A little slow and very short handed. However the food was fantastic! The onion rings were very good. They handled the situation with professionalism and very curtious brought my food out to my truck.

I asked for a vanilla Dr pepper. Got a cherry coke. Other than that great!

I will never eat here again. A roach crawled up onto our table while we were eating! Also, the drinks taste funny. My Diet Coke tasted like a mix of rootbeer and Dr. Pepper. The bathroom was very nasty and no paper towels.

Older DQ restaurant on the edge of town meaning its not to busy. I love the older building with big windows. They have good fast food. I like catching a burger and fries or tacos, drink and ice cream for desert for supper on splurge night or after work. Go by give them a try. I thimk youll like your time there especially in the evening.

I personally like this one better than the one in town. This one is usually much faster than the one in town. A good amount of people do say this one messes up their order a lot but i havent experienced that once so who knows.

So far this place is a joke. At least the drive through is. You order! Then your going to park in the front of the store and wait for more than ten minutes. I tasted fish in my chicken stripes. Food was hot thou.

One of the best food places ever! Theyve got great nachos that are bigger than those at Taco Bell, and more cheese than Taco Bell too. Even better is that they are not spicy like those of a snow cone place. They have great food baskets, that range from meat strips to sandwich baskets. Their blizzards are very delightful and delicious. They come in a variety of flavours and on top of that there are blizards of the month thing which is always a different flavour than the ones they usually have. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!

Ever since the new company take over of our local Dairy Queen service has been terrible. I called yesterday evening to place my order over the phone so I wouldnt have to wait in the parking lot for my food considering I had my little girl with me and it was raining. The girl who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and very unfriendly. She seemed annoyed to be at work at all. I arrived to pick up my meal 15 minutes later and I was still told to pull around and wait in the parking lot. In the meantime, the same girl (Im guessing) was the one who helped me at the window and still seemed like she had an attitude problem in person even. On another occasion a couple of weeks ago, my husband was with us and we dined inside the restaurant. They werent busy and our food was taking too long to come out. My husband went to the counter and asked if he could grab our food off of the counter since no one had brought it to us and the employee very rudely told him that they were waiting on fries (which didnt make any sense). A few minutes later, she brought us our food and when my husband told her thank you, she replied with an eye roll and mmhmm before rudely walking away. Im not sure why none of the old employees stuck around after the new company took over, but they need them back. Service since then is terrible to say the least.

Takes way too long to get the food. Workers are short with you and always get the order wrong. You want no tomatoes, they give you extra. How hard is your job? Seriously. Its a Freaking burger. It takes less time to get fed in a nice sit down restaurant. Ridiculous

Employees are very rude. We had a large order and asked for our ice cream to be made after our food because we were taking it home and didnt want for it to all be melted. Legitimate request from a paying customer in my opinion. Well the lady at the window was nice about it but the manager screamed well they will just have to wait. I asked if it was going to be a problem and the manager proceeded to roll her eyes at me and walk off. I will never go back to this location. We waited 30 minutes for our food just to have cold fries and melted ice cream. Had I known they were going to be so rude about a simple request I would have just taken my order as it came. Live and learn.

Still sitting in line after 30 minutes. 2 separate orders. 1 small blizzard (cookie dough snickerdoodle) on the 1st order. 2nd order was 3 tacos with a medium sweet tea and a small blizzard.

Burger tasted pretty good but meat was dry. Very good fries.

Will not eat there again because of the quality of the food,as well as getting servere heartburn,and eventually getting diahrrea!!! Wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!!

Small town feel. Usually not a long wait. This is what Texas tastes like. Burgers, Steak fingers, Onion Rings that will have you coming back for more. DQ Country is where it’s at. The Blizzards are amazing. If you haven’t had a Blizzard or any other soft serve from DQ you don’t know what you’re missing. Give Bay City DQ a try.

The hamburgers were excellent they were correct temperature cheese was melted not like the DQ on East side of town the hamburgers are cold and the cheese is not melted and I have tried that restaurant several time and Ive given up on them tired of not getting a good meal

Service here is terrible. Im always asked to pull around and wait for my food. I wouldnt mind this if they actually brought me my food when it was ready. I cant tell you how many times Ive watched my bag of food sit on the counter while the kids behind the counter talk and laugh and literally do nothing.
