Cheaply made jewelry. Didnt give me a return because it was bought online. The amount never showed up on my card like they said. I buy something worth 5 hundred then its down to like 100. Over priced, low quality. Terrible customer service.

Spoke with a girl over the phone about an online order I needed to exchange. I made it quick and painless, gave her the item number to see if they had it and they didnt. But from the very beginning she sounded miserable, like she couldnt care less. Was very unfriendly, had an attitude. I thanked her for her help and she hung up as I was thanking her. My fiancee and went to look for wedding bands and the salesman wanted to make a sale but was very unfriendly and wouldnt let me try on the ring that I was interested in, he held the ring high up in the air and when I moved in closer to get a better look he would move further away, didnt like that so we ended up a Kay.
