Sorriest shop I have ever taken a bike to for repairs or even an inspection!!! Wouldnt recommend this place to no one!!! I bought a bike last year and they have had the bike longer then I have!!! Plus I have spent more money with them on the bike then I gave for it and they still havent fixed it right!!!

I absolutely love this place! I bought my first Harley Davidson here (Dyna Super Glide) and the obsession began...The sales staff treated me like family. They took the time to help me figure out which models would be right for me.The parts pros and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. The Fastest, most knowledgeable customer service Ive ever been apart of at a harley dealer.I was on a road trip and caught on a particularly cold morning. The gentleman behind the parts desk had the soft lower fairings for my road glide on the counter within 60 seconds of my asking for them.I had also rattled a couple of my license plate bolts off, asked for new ones. Bam, 1 more minute later I have ever option in store in front of me for my choosing.Before I checked out I was asked if there was anything else I wanted or needed, mentioned my sock-hat was falling apart on me and BAM. Here are 2 different color options from the sale rack for my choosing. Didnt even try to push me towards hard lowers, or more expensive options throughout the store, which I greatly appreciate.Offered me coffee to warm up before I left again and a water for the road.10/10, this is a Harley Davidson dealer who is there for the customer, not for the company....And thats what I appreciates about it

This is far and away the friendliest Harley-Davidson dealer Ive ever been to. The staff is kind, patient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. This is the only dealer I will buy a Harley from in the future. Even if you want to just look, which I do often, theyre happy just to chat with you. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent experience overall. I just bought my first Harley from them and their sales team is great. They make sure they fit you with the right bike not what is going to put money in their pocket. They dont work on direct commissions like other dealerships. I dealt with two different sales members. They walked me through everything. When I was done in their department they passed me off to the next rep, after an introduction, for whatever department that person was responsible for. The ladies who run the apparel portion went above and beyond. They made sure I got the right equipment I needed without costing me an arm and a leg. They could have sold me the most expensive riding equipment but they didnt. They even showed me clearance stuff that was safe and affordable. Parts and service departments are top notch also. Every one is knowledgeable and professional. I wont go anywhere else now and would send family or friends to see them.

What a great place in the cereal city. They have an area where only Harleys can enter and there are tables and chairs there. I have pics but they are on camera instead of phone. Very nice store inside. I really enjoyed being there even though it was a short visit.

Absolutely love this store they have some of the most beautiful clothing and jackets. I didnt buy what I wanted. Regretted it. And on Monday was able to send an email and on Tuesday they contacted me in regards to the jacket I wanted. They were very helpful I purchased it and it was delivered the next day. Outstanding store with very friendly help!

Ive generally been a Honda guy. However I found the staff here to be respectful, relaxed, and easy going with a love of the machines, and an uncanny ability to match you up to a perfect bike. I am so, so tempted to bring home a machine I never knew I needed! Great sales, dudes. Ill be back, probably in a few months.

For some reason Im logged on my sons gmailthis is Jason patton.I bought a bike from them march of last year and refinanced 3 months later for a lower rate. cancelled my gap and kept getting the run around on when Im getting my check. yr later still nothing....

Special call out to Andy in Service. Stopped in as an out of town visitor. Hoped to have my tire pressure checked. Andy provided that and so much more. Literally, did a “12-point inspection” of all the critical systems, adjusted the air suspension and then took the bike back into the bays while I shopped. How to say this next part... Andy noticed some scuffs in the paint and buffed them out?!? Well done Sir. Well done!

Had a starter issue at a gas station and was stranded. A friendly face showed up with A Harley shirt on and asked if I was alright. I told him what the problem was and he introduced himself as Larry Fulcher who was a technician from Battle Creek Harley. What a stroke of luck I thought. He went home, brought back some tools and tried to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a starter solenoid. No fix on the spot so he went back home, hitched up his trailor and took me home. Just the kind of service that is above and beyond what you can expect from B.C. Harley. Thank you Larry.

I live 1.5 hours east of Battle Creek but still make this my dealership. Bought my bike here and the sales staff are tremendous.

BC Harley is located on Beckley Road across from Lakeview Square. They have a friendly, helpful staff and a great selection of things to shop for. Everything from motor cycles to dog and cat toys to gifts for men, women and children. Planning on doing some Christmas shopping there myself.

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff make this an A+ motorcycle shop. They seemed to have a wide selection at good prices and I would imagine if they do not have what you are looking for they will order it.

*Edited after follow up. Spent six minutes on hold to be told a part wasnt carried by HD any longer, then was left on hold for 7 more minutes while they checked for an alternative. After leaving a 2* review for the phone service I appreciate the call back by the parts manager. Still very disappointed in the lack of legacy support for the machines that built the companys reputation. Not the dealers fault that they dont service classic machines. (2001) But hold times were long.

My bike was here for 51 days. Had to borrow a bike for Sturgis. Was promised that it would be fixed in time by Craig but they could not find the problem. Changed a bunch of sensors. Wanted me to get a new wiring harness for 750. Took it to a different Harley dealer and 2 hours later I was riding my bike.
