This was the best one Ive been to. They start loading u as soon as u back up to the dock! And plenty of space to back up

I cannot believe the rudeness, anger, and heartless. We followed my friends dog that ran off into a wooded area, which at the time we didn’t know it was their property until they told us. We asked to continue to look for her dog. We had positive ID that our dog was there. They forced us off their property with absolutely no compassion, even with explaining the situation. They were absolutely no help. We just want to find our friends dog! I cannot imagine anyone using this company for business solutions. No one should support a company who treats people this way.

Cait Romain. Somebodys lost dog is not their problem...and you were trespassing. The world doesnt revolve around you...or your friends peanut butter licking dog. Does he like creamy or crunchy?

They unloaded me pretty quick.

I been Shipping twice. Both times between 11-1130am. Folks are nice and seem dedicated to getting there product loaded onto a truck and to the customer quickly as possible. Both my visits there, I was loaded w/in an hour. Good job!

This place is a joke avoid all west rock locations

Just awful people who won’t even let someone look for their missing dog on their property.

Came here parked on the north side of parking lot, they load one truck at a time. Came there 1pm left 7:45pm...by the time I left it started to snow so i just went a mile to truck parking...started to drive next day. Detention was 120$, and I lost the whole day, not worth it. Would not come here again.

Great staff no appointment needed. Receiving strictly from midnight to noon. Quick unloading friendly crew. The sign is not lit when approaching the road on the right going down a slight hill.

Easy to reach there from I-94 to I-94 BUS and then turn to the right after the bridge. I should wait for 1 hour for previous truck got loaded. Only one dock for loading. Full trailer will weigh around 30.000 lbs.

Great place. Clean and organized.

That were short staffed so it took a lil longer than it should have. It seemed like they were working at a good pace though. Three hours later and I was out of there.
