.

My boyfriend and I called them today to get a quote on something for his truck. On the phone the guy stated that we dont need a Jack and they can have their people lift the truck for us. We went in today and asked personally if we could have a specific truck lifted. Before my boyfriend could finish, the guy answered the phone to someone else, although he did hear enough to know we needed help. We got what we needed but no help to the employees there. Nobody came out to help us lift the truck. Once we got inside, the same guy behind the counter who quoted us on the price, and told us someone could lift the truck, and the same guy who was asked to have someone come out and lift the truck, couldnt remember the price we were quoted at and also seemed quite irritated that the phone kept ringing. It was frustrating but atleast we got what we needed.

Selection could be better, prices are about right, maybe a little higher, than other yards, even on the U-pull parts. Not bad, would return.

I went there for a tire and left with 2 tires. The tires had great tread on them and were reasonably priced.

Three star rating because we were told that the part would of been waiting for us at 12:00pm. Showed up at that time, part was not ready, hadnt even been pulled, and the gentleman was on a lunch break. Finally got the part @ 2:30pm.

This place is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for a part, the employee said that it would be here in 2 days. Great I thought. Never came never called. I call and found out that they couldnt ship the item. He said he was looking for it at other places (after a week I called back) then I said 2 more days and then let me know. Well 2 weeks later nothing!!

I went there for body parts off of a mercury mountaineer and said Ill be there at 4pm I made it there at 2pm and they crushed it. I hear the owner cannot manage money efficiently. He runs the place as if hes a crackhead.

Terrible service, dont expect your part to arrive on time or even at all. Dont bother trusting them to track it and give you a call Ernie or whatever his name is is rude and has no customer service skills or professionalism whatsoever. They just sit and listen to music all day in their pigsty of a building, pick up a dust mop and some disinfectant wipes instead of ripping people off. Unreliable, inconvenient, and a waste of time.

Drove 4 1/2 hours cause they told me as a 6.5 foot bed which we asked multiple times I got there and it was a 5 9 bed

RUDE! Called about a tail-light. Guy answers the phone says and I quote Airway, HOLD! When he got back on didnt have it in stock but could order it for $45 (dont know if that was a new or used one), got it on ebay for $28.97 NEW.
