Extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. I am very picky with the work I get done on my vehicle. I asked the guy to put the windshield on properly and evenly. The guy replied with Do I stand over your head when you are working? and Its annoying. Nevertheless, the windshield is on unevenly. I will not recommend this company to anyone getting work done on their vehicle. Also promised me a windshield they could not follow through with. It is pretty unbelievable how unprofessional these people are.

Amazing company, I called Safelite and they were booked for 5 days! I called this company on short notice and they were able to come the next morning since I am 9 months pregnant and due any minute! 5 star service and truly cares about the client!!!

I had an old window that broke in the house and I didnt think I was able to replace it any time soon. So decided to take the window to Pinnacle Glass on pineaire dr and hope for the best.They looked at the window and told me they will have it ready the next morning with new glass. Communication from owner and staff was poor. Was told Ill call you back in 5 minutes more than one time. Took over a week to get a call back. When I called to get an update, Ill call you right back Nothing.I understand that businesses have multiple customers. You set the expectation, and you could care less when you dont follow through. Not acceptable.Never even got to use their service because they dragged their feet for three weeks.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We were told we would have someone here today between 10-12 to fix and replace the glass for three different cars. We never received a phone call to confirm this time and once we finally got in contact with the company we were told they were going to figure out what was going on and call us right back. After nearly an hour we finally got a call back and were informed that the woman who set up our appointment was fired and the man who was supposed to fix the glass called out sick today and nobody ever called us to tell us. We informed them that after their unprofessional behavior we would no longer be requiring their services and we would be calling somebody else instead. They have now called us 3 times after telling them we weren’t interested and won’t stop harassing us. Overall terrible experience and i would not recommend them to anyone.Edit: forgot to mention that during the phone call we were also informed that they never even ordered the glass for the car that needed a full replacement. Absolutely absurd.

I called Pinnacle Auto Glass after getting the run-around by another glass repair company for 2 WEEKS. I explained to Kirk what happened and what the other company was telling me. He immediately called a local dealership to confirm that what I was told was BS. Kirk told me he could have someone come the very next day. Music to my ears!! I had to call him back to provide insurance information and thats when I spoke with Kevin. Both Kirk and Kevin were professional and straightforward businessmen. Nick and a helper (sorry I didnt catch his name) came the next day like Kirk said and was on time. Once finished, Nick did tell us that the window is tricky to put in and most likely the other companys technician had no idea how to do it. Ill never use that other company again. These guys are seriously the best. My car, a 1959 restoration, was notorious at their shop as it was an extremely difficult repair and took a lot of time. With the weather unpredictable the project was rescheduled quite a bit, and they came back several times to make sure the job was done right. The staff was always courteous, and as long as you understand their challenges they will bend over backwards for you. If you are cool with them they will return it 10x. I will use this place again, and they also guarantee their work. The price was the price quoted. I can only speak from my experience, and for me it was a positive one.

They replaced the rear glass on my 93 Corrado with glass that I sourced from a used hatch. The replacement was quick and easy, and they had no problems with the fact that I sourced my own glass. 10/10 would highly recommend! Way better than Safelite for sure!

I had my wife’s windshield replaced after a small crack got real big. I was able to schedule an appointment when I was home. The installers were extremely courteous and professional. And the cost was less than my deductible with my insurance company.About a month later my windshield has a crack and would not pass inspection. Pinnacle came the next day I called them. Same professionalism as the first time. I highly recommend Pinnacle for your glass needs!!!

Used pinnacle 3 times so far. Was referred to them by a friend who was an insurance agent and told me a lot of her clients used them, and were very happy so I gave them a try. Very nice guys. Paul came 2 of the 3 times and Wally joined him this time. They did a great job and very nice. Very quick and convenient. Called them yest and they were here today at my request but the first time I used them, they came the same day. I will only use this company.

After calling over a dozen glass repair shops for my BMW pinnacle was the only one who gave me a reasonable price with next day service, so i took a chance and I must say I will refer to them to friends and family they were done in 45min and I was out the door super friendly funny staff.No issues as to date with windshield even after hard rainfall no leaks or anything rubber seal perfectly intact.🙂👍

They made it extremely easy to replace our windshield. Excellent communication. They let us know when they were coming and showed up right on time. Paul and Wally the installers were good guys and did great work. They made sure the registration and inspection stickers were transferred to the replacement windshield, did the work quickly and well.

I cant encourage you enough to use Pinnacle for your auto glass. The big corporations the insurance carriers contract with show up with wrong parts or screw up your install more often than not. Avoid them!Why not try the small businessman who shoots straight with you? Pinnacle is happy to help you avoid a small claim that jacks up your insurance premium more than the repair. They take pride in their work and your expectations being exceeded.

I loved working with this company. Chris was the person I cam in contact with to schedule everything and he was had such a warm tone on the phone. It didnt end there the two guys that came to service my car was a pleasure to talk to. They were understanding that I had a tight schedule and worked with me. They were quick and officiant. We were very pleased with this company! They were on time and very quick. They came to our house to replace windshields in both of our cars, a Subaru Outback and a Honda Element. In the past weve used another company and have not been happy. This time, we are very happy with the quality of glass! The 2 men were professional and friendly, answering all of my questions and concerns. After they were finished, another man came to recalibrate the cameras. Pinnacle was awesome! Found them online and got a quote that beat all the others. I was able to schedule the replacement service quickly. After installation I did have an issue hearing wind, but they came right back and fixed it! They were so great we just used them to replace my husbands windshield!

Quality and urgency are the two words that come to mind when describing Pinnacle Auto Glass. My fiance and I noticed we both had cracks in our windshields for both of our cars so we reached out to Pinnacle and will continue to do so any time this type of situation occurs. I was parked on the wrong side of the street in Brooklyn with alternate side of the street was not suspended. I went to my car after work and found my windshield smashed. I called Pinnacle Auto Glass and they were able to come the next day and replace my windshield which avoided me in getting a ticket for alternate side of the street parking. They kept me in touch with and updated me to let me know when the service tech would be on site. He came and met me at my car prepared, and the windshield was replaced in about 30 min. He was great. I had been referred to Pinnacle Auto Glass from my auto insurance company. I was unsure of their work as Ive never used their services before. Well, I was very happy with their service after my first repair that I called them again to repair the front windshield on another vehicle. I had two different teams respond to my residence, but the responding techs were Paul, Nick & Joe. They were prompt, clean, quick, but most importantly quality! The windshields I replaced were in a 2019 VW Tiguan and a 2016 Nissan NV1500 and both look like the factory installed glass.Thank you Pinnacle for your professional work!

I used pinnacle glass 2yrs ago for my mini van back windshield, the quality, and cost without insurance was the best around....the were prompt and very professional so unfortunately a few weeks ago my van was vandalized again the same windshield so without hesitation I called pinnacle the salesman Kevin was extremely helpful once again they were prompt, sent me their worker Nick who did a great job, but went above and beyond as a widow he was looking for an outlet to vacuum the car and none were outside he suggested thru my window and extension cord he had, I was unable to open the window, he came in my home, opened the window, moved my couch....and then put it all back when job was done....this was a very considerate worker.....very polite and extremely appreciative when I tipped him for his excellent job and his service that I appreciate so much ...i highly recommend pinnacle as much as I hope no more vandalism occurs I would only use them and tysm Nick once again.

Whoever is driving around in the pinnacle auto glass van needs driving lessons. They were driving recklessly on Montauk hwy on 6/16/20 around 8am. Almost hit me. Then drove in the middle lane down the hwy and cut off a lot of cars going to nicolls Rd. Wait your turn! It isnt as if theres loads of traffic these days! I will make a point to do business elsewhere

Met Daniel a couple years ago when he replaced the window on my wife‘s van. Since then he has done additional work for me and I have watched his business grow! His staff is younger than most but their service is Better than most too! You can see the experience when you watch him work. He knows his stuff.
