Hours online and posted on the door say that they are open until 9:30 p.m. We arrived at 9:15, and the door was locked. We knocked on the door, and a total of three individuals would not even acknowlege us. It was unbelievably rude. We, along with several other cars, were turned away. Business must be good if they can blow off customers like that.

They have very good ice-cream and a ton if varieties over 20 to choose from!!

Im sure it has great ice cream, but I have yet to have any. After dinner at Real Seafood last Saturday we asked our waitress to recommend a good spot for ice cream. She told us of the Shamrock and told us it was open until 10 pm, like it says on Google. It was ten after 9, so we had time to get there. We drove easily and arrived in 20 minutes. We got out of the car and approached the door. A couple was outside on a bench enjoying their giant cones. I said This must be the place tonight. The woman said Maybe it is, but I think it closes at 9:30. I reached for the door only to see a little kid inside, ice cream around his mouth, smirking as I tugged on the door, the locked door. No! But alas the door sign says it closes at the arbitrary time of 930. On a Saturday no less. Ill try again tomorrow and will upgrade this review if 1) its open; and 2) its delicious.

Great icecream

Great shakes and waffle cones! We live nearby but havent gone until recently and we were not disappointed. The staff was very pleasant and got our order done quickly and correctly. They didnt seem too over worked and frustrated since they were quite busy so that was very refreshing. We will be going back soon. Great job

They know how to make you smile when you order a med soft serve and hand you what would be an extra large at somewhere else. we have had a tradition with the grandkids that when they finish the school yr every yr we cone here.

Waffle cone was very good! Cant beat a nice cone on a warm summer day! The staff was friendly and we had a pretty good experience at Shamrock. I would recommend.

Great selection of ice cream, flurries, and other frozen treats! The servings are very generous and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always very friendly. On weekends and got days, be prepared for a wait, as they can be very busy! There is seating both outside and inside. Shamrock has a limited selection of bottled pop and water, but the ice cream shop is connected to the Ideal Party Store, so your drink selection is unlimited! Be aware that Shamrock does not have a public restroom.This is one of my familys favorite places to go for ice cream!

Great customer service and a wide variety of ice cream choices. Prices are about the same as I find anywhere else.

Felt very clean with friendly workers! Giant portions for ice cream being served, I ordered a regular scoop and definitely got more than I bargained for, very refreshing to see a ice cream bar that doesnt skip out on scoop sizes.

Only 4 stars because all of your male workers have a brain deficiency any time Ive been there where there was guys working they break my damn cones and give me minimal cream man besides that they just act like idiots. Godbless tho love the cream ;) !
