Devon from Culligan is top notch and goes on and above what is expected.

The softener system itself has performed quite well in protecting our appliances, bath furnishings and in drinkable quality. I expected that. What is as refreshing as the quality water is the excellent customer service that Ive received from Battle Creek Culligan. Particulates in our water occasionally hinder the softener operation. Ive had no issues getting prompt service and each time the maintainer has been very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We rent our product and are thankful for the excellent and continued service.

Need a water dispenser for my Pharmacy, Luxcare Pharmacy. They came out to discuss my options and when I was ready they came in and installed it with no trouble. Very nice and clean work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for clean water to drink.

Salt is cheaper on Friday. Good service. Parking is limited.

The products just work! I dont have to think about it, they just do. The only time I had a problem, service was out to correct it in no time. If I could change one thing, it would be to select a time of day for salt delivery. I appreciate that it just shows-up, but I hate having to carry it down in the basement. That was to be one of the big pluses of buying the system, no more lugging salt from the store to the car and from the car to the basement. If I could just schedule deliveries for when I am home, that would be great!

Culligan of Battle Creek has been great, we get water bottle deliveries from them and they are always on time.Excellent service!

Look else where!The service hours to have equipment looked at didnt fit into my schedule, there solution was for me to leave the door unlocked and they would enter with just the dog and cat at home.Happy to take your money but wont send a receipt in the mail.

The manager Dave is very rude and told me point blank that they are not responsible for my mildewed carpet in the basement after flooding my basement putting in a reverse osmosis system. Yes they got it dried out and now what about the smell every time my furnace kicks on from the mildew smell in the basement and I have children with asthma. He said so what! Dont use them I have written corporate and if somethings not done my lawyer said hed take it from there and they would wish they would have just torn out the carpet like I asked!

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Had issues with my RO water system, they came out a couple of times to fix the problems and get my system working.

We rent our drinking water and softener from this place..gotta watch em as they try and charge for the filters that are free for the rentals..they do however make it right with you if a mistake was made..
