I recently shopped here and made a purchase on some real quality type of jewelry made in Italy. Im very happy I stopped in this particular store. I cant stop admiring my purchase! The salespeople were very patient and friendly. Thank you to the staff.😀

Christian the manager was a great help today Im trying to find my items I ordered for Christmas was on the line with the call center or whichever place he had to call and was successful in in retrieving my ring thank you thank you keep having good managers and your stories

Was passing by and thought I would get my rings cleaned. They could not find my details and had tried all avenues but the original store did not input it into the system.They went ahead and actually inspected and cleaned my wedding rings and 2 others as a courtesy. This was extremely kind of Kristen and Irtana for looking after me. I will find that paperwork for when I go in next time so they will not have any issues. If your around then pop into this store!!

I went to the Kay on Bay Shore to change a jewelry that was given to me and Kristen was very helpful and friendly. She was very patience. The place was very clean..I recommend this place..

Had great experience with the staff at this particular location. They were very helpful and knowledgeable while assisting me in finding a 10 year anniversary ring for my wife. They found a beautiful ring for my wife and even gave me 50% off the purchase and guided me in the right direction as far as warranty and long term care of the ring. Thank you Chelsea. She loved it.

Just got my ring back from resizing and it has a visible line of where they extended it and its uneven around where they extended it, the band is skinnier and thinner. Im a perfectionist so this just simply annoys me but I still love the ring. Just putting this out there for others who have resizing concerns but just risked it like I did.

The service is good. Andy is a nice guy. Only bad thing they only carry size 10 in mens ring in the store. They should have more sizes

This goes for all of Kay jewelers they are all a scam n all the deals are bullshit especially the spend 300 get 100 back, recently bought a Vera wang engagement ring for 5k n was received 1.700 dollars store credit, which it was how it was explained to me as in I now have 1,700 to spend in store but no that wasnt the case at all, little did I kno I got screwed and would have to spend over another 4K to receive that 1,700 off that bill, NEVER EVER WILL GO TO KAY AGAIN!!! Always will now go to in town jewelers like I should have from the start
