Moved into a new house in the area and the water softening unit had their sticker on it. Knowing nothing about water softeners I set up a service appointment to make sure everything was working correctly. Dave came out and was extremely helpful in educating me about how the system worked and what he was doing while pulling it apart to clean and regrease the seals. He was in and out in 40 minutes which included repairing a couple bits in the brine tank. Great service and kind people. Thanks!

Never use this service. This company is threatening and tried to break into my house and assault me. They have made false accusations about having a contract with me and have threatened me with lawsuits, all over things they are wrong about. Their equipment is old and doesnt work well either. If you want to avoid problems and dont want to be harassed and sued over false claims, then do not do business with Geertz. This company is owned by a man that even his own employees say has an anger management problem. They are bullies and have no qualms about filing frivolous lawsuits and even going so far as to break into your house and assault you. Women should especially beware.
