Iove vision at bayshore mall they did great job my daughter glasses and mines too but do to covd19 it close had go central Islip they were cool but when i pic up my glasses some other guy gave it to me i realized not the same i picked i cant see really good color frame different and my daughters didnt had blue on it and they ask her she wants it she said yes. Im never going there and due to covd19 i lost my car and want my glasses right and my daughters too godblless all only bayshore is the best god first amen

I loved there service but what’s going on that they haven’t opened? I need my 1 yr check up and wasn’t to happy with other vision works facilities I hope they open back up

I went there two weeks before they closed because of the situation with covid and they said my new glasses would be ready in a week, during the two weeks they were open I got no communication from them and theyve been closed ever since. Its been months since I was able to get new glasses. Im not complaining about them closing as its necessary but more-so that even they promised my glasses within a week, and two weeks later I heard nothing and they never mailed them to me after they closed like they promised. I tried to contact customer service on the main website and no one answers after being on hold for 20 minutes.

What an amazing experience! I was happy with the staff they were courteous and pleasant. Cindy was very experienced and educated me on things I didnt know about glasses. The doctor was amazing and gave me a very in depth exam. Store is clean, atmosphere is wonderful. Thank you.

The environment there was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.Ms. Sindy definitely exceeded my expectations. She was very attentive of me and helped with all the questions I had. Such a sweet young lady!

I only go to Visionworks because I can always find a good pear of glasses and you always get treated with professionalism. They are helpful and patient and kind. Why would I go anywhere else? They explain everything you need to know. My entire family goes to Visionworks in Bayshore.

I have been getting glasses for.my daughter since she was 3. She is now 12 and I am very pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly and Mr. Carfero assisted us in choosing the right frame for my daughters prescription. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

These people are nasty, rude and racist..They are not professional at all..after going through lot of troubles and arguments they suppose to correct my Contact lenses prescription. which they did for my sample contact lenses.. and when I actually have to get copy of my presentation.. it was the same previous one.. it took 2 months and end result was nothing..-100 out of 10.. .

From the moment I entered the store I felt a good vibe. A nice man took my insurance. I said I dont have money to add to it. just what insurance covered. He said that was fine. Then the lady that continued taking my information was very nice & friendly. I was sent over to salesman Greg. He was so kind, Ive had a bad experience going to Bayshore Vision Center. The saleslady there was very rude to me because I didnt have money to add. Greg went above & beyond I didnt even ask for help & he was helping me. I told him I wanted a smaller lens, so he was measuring them to be precise. He found the perfect pair for me. I read the previous review claiming there racist over there. Well not the 3 people I dealt with. I even bumped into one of there displays & the lady jokingly said that wasnt there before, so it wasnt my fault for bumping into it haha. I highly recommend Greg hes a very good man.

Getting sunglasses with magnifiers, no prescription. Were not ready, called multiple times as I want them for the beach . I was told I would receive a call back but they dont call back. I have never needed prescription glasses only readers. This was a splurge so i can read at beach.... wonder if Ill get them get them by my vacation next week. Very disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the salesman was nice.

I had a great experience. Mr. Carfero was very professional as well as the opthomologist. My exam was quick and my product was received in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location.

Walked in here looking to fill a prescription for my son and the fool at the counter couldnt even get off his chair to show which frames would be for kids. He suggested we looked at around 1500 frames to see which style we like.Walked out to never ever come again.

I simply needed a screw put in my glasses and it took them 35 minutes. There wasnt anyone else in the store for them to take care of and they just say there at a table and talked together.
